In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy.
Allaah [The Exalted] said:
وَلَا تُطِعۡ مَنۡ أَغۡفَلۡنَا قَلۡبَهُ ۥ عَن ذِكۡرِنَا وَٱتَّبَعَ هَوَٮٰهُ وَكَانَ أَمۡرُهُ ۥ فُرُطً۬ا
And obey not him whose heart We have made heedless of Our Remembrance, one who follows his own lusts and whose affair (deeds) has been lost. [Surah al-Kahf. Aayah 28]
Imam As-Sa’di [rahimahullah] said about this Aayah:
[The one who is] heedless of Allaah then his recompense is that Allah has made him heedless of His remembrance. “Who follows his own lusts” – whatever his soul desires he does and strives in its attainment, even if it was to his destruction and loss. [If that occurs], then verily he has taken his desires as his god, as Allah the Most High said:
Have you seen him who takes his own lust (vain desires) as his ilah (god), and Allah knowing (him as such), left him astray, and sealed his hearing and his heart, and put a cover on his sight. Who then will guide him after Allah? Will you not then remember? [Surah Al-Jaathiyah. Aayah 23] [Ref 1]
Indeed, we hear some of those militant secularists who vilify the followers of the authentic Sunnah and labelling them as Non-violent extremists, because the people of Sunnah follow the path of Allaah and refuse to give precedence to their intellects over the revelation when personally choosing between halaal and haraam. Shaikh Saaleh as-Saaleh [hafidhahullaah] said, “When a human being wants to give rights to another person, he will not be free from desires, because the one who codifies laws, regardless of what that may be, will include his desires in it. And because of this, you will find that Western man made laws, such as French man made law, American man made law and other man made laws are subject to change from time to time – either because the law was first initiated for the sake of the country’s interests when it was established, or due to the influence of the [influential personalities or leaders etc] in that country in some matters, or because the time changed and thus the circumstances changed. And due to this, Allaah clarified that the pre-Islamic judgement is tantamount to a judgement based on desires. Allaah [Glorified be He] said: [وَأَنِ احْكُم بَيْنَهُم بِمَا أَنزَلَ اللَّهُ وَلَا تَتَّبِعْ أَهْوَاءَهُمْ – And so judge (you O Muhammad) between them by what Allah has revealed and follow not their vain desires]. [Surah Al-Maa’idah. Aayah 49] https://video.link/w/j4azb
Al-Allaamah Rabee Bin Haadee [hafidhahullaah] said: “It has been reported in an authentic hadeeth -[in Saheeh Al Bukhaari and Saheeh Muslim]- that a man will be brought on the Day of Resurrection and thrown into the Fire, then his intestines will spill forth in the Fire and he will go around it as a donkey goes around a millstone. The people of Hell will gather around him and will say, ‘O So and so! What is the matter with you; did you not use to enjoin good and forbid evil?’ He will say, ‘Yes, I used to enjoin good, but did not do it; and I used to forbid evil and did it [i.e. commit the evil I used to forbid’. [Ref 2] Indeed, there maybe someone who is worse than this man, for he [i.e. the one worse than the man mentioned in this Hadeeth] enjoins evil and forbids good, so what will be his state of affairs, and Allaah’s Refuge is sought?!” [Ref 3]
Therefore, the followers of the authentic Sunnah do not give any attention to those who label them as Non-violent extremists, rather they follow the upright path ordained by the Creator of the heavens and the earth. This is what angers some of the militant leftists and militant secularists when the true followers of the Prophets clarify the correct stance on family matters, women’s role in society, abortion, contraception and homosexuality, so, they have nothing else to offer other than label them as ‘non-violent extremists’.
