In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy
Shaikhul Islaam Ibn Taymiyyah (rahimahullaah) said:
On the other side of those who make Takfeer based on falsehood, there are a people who do not know the creed of Ahlus Sunnah Wal-Jamaa’ah as it is obligated; or they know some of it and are ignorant of some of it. They conceal what they know of it and do not clarify it for the people. They neither forbid innovations (which is) what is in opposition to the Book and the Sunnah nor do they rebuke Ahlul Bidah and punish them; rather perhaps they would rebuke a statement in the Sunnah and a fundamental of the religion completely and would not differentiate between what Ahlus Sunnah Wal Jamaa’ah say and what Ahlul Bidah Wal Furqah (The people of innovation and splitting) say; or they would affirm all their differing ways, just as the scholars would affirm the different opinions in places where Ijtihaad is permitted [i.e. due to the ignorance of these people and deliberately hiding the truth, they would affirm the correct path of Ahlus Sunnah and the corrupt path of ahlul bidah, whilst seeking to falsely imitate the scholars of Ahlus Sunnah in their affirmation of the different opinions in issues of permissible Ijtihaad].
This path has overwhelmed many of the Murji’ah; some of the jurists; those who pursue the path of asceticism and the philosophers, just as it has overwhelmed first and foremost many amongst the people of desires and rhetoric. And both these paths (i.e. the path traversed by those who do not clarify the haqq and those who seek to condone all the divergent paths of deviation) are deviated paths outside the Book and the Sunnah. Rather what is obligatory is to clarify that which Allaah sent His Messengers with and (revealed) in His Books–propagating that which the Messengers brought from Allaah and fulfilling the covenant which Allaah took from the scholars.
Therefore, it is obligatory to know that which the Messengers brought–having belief in it, propagating it, calling to it and striving upon it. And to weigh up all that which the people embark upon- [with regards to statements, actions, religious fundamentals, subsidiary (issues) related to the apparent actions of the Limbs and affairs related to actions of the heart]- under the Book of Allaah and the Sunnah of His Messenger; and neither following desires (through) customs, a school of law, a religious order, a leader or a predecessor; nor following conjecture through a weak hadeeth or corrupt Qiyaas, regardless whether it a Qiyaas that offers some degree of certainty or not; or blindly following someone regarding whom it is not obligated to follow his statement and action, for indeed Allaah—in His Book- has censured those who follow conjecture and that which their souls desire, whilst they abandon the guidance that came to them from their Lord. (1) [End of quote]
Muhammad Al-Maliki and other [Tamyi Plaque Victims (2)] do not clarify the truth for the people regarding the obstinate followers of Halabi (Al-Mubtadi); Al-Maribi (Al-Mubtadi) and Al-Maghraawi (Al-Mubtadi); rather he utilises doubts in order to hide the calamities of Goldie [Abu Usaamah (The Man of Bidah)] and his allies amongst the staunch UK followers of Maribi, halabi and Maghraawi. Muhammad Al-Maliki is a sneaky deceiver, for how can this not be the case when his tongue is moist with praising the staunch and obstinate followers of the Mubtadia; rather he even has the audacity—showing little shyness in the presence of his Lord—to praise the vile Haddaadi Mubtadi Yahyah Al-Hajoori. (2.1) This is where Muhammad’s Tamyi and blatant falsehood has led him and Allaah’s Aid is Sought!
Imaam Barbahaaree (rahimahullaah) said: ‘It is not permitted for a man to say, ‘So and so is a person of the sunnah’ until he knows that he combines the characteristics of the Sunnah, so it is not said of him, ‘a person of the Sunnah’ until he combines all the Sunnah.' Shaikh Saaleh Al-Fawzaan (hafidha-hullaah) commented on the above statement of Imaam Barbahaaree saying:
Do not give Tazkiyah to a person and praise of him, except from knowledge; lest the people become deceived by your praise of him, whilst he is not what (you have stated about him). So when his real affair and path is clear to you, his knowledge and steadfastness, then you can give him Taskiyah. As for giving out praise and recommendation whilst not knowing of anything about him, then this is a dangerous Taskiyah through which the people will be deceived by this person.
Had only those who give commendations to the people stopped at that (i.e. put it in its proper place), then they would not give recommendation, except for one who fulfils the conditions of giving Taskiyah; because Taskiyah is a ‘Witness’, so, if the Tazkiyah is not correct it will be a false witness.
And concerning the statement of Imaam Barbahaaree: ‘until he knows that he combines the characteristics of the Sunnah’ Sheikh Saaleh Al-Fawzaan commented on the above statement saying: The characteristics of the Sunnah are to be in Aqeedah, Knowledge and adherence to the salafus Saaleh. But if there is not in him except a single characteristic of the (Sunnah), then he is not judged to be from ahlus sunnah on the basis of a single characteristic or one thing, so what about the one who does not have anything from that?[End of Quote](4)
This is another calamity and Allaah’s Aid is sought! Muhammad praises Al-Hajoori–a man with numerous innovations and vile statements. However, Muhammad shows little shame in the presence of his Lord and praises Al-Hajoori Al-Haddaadi Al-Mubtadi. Shaikhul Islaam Ibn Taymiyyah (rahimhullaah) said: “And Imaan is known about a man, just as all the states of his heart are known by way of his (outward) allegiances, enmities, his rejoicing, anger, hunger, thirst, and other such affairs. For these matters have certain outward binding necessities (lawaazim dhaahirah) and the outward matters necessitate inward matters. And this is a matter known, the people know this concerning the one that they have experienced and tested (jarraboohu wamtahinoohu) (5)
Al-Allaamah Rabee Bin Haadee Al-Madkhalee (may Allaah preserve him and prolong his life upon goodness) said: Destructive Good Suspicion is to have a good suspicion of the people of falsehood whether are they disbelievers, innovators or evil (open) sinners. And that which led the disbelievers to belie the Messengers, (harbouring) a severe disbelief in them and their message was due to their evil suspicion towards the people of truth (i.e. the Prophets and their true followers), and having a good suspicion of their forefathers and their religions of falsehood and disbelief. Ahlul Bidah such as the Rawaafid, the khawaarij, the Soofiyyah, the Murji-a, the Qadariyyah and the people of Tahazzub Al-Baatil (false partisanship) are destroyed by good suspicion towards their Shuyookh and figureheads, and their corrupt creeds. On the other hand, they are destroyed by their evil suspicions towards the truth and its people. Abul Hasan Al-Maribee and his followers have a share of both this destructive good suspicion and destructive evil suspicion…. (6)
This is Muhammad Al-Maliki in a nutshell! His companions, allies, friends and confidants are the Uk allies of the innovators [Maribi, Halabi and Maghraawi] and the man of bidah Goldie; rather Muhammad has also added another innovator Al-Hajoori to his list of beloved personalities upon bidah and misguidance. We seek Allaah’s Protection from falsehood and ignorance. Aameen.
