Seeking to Maintain Healthy Bodies, Whilst Hearts Are Sick and Souls Are Weak!

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy

Many eagerly abide by social distancing rules and it must emphasized that one has to social distance when mandated by the authorities, but how many amongst humankind give foremost concern to distancing themselves from what the Creator (Allaah) has prohibited?! In the street one sees the open smokers, those playing music etc

Abdullaah Bin Mas’ood [may Allaah be pleased with him] said, “Indeed, you see a disbeliever in Allaah and His Messenger with the healthiest body amongst the people and with the sickest heart; and you will come across a believer with the most upright of hearts and the unhealthiest body. I swear by Allaah, if your hearts were sick and your bodies healthy, you will be more insignificant to Allaah than dung beetles”. (1)

Imaam Ibnul Qayyim [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said, “The disease of the heart are two types: (a) the disease of Shubhah (an affair of falsehood that is made to resemble truth) and Shak (i.e. doubt). (b) the disease of Shahwah (evil or vain desires, or indecency) and Ghay (deviation from the right path). Both of them have been mentioned in the Qur’aan. Allaah [The Most High] stated regarding the disease of Shubhah:

[ فِي قُلُوبِهِم مَّرَضٌ فَزَادَهُمُ اللَّهُ مَرَضًا – In their hearts is a disease [of doubt and hypocrisy] and Allah has increased their disease]. [Surah Al-Baqarah. Aayah 10]

Allaah [The Most High] said: [وَلِيَقُولَ الَّذِينَ فِي قُلُوبِهِم مَّرَضٌ وَالْكَافِرُونَ مَاذَا أَرَادَ اللَّهُ بِهَٰذَا مَثَلًا ۚ – And that those in whose hearts is a disease [of hypocrisy] and the disbelievers may say: “What Allah intends by this (curious) example?] [Surah Al-Muddathir. Aayah 31]

And Allaah [The Most High] stated about the one who is called to judge by the Qur’aan and the Sunnah, but he refuses and turns away:

And when they are called to Allah (i.e. His Words, the Qur’an) and His Messenger to judge between them, lo! a party of them refuse (to come) and turn away. But if the right is with them, they come to him willingly with submission. Is there a disease in their hearts? Or do they doubt or fear lest Allah and His Messenger should wrong them in judgement. Nay, it is they themselves who are the Zalimun (polytheists, hypocrites and wrong-doers, etc.).[Surah Noor. Aayaat 48-50]

As for the disease of Shahwa (evil desires), Allaah [The Most High] said:

[يَا نِسَاءَ النَّبِيِّ لَسْتُنَّ كَأَحَدٍ مِّنَ النِّسَاءِ ۚ إِنِ اتَّقَيْتُنَّ فَلَا تَخْضَعْنَ بِالْقَوْلِ فَيَطْمَعَ الَّذِي فِي قَلْبِهِ مَرَضٌ – O wives of the Prophet! You are not like any other women. If you keep your duty (to Allah), then be not soft in speech, lest he in whose heart is a disease [i.e. evil desire for adultery, etc.] should be moved with desire, but speak in an honourable manner.” [Ahzaab: Ayah:32]  This is the disease of the evil desire to commit adultery. (2)

The Nafs And Shaytaan

Allaah [The Most High] said:

[وَٱعۡتَصِمُواْ بِٱللَّهِ هُوَ مَوۡلَٮٰكُمۡ‌ۖ فَنِعۡمَ ٱلۡمَوۡلَىٰ وَنِعۡمَ ٱلنَّصِيرُ -“And hold fast to Allah; He is your Maula (Patron, Lord, etc.), what an Excellent Maula (Patron, Lord, etc.) and what an Excellent Helper!’’ [Surah Al-Hajj. Aayah 78]

Imaam Ibnul Qayyim [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said, “When you hold fast to Allaah, He will protect you. Allaah will help you against (the evil urges) of your souls and shaytaan – the two enemies that never isolate themselves from a person. Their enmity is more harmful than an apparent enemy. Therefore, being given help against them is the most important thing and a person’s need of it is more than (his need for other things). And the completeness of this help is based on the level of one’s attachment to Allaah”.’ [Jalaa Al-Af’haam. Page 154]

Imaam Al-Aajurree [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said: It is obligated on the one who hears this from Allaah [i.e. the affairs stated about the nafs in the Qur’an and Sunnah] that he is more careful or cautious about his nafs than an enemy that wants to kill him, or take his wealth, or violate his honour. If someone says: “Why do you obligate – on me – this precaution about the Nafs until you place it in a situation that is more severe than an enemy whose enmity is certainly very manifest? It should then be said to him, “The enemy of yours who wants to kill you, or wants to take your wealth or violate your honour, if he overcomes you with what he does to you, then indeed Allaah will expiate some of your sins and raise your status, but this will not be the case with the nafs because if the nafs overcomes you by way of that which you desire – that which you have been forbidden, then this contains destruction for you in this Dunya and the Aakhirah- disgrace and severe punishment in the Dunyah, an evil state in the sight of Allaah and destination in the Aakhirah.

Therefore the sensible one – may Allaah have mercy upon him – compels or obligates caution on his Nafs and strives against it in a manner more severe than striving against an enemy who wants to take his wealth and his life. So, he strives against his nafs in times of anger and in times of happiness. This is how our prophet disciplined us in various hadeeth, saying: The Mujaahid is the one who strives against his Nafs in obedience to Allaah – The Mighty and Majestic.