The Upright Stance On Family and Children
Imaam Abdul Azeez Bin Baaz [rahimahullaah] was asked about a husband and a wife who agreed not to have children and whether this is allowed: The Imaam [rahimahullaah] responded saying that this agreement of theirs is not permissible. As long as the woman is able [to bear children], then it is not permissible for them to do this because the Islamic legislation requires that the people give concern to bearing children and make the Ummah numerous. The Prophet [sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam] said: Marry the childbearing, loving woman for I shall outnumber the peoples by you on the Day of Resurrection. In another wording [of this narration the Prophet said]: Outnumber [i.e. the followers of the other] Prophets on the Day of Judgement.” That is because by way of this [i.e. having many children] those who worship Allaah among the Muslims will be numerous, the Ummah will be numerous and strong in opposing their enemies.
It is not permissible for a man to abandon having children out of fear of either tiredness in seeking after a livelihood or due to difficulty, or due to expenditure, or due to a desire to enjoy one’s wife and other than that. It also not permissible for a woman to do this, rather it is obligated on both of them to pursue the means of having offspring -be eager to seek the means to having children so that the Ummah becomes numerous and to fulfil what the Prophet [sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam] stated.
However, if the woman either suffers a lot of pain due to an illness of the womb or she cannot give birth except by way of surgical operation, then this is an excuse to not have children. If the surgical operation [or caesarean] will harm her- it is feared that something will happen to her, and also if the children are many- born at close intervals and bringing them up becomes difficult upon her, then there is nothing to prevent her from taking some pills [or contraception] or some preventative measures for a year or two – the period of breastfeeding- so that she becomes strong enough to nurture the children and able to nurture the other newly born. Why Is Homosexuality Prohibited In Islaam
http://www.islamhomosexuality.com/hs/
What is a Homophobe According to Those Who Concocted This Term?
A Homophobe is a person who has an extreme fear or dislike of gay people.
Firstly, what these people should understand is that those who believe in Allaah and the final Messenger do not fear gay people, rather they fear sin and do not want to commit any deed that is forbidden by Allaah and His final Messenger Muhammad [sallal laahu alayhi wasallam].
Secondly, homosexuality is not the greatest of the major sins, rather the greatest of all the major sins is Shirk [i.e. to ascribe partners with Allaah]. Allaah [The Exalted] said:
إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يَغۡفِرُ أَن يُشۡرَكَ بِهِۦ وَيَغۡفِرُ مَا دُونَ ذَٲلِكَ لِمَن يَشَآءُۚ وَمَن يُشۡرِكۡ بِٱللَّهِ فَقَدۡ ضَلَّ ضَلَـٰلاَۢ بَعِيدًا
Verily! Allaah does not forgive [a person the sin of setting up partners in worship with Allaah if he dies without repenting from it], but He [Allaah] forgives whom He pleases sins other than that, and whoever sets up partners in worship with Allaah has indeed strayed far away. [Surah An-Nisaa Aayah 116]
Thirdly, just because believers in Allaah and His final Messenger hate something does not mean that they exit the confines of justice when dealing with sinners, whether homosexuals, drunkards, thieves, fornicators, adulterers, liars, paedophiles, slanderers, usurers and others. Shaikh Abdul Waahid, Abu Khadeejah [may Allaah preserve him] stated in an article of his regarding the consequences of homosexuality as stated in Qur’aan and Bible: “This is the view of all of the famous scholars and jurists of Islam in line with the punishment dealt to the people of Lūt (in the Qur’an) and the hadīth of the Prophet. A Muslim, regardless of which country he lives in, is not allowed to physically harm those he regards to be sinners, nor incite others to do so. Vigilantism goes against Islamic teachings because it creates an anarchic, unjust and disorderly society”.
