Last year the Hizbi Admin of Masjid Al-Furqan-(Rusholme-Manchester) Allies of Abu Usama invited Muhammad Al-Maliki to deliver lectures, and this year Masjid Al-Furqan (Leicester) also allies of Abu Usaamah have announced a winter Conference to be attended by Muhammad Al-Maliki
A summary of Muhammad’s disgraceful stances last year!
During Muhammad’s last visit to Masjid As’Sunnah (Cheethamhill Manchester)–the masjid whose founders are followers of the innovators Ali Halabi, Abul Hasan Al- Maribi and Muhammad Al-Maghraawi—he manifested his true reality. Firstly, the hizbiyyoon at Masjid As-Sunnah flattered him with the title ‘Noble Shaikh’ and presented a number of questions (i.e. lies) to him in the hope that his responses will aid them in concealing their reality. So Muhammad—flattered with false praise and honoured—decided to come to their aid. He uttered much nonsense that is not even befitting a beginner seeker of knowledge.
Muhammad spoke based on the speculation and lies presented to him and returned to Saudi unrepentant. Reminder to us and Muhammad–Shaikh Raslaan (may Allaah preserve him) said: It is incumbent upon (a person) to be acquainted with what he criticizes and what he is not to criticize, and to make a distinction between what he commends and what he is not to commend; and if not, then there will be involvement in disparaging (one) who is not to be disparaged or praising without a right reason. And indeed Al-Haafidh Ibn Hajr (rahimahullaah) summarized this (affair) in his statement:
”Recommendation is accepted from the one who is acquainted with its reasons and not from the one who is not acquainted with it; so that he (the one who has no acquaintance with such reasons) may not give a recommendation solely based on what is apparent in the beginning without pursuing (the affair practically) and without examination. Likewise, it is obligatory that disparagement and commendation are not accepted except from a person who is trustworthy and cautious. And disparagement is not accepted from one who exceeds the limits in it, so he disparages with what does not necessitate rejection of the narration of a Muhaddith, just as (recommendation) is not accepted from the one who solely holds on to the apparent (affair of a person) and then gives a commendation.”[Source:Dawaabit At-Tabdee: page: 61-62]
Indeed it is bad enough to speak against anyone based on lies and speculation, then how about speaking against Salafis with lies and speculations in the name of defending the followers of innovators [i.e. Muhammad spoke in defence of the Founders of Masjid As-Sunnah (followers of Ali Halabi, Al-Maghraawi and Al-Maribi)]. Muhammad and his deceitful hosts (i.e. the Founders at Masjid As-Sunnah) convinced themselves that the one who produced the articles [i.e. Abu Mu-aawiyyah] as a warning against the followers of Marbi, Halabi and Maghraawi was guilty of spreading discord!
This is strange indeed—either Muhammad is ignorant of the causes of discord or that he was obliged to come to the aid of his hosts due to the flattery and false praise he received from hizbiyyoon. How can those who warn against the innovators be guilty of discord, rather the innovators are the main cause of discord and splitting in the Ummah. Al-Allaamah Zaid Bin Haadi Al-Madkhali (may Allaah preserve him) said:
”The mubtadi (the innovator) is the cause for the splitting (in the ummah); because splitting is connected to innovation and unity (upon the sound creed and methodology of the Salaf) is connected to the Sunnah. The obligation of refuting the Mukhaalif (the opposer of the truth) is not lifted from the scholar due to anticipation of harm, unless it is harm he is not able to bear. Then (in this case), Allah does not burden a soul beyond what it can bear. The earth is not devoid of people of knowledge who will carry out refutation against the Mubtadi and the Mukhaalif.” [Source: Al Ajwibah Al Mukhtasar Alaa As-ila Al-Ashrati(Page43-44)]
However, Muhammad defended his hosts in falsehood and uttered some silly-idiotic statements. He even likened the writer to Abdullaah Bin Abee Salool—the head of the hypocrites during the time of the Messenger (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam). Muhammad uttered the likes of this filthy-irrational nonsense, whilst defending the founders of Masjid As-Sunnah (i.e. those who defend, honour and shelter the innovators Maribi, Halabi and Maghraawi). Imaam Fudayl Ibn Iyaad (rahimahullaah) said: ”whoever honours an innovator has assisted in the demolition of Islaam.” Sheikh Saaleh Al-Fawzaan said, because innovation is contrary to Islaam. If you give support to an innovator, then indeed you have assisted in the demolition of Islaam, because Islaam is the Sunnah and the Sunnah is Islaam. So it is obligatory upon the person that he does not honour the people of innovation, and that he neither praises nor commends them; as we hear at present the praises for the kuffaar, the Jews and the Christians…. Thus Muhammad spoke without contemplation, evidence and justice, and defended those who shelter innovators. Ibn Abdi Rabbihi (rahimahullaah):”choosing speech is more difficult than writing it down, and they said: The choice of a man is in harmony with his intellect.” [Source: quoted by Shaikh Muhammad Bin Umar Saalim Baazmool in Manhajul Bahthi Al-Ilmiy Wa-Kitaabah Fee Uloom Ash-Sharee-ah: page: 17]
Muhammad’s hosts also informed him that the writer (i.e. Abu Mu-aawiyyah) declares ‘anyone who affiliates with those Masjids (i.e. Masjid As-Sunnah etc) an innovator and a hizbi.” This statement was a plot to scare the people…O look at these people at Al-Markazus Salafi! They even declare the common people to be innovators….!!! Muhammad and his companions hoped that this lie of theirs would win them the support of the common folk because it gives the impression that those reprimanding the founders of Masjid As-Sunnah’s are excessive and unjust. And to make matters worse they did not produce a single tangible evidence to prove their accusations. Thus Muhammad disgraced himself! He sat in a Masjid whose founders are shelterers and defenders of innovators, and he spoke based on lies and speculation; yet he neither uttered a single word against the innovators sheltered by his hosts; rather Muhammad was very comfortable sitting next to Abu Suhaib Bassaam–a defender of the innovator Ali Halabi.