When a person hears the statement, “Be more careful about your Nafs than an enemy who wants to kill you”, he might be amazed as to how can be the case?! Say to him, “If someone kill you or took your wealth, Allah will expiate your sins, because have you not heard about the hadeeth about the Muflis?!

Abu Huraira [may Allaah be pleased with him] reported that the Messenger of Allaah [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him] said, “Do you know who is bankrupt?” They said, “The one without money or goods is bankrupt.” The Prophet said, “Verily, the bankrupt of my Ummah are those who come on the Day of Resurrection with prayers, fasting, and charity, but also insulted this one, slandered that one, ate the wealth of this one, shed the blood of that one, and hit this one. So, this one will be given from his good deeds and that one is given from his deeds. And if his good deeds run out before justice is fulfilled, then their sins will be cast upon him and he will be thrown into the Hellfire.” [Source: Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 2581]

So, you will take his deeds and if he has no more deeds to give away, your sins will be given you him and he’ll be in the fire; but as for when our own nafs overcome us by way of that which is haraam, we gain nothing. (3)

So, Imaam Al-Aajurree said: One should strive against his Nafs in times of happiness as well as when he is angry. In supplication: [وأسألُك كلمةَ الحقِّ في الرِّضَا والغضب – I ask You (O Allaah) to make me true in speech in times of pleasure and anger]. (4)

The one who does not utter except the truth during anger and pleasure, then this is a proof of his strong Eemaan and that indeed he is in control of his Nafs. (5)

Shaytaan

Allaah [The Exalted] informed us in Soorah An-Nisaa Ayah 119 that shaytaan said: [وَلَأُضِلَّنَّهُمْ -Verily, I will mislead them]- Meaning, from the truth. [وَلَأُمَنِّيَنَّهُم – And surely, I will arouse in them false desires]; Ibn Abbaas [may Allaah be pleased with him and his father] said: He (shaytaan) desires to hinder (them) from repentance and to delay it.
[وَلَآمُرَنَّهُمْ فَلَيُبَتِّكُنَّ آذَانَ الْأَنْعَامِ – I will order them to slit the ears of cattle], Meaning, cut off the ears of the cattle]; [وَلَآمُرَنَّهُمْ فَلَيُغَيِّرُنَّ خَلْقَ اللَّهِ – And indeed I will order them to change the nature created by Allah]; Ibn Abbaas said: He (ibleees) intends by this the religion of Allaah. And the meaning of this is that Allaah created his slaves upon an upright fitrah [i.e. an upright natural disposition that will enable them to recognize Allaah, accept the call of the messengers when it reaches them and worship Allaah alone], as He (the most high) said:

So set you (O Muhammad) your face towards the religion of true Monotheism- Hanifa (worship none but Allah Alone) Allah’s Fitrah (i.e. Allah’s Islamic Monotheism), with which He has created mankind. No change let there be in Khalqillah (i.e. the Religion ordained by Allaah- pure Islamic Monotheism), that is the straight religion, but most people do not know. (Always) Turning in repentance to Him (only), and be afraid and dutiful to Him….[Soorah Ar-Rum Aayaat 30-31]

And Allaah [The Exalted] stated that shaytaan said:

(Iblis) said: “Because You have sent me astray, surely I will sit in wait against them (human beings) on Your Straight Path. Then I will come to them from before them and behind them, from their right and from their left, and You will not find most of them as thankful ones (i.e. they will not be dutiful to You).” [Surah Al-A’raaf. Aayaat 16-17]

[ثُمَّ لَآتِيَنَّهُم مِّن بَيْنِ أَيْدِيهِمْ – Then I will come to them from before them and behind them]. Ibn Abbaas said this means, ‘’I (Iblees) will bring doubts to them about the Hereafter”. [وَمِنْ خَلْفِهِمْ – and behind them]. Ibn Abbaas said that this means, ‘’I (Iblees) will make them covetous for the worldly things.’’ [وَعَنْ أَيْمَانِهِمْ – and from their right]. Ibn Abbaas said this means, ‘’I (Iblees) will make their religion obscure [i.e. by making them hold onto doubtful matters which they would consider to be the truth]. [وَعَن شَمَائِلِهِمْ – and from their left]. Al-Hasan said this means, ‘’I (Iblees) will command them to commit evil deeds, urge them toward it and beautify it in their eyes [i.e. make it fair seeming to them]’’.

It has also been reported from Ibn Abbaas who said that Iblees did not say, ‘’And from above them’’ because he knows that Allaah is above them. Qataadah said, ‘’O son of Adam! Shaytaan comes to you from every direction but not from above because he is not able to come between you and the Mercy of Allaah. (5.1)

A Beneficial Contemplation Regarding How to Keep Away From Sin

Imaam Abdul Ghaniy Al-Maqdisi stated in his book At-tawwaabeen that a man once came to Ibraaheem Bin Adham and said, “O Abu Ishaaq! Indeed I have transgressed against my Nafs [through evil deeds], so present to me that which will be a deterrent for my nafs and will save [or rescue] my heart”. So, Ibraaheem said to him: “If you accept five affairs and fulfil them, neither will you be harmed due to sinning nor will the enjoyment [or delight from it] bring you destruction. The man said, “Mention them to me O Abu Ishaaq”.