[See here: https://www.abukhadeejah.com/lgbtq-homosexuality-gay-muslims-and-islam/]
Therefore, we remind those who concocted this term ‘Homophobe’ that they cannot twist reality by seeking justify homosexuality and portray believers as weirdos when they reject that which has been rejected by the Lord of the heavens and the earth and all His Messengers; rather seeking to vilify believers in such a case is nothing else but an inheritance from the ancient enemies of the Messengers – those about whom Imaam Ibnul Qayyim [rahimahullaah] stated, “And if you ponder upon the statements of the people of falsehood, you will indeed find them clothed with expressions and presented in a good light with sophisticated terms, which are quickly accepted by those deprived of sound discernment-to the extent that the wicked sinners would give [good] names to the greatest types of wicked deeds”. [Ref 4]
Indeed, there are those amongst the LGBT movements who – whilst seeking to justify that which the Creator of the heavens and the earth declared forbidden – concoct terms to vilify the believers and desperately seek to twist reality, or they even seek to silence everyone who raise objections. This behaviour is similar to that of the people of Lut [alayhis salaam], as Allaah [The Exalted] stated:
وَمَا ڪَانَ جَوَابَ قَوۡمِهِۦۤ إِلَّآ أَن قَالُوٓاْ أَخۡرِجُوهُم مِّن قَرۡيَتِڪُمۡۖ إِنَّهُمۡ أُنَاسٌ۬ يَتَطَهَّرُونَ
And the answer of his people was only that they said: “Drive them [i.e. the believers] out of your town, these are indeed men who want to be pure (from sins)!” [Surah Al-A’raaf. Aayah 82]
Therefore, should we concoct a terms to describe the militant members of the LGBT movement?! Rather, we limit ourselves to that which our Lord has stated regarding homosexuality and all other types of sins, and we do not go beyond the limits, just as Shaikh Abdul Waahid, Abu Khadeejah [hafidhahullaah] stated, “A Muslim, regardless of which country he lives in, is not allowed to physically harm those he regards to be sinners, nor incite others to do so. Vigilantism goes against Islamic teachings because it creates an anarchic, unjust and disorderly society”. https://www.abukhadeejah.com/lgbtq-homosexuality-gay-muslims-and-islam/
Misogynist
According to those who concocted this word, it means a person who dislikes, despises, or is strongly prejudiced against women.
Firstly, listen to the clarifications regarding Muslim women in general:
Women’s Rights In Islaam https://safeyoutube.net/w/1jCZ [10mins]
https://www.salafisounds.com/the-muslim-woman-in-a-modern-world-by-abu-khadeejah/ [55mins]
https://www.salafisounds.com/women-in-islam-by-abu-khadeejah/ [1hr 59mins]
Secondly, the aim of a righteous Muslim woman is to get married to a righteous Muslim man, as Imaam Ibn Qutaybah [rahimahullaah] stated, “Marry your daughter to a man who fears Allah, because he will be kind if he loves her and will not oppress her when he is angry with her”. [Ref 5]
As for the Muslim man, he also looks for a righteous Muslim woman – one who will aid him to obey Allaah and not a woman intoxicated with transgression or one drowned in the plots of those men who seek to turn women into sexual objects.
The Messenger [sallal laahu alayhi wasallam] said:
“Verily the worldly life is sweet and green, and verily Allaah is going to place you as successors upon it in and will see how you act. So, be mindful of the dunyaah and be mindful of women; verily the first trial for the Children of Israa’eel was caused by women.” [Saheeh Muslim: No 2742) (Ibn Maajah: No 4000) (Ahmad: 3:22)]
Imaam Muhammad Ibn Saaleh Al-Uthaymeen [rahimahullaah] said regarding the statement of the Messenger [sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam], “Verily The Worldly Life Is Sweet And Green”- meaning: Sweet in taste and green in its image. And when something is green and sweet, the eye seeks it first and then the Nafs; and when the eye and the nafs come together in seeking after something, the human being is drawn close to falling into it. The worldly life is sweet in its taste and green in its image, so the human being is deceived by it and pre-occupied with it. He places greater importance on it than what is due to it (of importance). However, the Prophet (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) has made it known that Allaah is going to place us as successors upon (the earth) in order to see how we act; whether we will be obedient to Him, forbid the nafs from desires, fulfil what Allaah has enjoined upon us and not allow the worldly life to deceive you or whether the opposite will take place? This is why he [sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam] said, “Be Mindful Of The Worldly Life”, that is: fulfil what you have been commanded and refrain from that which you have been forbidden, and do not let the sweetness and radiance of this worldly life to deceive you, as Allaah said: [فَلَا تَغُرَّنَّڪُمُ ٱلۡحَيَوٰةُ ٱلدُّنۡيَا وَلَا يَغُرَّنَّڪُم بِٱللَّهِ ٱلۡغَرُورُ – [Let not then this (worldly) present life deceive you, nor let the chief deceiver (Satan) deceive you about Allaah]. [31:33]
Then he [sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam] stated, “So Be Mindful Of The Worldly Life And Be Mindful Of Women”- meaning: Be mindful of them. This includes a warning to the woman with regards to her plot(s) against her husband and also a warning against women and the trial that can occur through them. And for that reason he [sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam] said, “Verily The First Trial For The Children Of Israa’eel Was Caused By Women”. They were put to trial through women, thus they went astray and led others astray, and Allaah refuge is sought!