Muhammad’s hosts also informed him that the writer goes to the extent of accusing the scholars who attended these Masjids of being ignorant of the affairs of the Manhaj and are supporters of hizbiyyah and misguidance, mainly Shaikh Wasiyullaah Abbaas, Shaikh Abdul Azeez Sadhaan and others, who have held talks at these Masjids. Muhammad’s hosts fabricated this lie in order to show the so-called extremist views of the writer; rather at the time Muhammad and his hosts were all irritated by the stance of the Salafis—that Shaikh Wasiyullaah (may Allaah preserve him) is a man of knowledge, but he is human and was grossly mistaken regarding his criticism of Maktabah Salafiyyah (as it is not supported by any proof at all). And to make matters worse, Muhammad and his hosts did not produce a single tangible evidence to prove their accusations; rather they lied, speculated and slandered. And to this day they have not recanted from their disgraceful actions!
Thus Muhammad disgraced himself once again—he spoke without proof and even transgressed the limits by likening the writer to George Bush and Abdullaah Bin Abee Salool, all in the name of defending the founders of Masjid As-Sunnah (i.e. defenders and shelterers of the innovators Halabi, Maribi and Maghraawi).
A Reminder to Maliki even though it may hurt him
Al-Allaamah Saalih Al-Fawzan said: ”Yes, separation between the truth and the falsehood; this is correct. We make a distinction between truth and the falsehood and (also between) the people of truth and the people of falsehood. We are going to refute (the people of falsehood), and the Scholars refuted (the people of falsehood). This is not for the purpose of causing division; this is to gather the people upon the truth, because with people remaining upon misguidance and upon the speech of falsehood, then this causes division between the Muslims. As for clarifying the truth for the people, so they can gather upon it, then this is the da’wah towards unity, not the da’wah towards separation. Strange indeed is the affair of Muhammad! He made all that effort to speak against the salafiyyoon without any proof, yet not a single word against Marabi or Halabi or Maghraawee!? And he continually ally himself with Luton and Brixton—all followers and defenders of the innovators (Maribi, Maghraawi and Halabi). This was Muhammad’s disgraceful stance in 2012, and this year Masjid Al-Furqan (Leicester) have announced that he is coming to them.

The Masjid Al-Furqaan Muhammad attended last year (Rusholme-Manchester): Its Admin/Committee are allies of Abu Usaamah (the defender of the innovators Maribi and Halabi). Likewise, amongst the speakers invited at Al-Furqaan (Rusholme-Manchester) are the likes of Said Rageah, who lectures alongside Abu Usaamah (the hizbi), Abu Muslimah (the hizbi) and others. And the last time Muhammad’s argument was that he teaches Aqeedah Tahaawiyyah at that Masjid and whether it is a book taught by Hizbies! Indeed, we all know that Aqeedah Tahaawiyyah is not a book of the Hizbiyyoon, but what Muhammad deliberately seeks to ignore is that even the Hizbiyyoon teach this Book. Safar Al-Hawaalee (the Qutbi-Hizbi-Khaariji) has an explanation of Aqeedah Tahaawiyyah, so does that make him a non-Hizbi?! So just because Masjid Al-Furqaan’s Admin allows Muhammad to teach them Aqeedah Tahaawiyyah is not a proof of their freedom from Hizbiyyah, rather they are allied with one of the most deceitful and misguided amongst the Hizbiyyoon (i.e. Abu Usaamah Adh-Dhahabee).

Indeed, it is not strange that Muhammad visits these Masaajid that co-operate with the shameless hizbi Abu Usamah, because Muhammad (himself) openly stated during a lecture at Masjid As-Sunnah (Cheemthamhill-Manchester) that Abu Usamah is to be co-operated with. May Allaah guide Muhammad or protect us from his falsehood. Aameen.