Ibraaheem said: “The first affair is that when you want to disobey Allaah – The Mighty and Majestic- do not eat His provision”. The man said, “Where would I eat from when it is case that all that is in the earth is from His provision?” He said, “O you! Is it right that you eat His provision and disobey him?” The man said, “No; mention the second affair to me”.

Ibraaheem said, “If you want to disobey Allaah, do not live anywhere in Allaah’s earth”. The man said, “This is greater than the first affair! When it is the case that the east, the west and whatever is between them belongs to Him, then where would I live?” Ibraaheem said to him, “O you! Is it right that you eat His provision and live on his earth, yet you disobey him?” The man said, “No; mention the third affair”.

Ibraaheem said, “If you want to disobey Him whilst you are being provided from His provision and living on his earth, then do so in a place where He cannot see you”. The man said, “How can that be when it is the case that He knows everything that is hidden”. Ibraaheem said, “O you! Is it right that you eat his provision, live on his earth and you disobey him whilst he sees you and what you do?” The man said, “No; mention the fourth affair”.

Ibraaheem said, “When the angel of death comes to take your soul, tell him, ‘Delay its departure until I perform sincere repentance and perform righteous deeds for the sake of Allaah’”. The man said, “He (the angel) will not accept that from me”. Ibraaheem said, “O you! When it is the case that you cannot repel death until you repent and you know that there is no delay when it comes to you, then how do you hope to escape?” The man said, “Mention the fifth affair”.

Ibraaheem said to him, “When the Zabaaniyah [i.e. guardians of hell] come to you on yawmul qiyaamah to take you to the fire, do not go with them”. The man said, “Neither will they leave me nor accept that from me”. Ibraaheem said to him, “So, how do you hope for safety then?” The man said, “O Ibraaheem! This is enough! This is enough! I seek Allah’s forgiveness and repent to Him.” [Ref 6]

Al-Markazus Salafi Will Never Tolerate Anyone Who Attributes Falsehood to Any Student at Salafipublications

In The Naame of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy.

Allaah [The Most High] said: [إِنَّآ أَنزَلۡنَآ إِلَيۡكَ ٱلۡكِتَـٰبَ بِٱلۡحَقِّ لِتَحۡكُمَ بَيۡنَ ٱلنَّاسِ بِمَآ أَرَٮٰكَ ٱللَّهُ‌ۚ وَلَا تَكُن لِّلۡخَآٮِٕنِينَ خَصِيمً۬ا – Surely, We have sent down to you (O Muhammad) the Book (this Qur’an) in truth that you might judge between men by that which Allah has shown you (i.e. has taught you through Divine Inspiration), so be not a pleader for the treacherous (or deceitful person)]. [Surah An-Nisaa Ayah 105]

Do not argue for the one whose treachery is known, such as the one who either pursues what does not belong to him or rejects a right he must fulfil, whether he is aware of that or not. In this is proof that it is forbidden to argue based on falsehood and pleading (on behalf) of one who makes a false claim – in religious or worldly disputes. On the other hand, it is permissible to plead on behalf of someone -in a dispute- who is not known for treachery. (1)

Imaam Muhammad Ibn Saaleh Al-Uthaymeen [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said, “Fujoor Fil Khusoomah (Iniquity when disputing) is of types: rejecting what is obligatory upon you (to fulfil, give etc) and claiming what one is not entitled to”. (2)

Al-Allaama Rabee Bin Haadee Al-Madkhalee [may Allaah preserve him] said: Through [Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him)], Allaah removed us from the darkness of Shirk, indecency and Bidah, evil deeds and bad manners, lying, deceit, quackery, and trickery, and (purified us) with pure (Islamic] monotheism and strong sincere Eemaan. He [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him] nurtured us upon truthfulness and took the oath of allegiance from us that we speak the truth wherever we may be, and he warned us against lies and evil deeds. And one of the recompenses for a liar is that which has been reported from the noble Prophet [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him] – the person of high moral character- who said, “I saw (in a dream) two men came to me”; then the Prophet said, “They said,’‘the person- the one whose cheek you saw being torn away (from the mouth to the ear) was a liar and used to tell lies and the people would report those lies on his authority till they spread (that lie) all over the world. So, he will be punished like that till the Day of Resurrection”. [Reported by Imaam Al-Bukhaari: Number: 6096]

How numerous are those who tell lies today against the carries of Salafiyyah and its callers! They hinder men from the path of Allaah by way of these lies to aid falsehood, spurious (stances, ideas, views etc), bidah, (views, stances, beliefs, ideas etc) that are destructive to the sound creed, methodology and virtuous manners. (3)

Abu Bakra [may Allaah be pleased with him] reported that the Prophet [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him] said, “There is no wrong action more likely to bring punishment in this world in addition to what is stored up in the next life than oppression and severing ties of kinship”. (4)

Iyaad Bin Himaar Al-Mujaashi’ee [may Allaah be pleased with him] reported that the Prophet [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him] said, “It has been revealed to me that you be humble so that none behave haughtily towards another person nor transgress against anyone”. (5)

