[2] O Abu Mussab Wajdi Akkari! Restrain your tongue and do not speak against one of the inheritors of the Prophets (Shaikh Rabee) Based on Mere Insinuation and Speculation

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy

———————————————————————————————————————–

………Doubt-mongers such as Abdullah al-Farsee, Abu Usaamah Khaleefah, Abu Mussab Wajdi Akkari and many others who use numerous methods varying in their sophistication to either make explicit accusations or to mere insinuations against Shaykh Rabee in particular and those scholars more generally who have played an instrumental role in exposing the many fake claimants to Salafiyyah who have emerged over the last two decades in order to further the cause of al-Ikhwan al-Muslimeen within Salafi audiences.

———————————————————————————————————————–

O Abu Mussab Wajdi Akkari! Fear Allaah (The Most High) and listen to what Allaah stated about those who accuse others with what they are innocent of. Restrain your tongue and do not speak ill of Shaikh Rabee or anyone else without proof.  Allaah (The Most High) said:

وَمَن يَكْسِبْ خَطِيئَةً أَوْ إِثْمًا ثُمَّ يَرْمِ بِهِ بَرِيئًا فَقَدِ احْتَمَلَ بُهْتَانًا وَإِثْمًا مُّبِينًا

And whoever earns a fault or a sin and then throws it on to someone innocent, he has indeed burdened himself with falsehood and a manifest sin. [4:112]

Allaah (The Most High) said:

وَالَّذِينَ يُؤْذُونَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَالْمُؤْمِنَاتِ بِغَيْرِ مَا اكْتَسَبُوا فَقَدِ احْتَمَلُوا بُهْتَانًا وَإِثْمًا مُّبِينًا

And those who annoy believing men and women undeservedly bear on themselves the crime of slander and plain sin. [33:58]

O Abu Mussab Wajdi Akkari! Why do you willing chose to be from those who use numerous methods to either make explicit accusations or mere insinuations against Shaykh Rabee in particular?! Fear Allaah (The Most High) and speak the truth. Allaah (The Most High) stated:

فَلَا تَتَّبِعُوا الْهَوَىٰ أَن تَعْدِلُوا ۚ وَإِن تَلْوُوا أَوْ تُعْرِضُوا فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ خَبِيرًا

So follow not the lusts (of your hearts), lest you may avoid justice, and if you distort your witness or refuse to give it, verily, Allah is Ever Well-Acquainted with what you do. [4:135]

O Abu Mussab Wajdi Akkari! Indeed, even though you and other Doubt-Mongers seek to diminish the status of Shaikh Rabee by making explicit accusations or mere insinuations against him without any proof, however, the Shaikh is a man of virtue and is well known to the inheritors of the Prophets (i.e. the scholars) in this era of ours.[See here the scholars’ praise of Shaikh Rabee: http://salafitalk.net/st/viewmessages.cfm?Forum=6&Topic=5527

O Abu Mussab Wajdi Akkari! Even though loudmouths and Doubt-Mongers like you and others seek to find fault without any proof, however, the Shaikh is well known for justice and patience Maashaa-allaah! He does not refute or warn against an obstinate deviant unless after advising him. See article: Does Shaikh Rabee Advises Before He Refutes:http://www.sahihmuslim.com/sps/sp.cfm?subsecID=MNJ02&articleID=MNJ020007&articlePages=1

Finally: O Abu Mussab Wajdi Akkari! We remind you and your ilk that the scholars past and present have made harsh statements against those who speak against the people of knowledge without justification or proof. Imaam Ibn Asaakir (rahimahullaah) said: Know O my brother! May Allaah grant us and you His Pleasure and make us from those who have awe and fear of Him as He should be feared. Indeed, the flesh of the scholars is poisonous and Allaah’s way of disclosing the hidden affairs of those who diminish their worth is well known. [1]

Al-Allaamah Saaleh Al-Fawzaan (may Allaah preserve him) said: None violates the honour of the scholars who are upon the truth, except one of three (people): Either a hypocrite known for (his) hypocrisy, or an evil sinner who hates the scholars because they prevent him from his sinful (acts) of disobedience, or a misguided hizbi who hates the scholars because they neither agree with his hizbiyyah nor with his deviated views.  [2]

Question to Shaikh Saaleh Al-Fawzaan (may Allaah preserve him)

(Do you have) an advice for the one who speaks ill of the people of knowledge–those who establish refutation against the one who opposes the Book of Allaah and the Sunnah of His Messenger (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam)?

Answer:

It is (obligatory) upon him to repent to Allaah (The Might and Majestic) because he dislikes the truth.. Refutation against the people of falsehood is the truth. Clarifying the mistake of those who commit mistakes in knowledge is the truth. Clarification is obligatory. This (person) wants to conceal. This (person) wants to conceal knowledge, so it is (obligatory) upon him to repent and seek Allaah’s Forgiveness. [3]

Shaikh Ahmad An-Najmi (rahimahullaah) said: Indeed Shaikh Rabee (may Allaah preserve him) and Shaikh Zayd (rahimahullaah) are from the Salafi Scholars, who give sincere advice. It is incumbent upon him (i.e. the questioner) to acknowledge and be aware of that, and should not speak ill of them. That is because speaking ill of them is (tantamount) to speaking ill of the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allaah (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) they are carrying.  And we say: They (i.e. Shaikh Rabee and Shaikh Zaid) are not infallible, but we say: their manhaj is sound. It is incumbent upon the students of knowledge to read their books and to be acquainted with the truth by way of it or through other than it. But be warned against the books of the illegal partisans. [4]

Therefore, O Abu Mussab Wajdi Akkai! Fear Allaah (The Most High) and know that the flesh of the scholars is poison, just as Ibn Asaakir (rahimahullaah) stated: Know O my brother! May Allaah grant us and you His Pleasure and make us from those who have awe and fear of Him as He should be feared. Indeed, the flesh of the scholars is poisonous and Allaah’s way of disclosing the hidden affairs of those who diminish their worth is well known.

To be continued…In-Shaa-Allaah
