‘’His (i.e. Abu Eesa’s) main teacher remains Sheikh Kehlan al-Jabury with whom he still continues his studies in Islamic Law and Exegesis.’’

Who is Kehlan al-Jabury?

He is an Iraqi. A respected individual amongst the hizbiyyoon of Manchester; an affiliate of Makki Masjid (ManchesterJamiat Ahle Hadeeth) and Didsbury Masjid (Manchester Ikhwaan al-Muslimoon).  Kehlan delivered the khutbatul Juma-ah both at Didsbury Masjid and Makki Masjid. 

He is well known to the students @Salafipublications and to the Salafiyyoon at Al-Markaz As-Salafi.  Al-Allaamah Muqbil Bin Haadi (rahimahullaah) declared him a hizbi. Kehlan  claimed that the verdict of the Shaikh was based on lies, but obviously his actions shows exactly what he was upon (with the ikhwaanees).  Likewise, the innovator Abul Hasan Al-Maribi made a last desperate attempt -[after returning from his visit to Enghland]- to convince Shaikh Muqbil that Kehlan was upon clarity; however he was unsuccessful.

Kehlan could not hide his true state of affairs due to his companionship and affiliation with the Ikhwaanees of Didsbury Masjid (Manchester) and elsewhere.  This reminds us of the statement of Abdullaah Bin Mas’ood, ”Indeed a person walks alongside and accompanies the one whom he loves and who is like him’’ [Al-Ibaanah 2/476]

Ustaadh Abu Khadeejah, Ustaadh Abu Tasneem Mushaf Al-Banghaali, Ustaadh Amjad Rafiq and other students know Kehlan’s hizbi Manhaj very well. 

This is the main teacher of the slanderous devil Abu Eesa of Al-Maghrib Institute!  Indeed, although Abu Eesa’s evil companionship has always been sufficient evidence for the Salafiyyoon of Al-Markaz As-Salafi; however some people in Manchester were not able to see his true state of affairs because of his talbeesaat.  So we pray that such people will now have no doubt about the deviations of this slanderous devil.  Indeed, it is a great blessing that this slanderous devil has finally manifested to everyone what is truly contained in his heart.  Al-Allaamah Ubaid Ibn Abdillaah Al-Jaabiree (may Allaah protect him) said:

”There is none who hid (or hides) behind the Sunnah– the people beguiled by him, gathered around him to learn, adhered to him, became dependent on him and accepted everything he said–except that Allaah will reveal his affair, uncover and expose his concealed state of affairs to specific individuals and to the general public, regarding what was hidden and apparent of his deception, his mixing truth with falsehood, his plots and deceitful practices.  Allaah facilitates men of virtue, intelligence, wisdom, strength and exceptional natural ability–possessors of knowledge, skill and sound understanding of the religion–through whom He (Allaah) unveils the affair of that trickster, dubious and deceitful person.” www.sahab.net/home/?p=329