Al-Allaamah Zayd Bin Haadee Al-Madkhalee [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said, “This great hadeeth is from the Jawaami Al-Kalim [i.e. a short statement that contains a vast meaning]. In this hadeeth, the Prophet guides us to humbleness, whose opposite is haughtiness, transgression, belittling the people and mocking at them. As for the humble person, he is that one who has Islamic manners and deals with his Muslim brothers based on Islamic brotherhood- neither transgresses against them nor mocks at them; neither belittles their rights nor treats them in an evil manner through speech or action. You always see him forgoing his rights out of humility to Allaah [The Blessed and Exalted]. The heart is the place where humility resides and it manifests on the limbs through good speech, good deeds and good dealings with others, and thus a person earns abundant reward. When a Muslim possesses this quality and refrains from exalting himself above the people, then indeed he fights against its opposites, such as belittling others, looking down on the people, treating them in an evil manner through speech and action, and other than that; rather he establishes the rights of brotherhood based on Eemaan just as Islaam calls to this great quality. This hadeeth guides one to abandon transgression and to be humble. It is [not permissible for] anyone to transgress against another person- neither through speech nor deeds- meaning: Do not transgress against him and thus oppress him. Do not [violate] his honour, blood and wealth, and through this brotherhood based on Eemaan is established, the Muslim actualises this great quality and thus Allaah raises his status. (6)

Finally, we say to those in the West who utter falsehood against Shaikh Abu Iyaadh -by attributing conspiracy theories to him – “This statement of yours is buhtaan, kadhib and baatil”.

Disability Benefit Fraudsters or Fraudsters In Religion, or Guilty of Both Crimes?!

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy.

Al-Khateeb Al-Bagdaadee [may Allaah have mercy upon him] reported that Al-Hallaaj instructed one of his close companions to go to one of the mountainous lands and said to him, “Manifest to the people your devotion in worship, righteousness and abstinence from the worldly life. After they incline towards you, love you and believe in you, tell them that you have been afflicted with blindness and then after some time make known to them that you are crippled. If they hasten to give you medical treatment, say to them, ‘O good people! I will not be benefited by anything you do’. Then after some time, you should tell them that you have seen Allaah’s Messenger [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him] in a dream saying to you, ‘Indeed, you cannot be cured except at the hands of a Qutb (see footnote a), and he will come to you on such and such day, on such and such month, and his description is such and such’, and then I (i.e. Al-Hallaaj) will come to you at that appointed time'”.

So, the man (i.e. Al-Hallaaj’s accomplice) went to that land and resided there, performed acts of worship, manifested righteousness and engaged in recitation of the Qur’an. After staying there for some time, the people believed in him and loved him, so he made known to them that he is afflicted with blindness. Then after some time, he made known to them that he has been suffering from inveterate sickness, so they hastened to do whatever they could to find a cure for him, but could not find a solution. He said to them, “O good people! What you are doing has not resulted in anything and indeed I have seen Allaah’s Messenger [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him] in a dream and he said to me, ‘Indeed, your wellbeing and cure is only in the hands of a Qutb and he will be coming to you on such and such day, and in such and such month”. The people began taking him to the Masjid and honouring him because of the appointed time he has spoken about regarding the arrival of the Qutb. After sometime, Al-Hallaaj entered the land discreetly with a white woollen garment, then he went to the Masjid and stayed in a specific place, engaged in worship and did not pay attention to anyone. The people recognized him based on the description given to them by the person (i.e. the one who was feigning ill health – Al-Hallaaj accomplice), so they approached him, greeted him and started stroking him (i.e. gently as a sign of admiration, respect etc). Then when the appointed time arrived [i.e. the time mentioned to them about the arrival of the Qutb (Al-Hallaaj the fraudster)], the people informed the one (feigning illness) about the man in the Masjid, so he said to them, “Describe the person”, and after they described the man (i.e. Al-Hallaaj), he said to them, “That was the person about whom I was informed – in my dream – that my cure is in his hands. Take me to him”. They took him and placed him in front of Al-Hallaaj, so he said to al-Al-Hallaaj, “O Abu Abdillaah! I saw Allaah’s Messenger [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him] in a dream…and then he narrated his dream. Al-Hallaaj raised his hands and supplicated, spittle on his palms and rubbed them on the man’s face and thus both eyes opened as if they were never blind. Then he took some of the spittle and rubbed it on the man’s legs and thus the man stood up and walked – in the presence of the people, the rulers and nobles of that land – as if nothing happened to him. The people exclaimed: “Allaah is the Greatest! Glorified be Allaah!” They exalted Al-Hallaaj with an exaltation that increased the falsehood he manifested to them.

Al-Hallaaj stayed with them for some and they honoured and exalted him; then when he decided to depart, he wanted them to gather a lot of wealth for him, so he said, “As for me, I have no need of the worldly things; rather we have reached this level of piety through abandoning the worldly things, but it may be that this companion of yours (i.e. his accomplice) has brothers and companions amongst the Abdaal (see footnote b), who are striving in the path of Allaah at Tartus, performing pilgrimage and giving in charity, and they are in need of what aids them to traverse this path”. Then the man who was in a state of chronic illness and was now cured (i.e. Al-Hallaaj’s accomplice) said to the people, “The Shaikh has spoken the truth. Indeed, Allaah gave me back my eyesight and blessed me with wellbeing so that I can spend the rest of my life to exert myself in the path of Allaah and perform hajj together with our righteous Abdaal brothers”. Then he urged the people to give wealth. Al-Hallaaj departed and the man stayed with the people until they gathered a lot of wealth, including gold and silver. After they gathered the wealth, he gave them a farewell speech and departed; then he went to Al-Hallaaj and they shared the wealth. (1)

[Footnote a: What is a Qutb according to the heretical Soofees? A Qutb is the so called saint or sufi leader who has a divine relationship with Allaah. He transmits knowledge which makes him the axis of the sufi path and he is not known].

