Claim What Does Not Belong to Them and Then Change The Narrative – [Path of Contemporary Tyrants Amongst Banee Israa’eel]

Claiming What Does Not Belong to Them – Fujoor Fil Khusoomah [Iniquity when disputing]

Imaam Muhammad Ibn Saaleh Al-Uthaymeen [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said, “Fujoor Fil Khusoomah (Iniquity when disputing) is of types: Reject what is obligatory upon you (to fulfil, give etc) and claim what one is not entitled to “.

Change The Narrative and Then Commit Excess In The Name of Self-defense

Allaah [The Exalted] stated about Aad:

Ad (people) belied the Messengers. When their brother Hud said to them: “Will you not fear Allah and obey Him? Verily! I am a trustworthy Messenger to you. So fear Allah, keep your duty to Him, and obey me. No reward do I ask of you for it (my Message of Islamic Monotheism), my reward is only from the Lord of the ‘Alamin (mankind, jinns, and all that exists). Do you build high palaces on every high place, while you do not live in them? And do you get for yourselves palaces (fine buildings) as if you will live therein for ever. And when you seize, seize you as tyrants? So fear Allah, keep your duty to Him, and obey me. And keep your duty to Him, fear Him Who has aided you with all (good things) that you know. He has aided you with cattle and children. And gardens and springs. Verily, I fear for you the torment of a Great Day”. They said: “It is the same to us whether you preach or be not of those who preach. This is no other than the false-tales and religion of the ancients, nd we are not going to be punished.” So they belied him, and We destroyed them. Verily! In this is indeed a sign, yet most of them are not believers. And verily! Your Lord, He is indeed the All-Mighty, the Most Merciful. [Surah Ash-Shu’araa. Verses 123-140]

Regarding the statement: [وَإِذَا بَطَشۡتُم بَطَشۡتُمۡ جَبَّارِينَ – And when you seize, seize you as tyrants]– Meaning, when you want to attack with a whip or sword, you attack like tyrants, completely overpowering and being savagely violent – neither compassionate nor aim to discipline (within justice as commanded by Allaah), nor contemplating on the consequences. (1) Allaah gave them great strength and it was obligated on them to use this strength in obedience to Allaah, but they became boastful and haughty, and they said: [مَنۡ أَشَدُّ مِنَّا قُوَّةً‌ۖ – Who is mightier than us in strength? (Surah Fussilat. Verse 15]; and they utilized their strength in disobedience to Allaah, fruitlessly and foolishly, so their Prophet forbade them from that. (2) Their Prophet forbade them from that  because it was done out of oppression. (3)

Imaam Abdul Azeez Bin Baaz [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said, “Allaah reproached Aad – the people of Prophet Hud – and that they are oppressors who attack people without justification, oppress them by way of beating, killing and pillage….(4)

Indeed, this is similar to what we witness today from some amongst Banee Israa’eel! They ignite trial by stealing land, distribute them amongst their people and displace Palestinians. They have been stealing land for over seven decades and any Palestinian who dares stand in their way either faces humiliation or physical harm. Even those who flatter them or turn a blind eye to their atrocities do not agree that they had the right to occupy East Jerusalem during the 1967 Arab-Israeli war and then annexed the entire city in 1980. This has not been accepted by anyone, but some of them give no concern to what others say due to arrogance and a desire to humiliate people. Then when Hamas reacts without sound understanding in the religion, they used that as an opportunity to change the narrative in order to divert everyone’s attention from the fact that they are the basis of all the trial, oppression, bloodshed, destruction and chaos.

As for Hamas, they continue upon their corrupt path and refuse to take the advice of Imaam Al-Albaanee [may Allaah have mercy upon him] when he stated: “Imagine, if your situation continues like this, what will be the result? What will the Muslims be watching and witnessing!!? And the Palestinians, what will they be slaughtered for? What will be the result? A Jew is killed and in return tens of Palestinians are killed, thousands imprisoned, what will be the result? Will this be a victory against the Jews? This is not the way, in reality the Muslims have now mistaken the way of Jihad”.

Finally, must read the following clarifications by Shaikh Abdul Waahid Abu Khadeejah [may Allaah preserve him]:

Are we in a period similar to the Prophet in Makkah as it relates to fighting Jihad?

Are we in a period similar to the Prophet in Makkah as it relates to fighting Jihad?
