Allaah (The Most High) said:
وَذَكِّرۡ فَإِنَّ ٱلذِّكۡرَىٰ تَنفَعُ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ
‘’And remind (by preaching the Qur’an, O Muhammad) for verily, the reminding profits the believers.’’ [51:55]