[Footnote b: Who are the Abdaal according to the heretical Soofees? They are the so called seven Awliya and each of them control one of the seven continents of the world].

The Religion of Islam is a Perfect Solution for all Problems (Part 24): [The Beneficial Means and Reliance Upon Allaah]

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy.

Imaam As-Sadi [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said:

The Islamic religion enjoins two affairs at the same time: it enjoins that one employs the beneficial means to (attaining goals), complete dependence upon Allaah for its benefit, acquiring benefits and repelling harms according to one’s ability.

Commentary: The author (i.e. Imaam As-Sadi) said that the Islamic religion enjoins two things at the same time: it enjoins that one employs the beneficial means to (attaining goals), complete dependence upon Allaah for its benefit, acquiring benefits and repelling harms according to one’s ability. The Prophet [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him] said, “Be eager for what benefits you, seek help from Allah, and do not be frustrated. If something befalls you, then do not say: If only I had done something else. Rather say: Allah has decreed what he wills. Verily, the phrase ‘if only’ opens the way for the work of Satan”. [Ṣaḥeeh Muslim. Hadeeth Number 2664]

Therefore, what is required is that a person should always be eager for what benefits him (or her) in both the religion and worldly affairs, seek Allaah’s help and rely upon Allaah. Allaah said: [فَٱعۡبُدۡهُ وَتَوَڪَّلۡ عَلَيۡهِ‌ۚ – So worship Him (Allaah) and place your reliance on Him]. [Surah Hud. Aayah 123] [ إِيَّاكَ نَعۡبُدُ وَإِيَّاكَ نَسۡتَعِينُ – You (Alone) we worship, and You (Alone) we ask for help (for each and everything)]. [Surah Al-Faatihah. Aayah 5] (1) (see footnote a)

———————————————————————–

Footnote a: [ إِيَّاكَ نَعۡبُدُ وَإِيَّاكَ نَسۡتَعِينُ – You (Alone (i.e. Allaah) we worship, and You (Alone) we ask for help (for each and everything)].

Imaam Ibnul Qayyim [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said: This Aayah necessitates knowledge of the path leading to (servitude), which is nothing else other than worshipping Allaah alone through what He loves and is pleasing to Him, and seeking His help to worship Him alone. (2)

[إِيَّاكَ نَعْبُدُ – You alone we worship] is based on four foundations: Fulfilling what is beloved and pleasing to Allaah and His Messenger- through speech of the tongue, belief in the heart, deeds of the heart and actions of the limbs. Therefore, [إِيَّاكَ نَعْبُدُ – You alone we worship] is compliance with the rulings (attached) to these four foundations and consenting to them. On the other hand, [ وَإِيَّاكَ نَسْتَعِينُ – And you alone we ask for help] is to seek Allaah’s Aid and Assistance in these affairs and asking to be blessed with the ability to (act upon them). (3)

Imaam Ibnul Qayyim (may Allaah have mercy upon him) also said, “I used to hear Shaikhul Islaam Ibn Taymiyyah [may Allaah have mercy upon him] often saying: [إِيَّاكَ نَعْبُدُ – You alone we worship] repels showing off, and [ وَإِيَّاكَ نَسْتَعِينُ – And you alone we ask for help] repels pride.(4)

Imaam Ash-Shanqeetee [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said: [إِيَّاكَ نَعْبُدُ – You (Alone) we worship]: This statement actualises (or establishes) the meaning of [لَا إله إلا الله – There is no deity worthy of worship except Allaah] because its meaning is built upon two affairs- negation and affirmation. Negating all types of worship [devoted] to other gods besides Allaah (The Most High) and affirming that all legislated types of worship (i.e. in the Sharee’ah) are to be directed to the Lord of the Heavens and the earth (i.e. Allaah) alone. The meaning of the statement [إِيَّاكَ نَعْبُدُ – You (Alone) we worship] has been affirmed (or established) in detail in other Aayaat, such as the statement of Allaah: [يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ اعْبُدُوا رَبَّكُمُ الَّذِي خَلَقَكُمْ – O mankind! Worship your Lord (Allah), Who created you]; so Allaah made that clear (i.e. affirmation that He alone has the right to be worshipped) in His statement, [اعْبُدُوا رَبَّكُمُ – Worship your Lord], and at the end of the Ayah He negated (worship directed to others besides Him) in His statement [فَلَا تَجْعَلُوا لِلَّهِ أَنْدَادًا وَأَنْتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ – Then do not set up rivals unto Allah (in worship) while you know (that He Alone has the right to be worshipped)] [Al-Baqarah 21-22]

Likewise Allaah’s statement: [وَلَقَدْ بَعَثْنَا فِي كُلِّ أُمَّةٍ رَسُولًا أَنِ اعْبُدُوا اللَّهَ وَاجْتَنِبُوا الطَّاغُوتَ – And verily, We have sent among every Ummah (community, nation) a Messenger (proclaiming): “Worship Allah (Alone), and avoid (or keep away from) Taghut (all false deities, etc. i.e. do not worship Taghut besides Allah)]. So Allaah made it clear (i.e. that He alone has the right to be worshipped) in His statement [اعْبُدُوا اللَّهَ – Worship Allah (Alone)] and He negated worship directed at others in His statement [وَاجْتَنِبُوا الطَّاغُوتَ – avoid (or keep away from) Taghut (all false deities, etc. i.e. do not worship Taghut besides Allah)] [An-Nahl Ayah 36]