And for this reason, we find that at present our enemies are focused on women issues. [They focus] on adorning women, intermingling them and make them share the same occupations with men, until it becomes as if the people are donkeys having no other concern except for their stomachs and canal desires, and Allaah’s Refuge is sought! Women are portrayed as if they are mere images, that is: pictures (which) people attached no importance to except that which is connected to the woman’s figure (outward appearance). See how they have decorated and beautified her! See how they have brought about beautifications for her and presented her in a desirable condition, in relation to (her) hair, skin, legs, arms, face and everything else; until they make it the most important issue for the woman, like a picture made out of plastic. They neither present to her the importance of establishing Ibaadah nor bearing children.

Therefore, a righteous Muslim man wants a righteous wife who adheres to the commands of her Creator, just as a righteous Muslim woman also wants a righteous husband. If those who have concocted the term ‘Misogynist’ utilise it as a means of attacking a Muslim man who reminds his wife and woman folk to adhere to the commands of their Creator, then indeed they have once again behaved like the ancient enemies of the Messengers of Allaah, as Imaam Ibnul Qayyim [rahimahullaah] stated: “And if you ponder upon the statements of the people of falsehood, you will indeed find them clothed with expressions and presented in a good light with sophisticated terms, which are quickly accepted by those deprived of sound discernment-to the extent that the wicked sinners would give [good] names to the greatest types of wicked deeds”. [Ref 6]
Finally, Allaah [The Exalted] stated:
وَمِنْ آيَاتِهِ أَنْ خَلَقَ لَكُم مِّنْ أَنفُسِكُمْ أَزْوَاجًا لِّتَسْكُنُوا إِلَيْهَا وَجَعَلَ بَيْنَكُم مَّوَدَّةً وَرَحْمَةً ۚ إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَآيَاتٍ لِّقَوْمٍ يَتَفَكَّرُونَ
And among His Signs is this, that He created for you wives from among yourselves, that you may find repose in them, and He has put between you affection and mercy. Verily, in that are indeed signs for a people who reflect. [Soorah Ar-Rum: Ayah: 21]
Imaam as-Saa’di [rahimahullaah]: In most cases you will not find love in anyone similar to the love and mercy between a husband and wife. [Ref 8]
The Messenger [sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam] said: “There is nothing like marriage, for two who love one another”. [Ref 8]
Meaning: There is no bond like that bond between two people in marriage who love one another, for if they are married and love is present between them, it will increase in strength every day. [Ref 9]
Shaikh Uthaymeen [rahimahullaah] said: If a person says: What will make a man love his wife and vice versa? We say: Allaah has clarified this in His statement:
وَعَاشِرُوهُنَّ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ
And live with them honourably. [Soorah An-Nisaa’ Aayah 19]
If every person lives with his wife honourably and vice versa, then love, a strong bond and a happy married life will be established. [Ref 10]

This is why they call us non-violent extremists, because we hold on the upright path ordained by the Creator of the heavens and the earth. May Allaah guide the leftists and militant secularists to the right path or protect us from their evil Aameen.
