“Answer: Al-Maghraawee is well-known, because he is a Takfeeree and he is from the khawaarij. Al-Maghraawee is not from the Scholars of Ahlus Sunnah Wal-Jamaa-ah; rather he is a Takfeeree Khaarijee. So on this basis, he is considered to be from the people of innovation and desires. And this statement of his is founded on the methodology he is upon; the methodology of the Takfeeree and Khaarejee, and Allaah’s Aid is sought.”