Likewise Allaah’s statement: [ فَمَنْ يَكْفُرْ بِالطَّاغُوتِ وَيُؤْمِنْ بِاللَّهِ فَقَدِ اسْتَمْسَكَ بِالْعُرْوَةِ الْوُثْقَىٰ لَا انْفِصَامَ لَهَا ۗ وَاللَّهُ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٌ – Verily, the Right Path has become distinct from the wrong path. Whoever disbelieves in Taghut and believes in Allah, then he has grasped the most trustworthy handhold that will never break]. [2:256] He negated (worship directed at others) in His statement: [فَمَنْ يَكْفُرْ بِالطَّاغُوت – Whoever disbelieves in Taghut] and He affirmed (that worship should be directed to Him alone) in His statement [وَيُؤْمِنْ بِاللَّهِ – and believes in Allah].

Likewise Allaah’s statement:

And (remember) when Ibrahim (Abraham) said to his father and his people: “Verily, I am innocent of what you worship, Except Him (i.e. I worship none but Allah Alone) Who did create me… [Az-Zukhruf Aayaat26-27]

And likewise Allaah’s statement: [ وَمَا أَرْسَلْنَا مِنْ قَبْلِكَ مِنْ رَسُولٍ إِلَّا نُوحِي إِلَيْهِ أَنَّهُ لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا أَنَا فَاعْبُدُونِ – And We did not send any Messenger before you (O Muhammad) but We inspired him (saying): La ilaha illa Ana [none has the right to be worshipped but I (Allah)], so worship Me (Alone and no one else)]. [Al-Anbiyaa Ayah 25]

And likewise Allaah’s statement:

وَاسْأَلْ مَنْ أَرْسَلْنَا مِنْ قَبْلِكَ مِنْ رُسُلِنَا أَجَعَلْنَا مِنْ دُونِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ آلِهَةً
يُعْبَدُونَ

And ask (O Muhammad) those of Our Messengers whom We sent before you: “Did We ever appoint aliha (gods) to be worshipped besides the Most Beneficent (Allah)?”[Az-Zukhruf Ayah 45] And other Aayaat besides the above. (5)

[إِيَّاكَ نَعْبُدُ – You (Alone) we worship] is an fulfilment of the statement [لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا ٱللَّٰهُ – There is no deity worthy of worship except Allaah], and the statement [وإِيَّاكَ نَسْتَعِينُ – and You (Alone) we ask for help (for each and everything] is a fulfilment of the statement [لَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِٱللَّٰهِ- There is no power nor might except with Allah]. (see footnote b) (6)

Footnote b: [لَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِٱللَّٰهِ- There is no power nor might except with Allah]. Abu Moosaa Al-Ash’aree [may Allaah be pleased with him] said, “The Messenger of Allaah [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him] said to me, ‘O Abdullaah Bin Qais! Shall I tell you a word which is one of the treasures of Paradise? It is [لَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللهِ – (i.e. There is neither might nor power (to alternate from one state to another nor move from one thing to another) except by Allaah’s Will]'”. [Bukhaari 6384 & Muslim 2704]

Al-Harwee [may allaah have mercy upon him] said that Abu Haytham [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said, “Al-Hawl (i.e. might) is Al-Harakah (movement), meaning, there is neither movement nor ability except by the Will of Allaah”. And it is said, “There is no might to repel evil nor any power to reach good except by the Will of Allaah”. (7)

If You Doubt Benefits of The Vaccine, This is Either Conspiracy Theory or You’re a Conspiracy Theorist!

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy.

The Messenger [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him] said, “The worst form of usury is the violation of someone’s honour”. And he [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him] said, “Verily, the worst act of usury is a man’s attack against the honour of his brother”. (1) “Verily, the worst act of usury is to attack the honour of a Muslim without a just cause”. (2)

“Verily, the worst act of usury is to attack the honour of a Muslim”- Meaning, the greater in evil and the more severely prohibited is to unleash the tongue against the honour of a Muslim by belittling him, behaving arrogantly towards him and speaking ill against him by way of slander or verbal abuse. This becomes more severe in prohibition because honour is more noble than one’s self and wealth. “Without a just cause”- Meaning, this shows that there are cases in which one is allowed to speak about someone, saying, “Such and such is an oppressor or transgressor, or making a mention of an innovator and an open sinner with the intention to issue warning”. (3) This [i.e. violating the honour of a Muslim] has been referred to as usury because the transgressor establishes his honour and then goes beyond it, so it is as if he has added an increase that encroaches the boundaries in relation to the honour of a Muslim which is more valuable than his wealth. At-Teebee [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said, “Honour is included in the types of wealth from the angle of emphasis, and usury is categorised into one that is customary and it is what is taken as an addition from debtors, and that which is not customary such as a person attacking the honour of someone with his tongue. Al-Qaadhee [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said, “Attacking a Muslim’s honour is to deal with him more than what he deserves of that which is to be said about him, or more than what is allowed to say about him, and this is why it is likened to usury and considered one of its types; then it is considered worse because it contains more harm and severer in corruption. (4)

Therefore, we warn those slanderers in the West who say, “If you doubt the benefits of the Covid19 Vaccines, then this is tantamount to conspiracy theory or you are a conspiracy theorist”. So, we say to them: since when did it become OBLIGATED on us to agree with what you consider beneficial based on recommendations you have received from a group of scientists?! Rather we can also quote other bona fide scientists and competent researchers – in the same subject matter – who hold a different view. So beware of Buhtaan, Kadhib and Baatil speech by allowing your tongue to violate the honour of Muslims who hold the views of other scientists that are different from the views of the scientists you follow. May Allaah open your heart to the sound moderation found in this beautiful article written by Shaikh Abu Khadeejah [may Allaah preserve him] titled: An Advice Regarding Differing Over COVID-19 ― And Understanding The Ijitihād Of Scholars In Worldly Affairs: https://abukhadeejah.com/advice-regarding-differing-over-covid-19/

Finally, can you guarantee us – in the West – that we would not be from those affected by the vaccine? Therefore, fear Allaah and restrain your tongue and do not violate the honour of your brothers and sisters. The Messenger [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him] who said, “Verily, the worst act of usury is to attack the honour of a Muslim without a just cause”. So, refrain from uttering this repugnant and filthy Baatil, Kadhib and Buhtaan  against Muslims who neither choose to get vaccinated nor do they hold that the vaccine is beneficial for them and their families.

Some Reasons Behind Persistence Upon Error!

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy.

Imaam Ibnul Qayyim [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said:

Ignorance: This reason is mostly what overwhelms the majority of people, for indeed the one who is ignorant of something will show enmity to it and its people. If in addition to this reason, (the person) hates the one who commands him to (follow) the truth, harbours enmity and envy, then this (i.e. reason behind being prevented from accepting the truth) becomes more intense. If in addition to this, it (i.e. the truth) opposes the ones close to his heart, his customs, the one who nurtured him, the ways of his forefathers and the ones he loves and exalts, then this (i.e. the reason behind being prevented from accepting the truth) becomes even more intense. If in addition to this, he carries a wrong perception that the truth he is being called to (is an obstacle to) his status, honour, desires and goals, the (reason behind being prevented) from accepting the truth becomes very intense. If in addition to this, he fears his companions, his family and his people (i.e. due to the harm he anticipates) against himself, his wealth and status – just as what happened to Heraclius, the king of the Christians in Shaam during the era of Allaah’s Messenger [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him], then the reason (behind being prevented from accepting the truth) increases even greater, because indeed Heraclius knew the truth and he had a desire to accept Islaam, but his people did not obey him, so he feared for himself and thus chose disbelief over Islaam after guidance was made clear to him.

Envy: It is one of the greatest causes (behind being prevented from accepting the truth), because indeed it is an ingrained disease in the soul. The envier sees that the one he envies has been given virtue over him or has been given the likes of that which he has not been given; therefore this envy prevents him from complying with (the truth). Iblees was not prevented from prostrating to Adam [i.e. out of respect, when Allaah commanded him and the angels to do so], except out of envy, because when he saw that Aadam [peace be upon him] was given virtue and raised above him, he chose disbelief over Eemaan, even though he used to be in the company of the angels.
This disease is what prevented the Jews from believing in Eesaa the son of Maryam [peace be upon both him and his mother], even though they knew -without doubt – that he was a Messenger of Allaah, who came with clear proofs and guidance, however envy led them to choose disbelief over Eemaan and complied with it, even though they were a nation amongst whom were Rabbis, scholars, Zuhhaad [i.e. those who abstained from those lawful but unnecessary pleasures of the worldly life], judges, kings and rulers.

Fear of losing one’s status and prestige: Conversation between Abu Jahl and His Nephew Al-Musawwar Bin Makhzamah

Al-Musawwar Bin Makhzamah: ‘’O my uncle! Did you use to accuse Muhammad of lying before he started saying what he says now [i.e. his call to Tawheed]? Abu Jahl: “By Allaah, indeed Muhammad was a trustworthy young man amongst us and we have never experienced lying from him. Al-Musawwar Bin Makhzamah: “O my uncle! So why is it that you do not follow him?” Abu Jahl: “O son of my sister! We competed with Banu Haashim in nobility [i.e. which clan is more noble], so they used to feed [the pilgrims] and we used to feed the [pilgrims]; they used to provide water for [the pilgrims] and we used to provide water for [the pilgrims]; they used to give protection [to the destitute] and we used to give protection [to the destitute] until we were equal [i.e. in competing one another for nobility]. Then they said, “There is a Prophet from us”, so when are we going to get something similar to this!!
Conversation between Abu Jahl and Akhnas Bin Shuraiq

Akhnas Bin Shuraiq said to Abu Jahl on the day of Badr [i.e. the battle of Badr]: “O Abul Hakam! Inform me about Muhammad, as to whether he is a truthful person or a liar, for indeed there is no one here from Quraish who will hear our speech? Abu Jahl replied to Akhnas: “Woe to you! By Allaah, indeed Muhammad is a truthful person and Muhammad has never lied, but if Banu Qusay take the leadership, the position of gatekeepers of the Kabah, providers of water for the pilgrims and Prophet hood [i.e. the Prophet Muhammad is from their clan], then what will the rest of Quraish have?! (1)

Al-Allaamah Abdur Rahmaan Al-Mu’allimee [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said:

To oppose desires – by way of action – for the sake of the truth is a manifest affair due to the obligation and difficulty it involves, and this can be viewed from different angles as follows:

[a] A person sees that by acknowledging the truth, it would necessitate that he has acknowledged that he was upon falsehood, because a person is nurtured upon a religion, creed, school of thought or views, which he acquired from his nurturer and teacher, considers it to be the truth and followed it for a long time. Then when it becomes clear to him that (the religion, creed, view, or school of thought) is false, it becomes difficult for him to acknowledge, just like when his forefathers, ancestors or the one he follows are upon a (particular) way and its falsity is clarified for him, because he sees that their deficiencies necessitate his own deficiencies, and an acknowledgement of their misguidance or errors necessitates his own.

[b] It may be that clinging to falsehood gave him prestige, fame and a livelihood, so it becomes difficult for him to acknowledge that (what he is upon is) falsehood and thus all those benefits (i.e. the fame, prestige, livelihood etc) would disappear.

[c] It may be that a person is upon ignorance or falsehood, then another person comes along and clarifies the proofs for him, so he sees that by acknowledging such proofs, it would necessitate that he is lacking (in understanding) and that it was that person who guided him. And due to this we find that it is not difficult for some of those attributed to knowledge to acknowledge their mistakes when it becomes manifests to them in their researches and studies, but it becomes difficult for them if it was others who clarified such mistakes.

[d] When another person clarifies the truth for him, he sees that by acknowledging such truth it would necessitate an acknowledgement of the clarifier’s virtue, knowledge and correctness due to that clarification, and thus that becomes great in the eyes of the people and many people follow him [i.e. the person who clarified the truth]. So you will find some of those attributed to knowledge being eager to prove the mistakes of other scholars even if that is done by way of falsehood due to envy and seeking to diminish their status amongst the people.

To oppose desires for the sake of the truth -in affairs of knowledge and creed- can indeed be difficult to accomplish, therefore it requires (sincere) research and contemplation. And in this regard, one is in need of asking the scholars and benefiting from them, adhering to fear of Allaah, seeking the Tawfeeq of Allaah and guidance. (2)

Al-Allaamah Abdur Rahmaan Bin Yahyah Al-Mu’allimee [may Allaah have mercy upon him] also stated: Ponder on the fact that truth is noble and falsehood is lowly. Ponder on the Greatness of Allaah [The Mighty and Majestic]- the fact that Allaah is the Lord of the entire universe, Allaah loves truth and hates falsehood, and that the one who follows truth is deserving of the Pleasure of the Lord of the universe. Allaah [Glorified be He] will be his protector in the worldly life and the Afterlife by choosing for him everything that is good, better, more beneficial, more perfect, more noble and loftier until Allaah removes his soul whilst being pleased with him. Then Allaah raises him, brings him close and makes him dwell in paradise with honour- in permanent bliss and eternal nobility which no imagination can fully conceive its greatness. He should ponder on the fact that the one who clings to falsehood is deserving of the displeasure, anger and punishment of the Lord of the universe, and if he receives anything of worldly bliss, then indeed that is only a means of humiliating him in order that he is increased in being distanced from Allaah, so that the painful torment of the afterlife is multiplied for him, which no imagination can fully conceive its severity. He should ponder on the bliss of the worldly life [i.e. temporary] as compared to the pleasure of the Lord of the universe and the bliss in the afterlife [i.e. eternal], compare the misery of the worldly life to displeasure of the Lord of the universe and the punishment in the afterlife [i.e. the severest punishment in this life is nowhere equal to punishment in the afterlife]. He should ponder on the statement of Allaah [The Mighty and Majestic]:

And they say: “Why is not this Qur’an sent down to some great man of the two towns (Makkah and Ta’if)?” Is it they who would portion out the Mercy of your Lord? It is We Who portion out between them their livelihood in this world, and We raised some of them above others in ranks, so that some may employ others in their work. But the Mercy (Paradise) of your Lord (O Muhammad) is better than the (wealth of this world) which they amass. And were it not that all mankind would have become of one community (all disbelievers, desiring worldly life only), We would have provided for those who disbelieve in the Most Beneficent (Allah), silver roofs for their houses, and elevators (and stair-ways, etc. of silver) whereby they ascend, and for their houses, doors (of silver), and thrones (of silver) on which they could recline, and adornments of gold. Yet all this (i.e. the roofs, doors, stairs, elevators, thrones etc. of their houses) would have been nothing but an enjoyment of this world. And the Hereafter with your Lord is only for the Muttaqun”. [Surah Az-Zuhkruf. Verses 31-35] (3)

Great Concern For Our Health Without Bigotry of That Individual Who Present Loaded Questions In The East to Bully Us In The West!

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy.

Shaikh Abu Khadeejah [may Allaah protect him] stated, “Imaam Adh-Dhahabee (died 748 AH rahimahullaah) stated, ‘It is compulsory upon every Muslim to seek nearness to Allaah, the Most High, by way of every means he is able to muster. He must exert himself in fulfilling the commands and the acts of obedience to Allaah. And after the affair of fulfilling the commands and keeping away from the forbidden matters, the most beneficial means and most successful path of nearness to Allaah for a person is to maintain good health and treat his illnesses. That is because good health is something that one seeks in the legislated supplications and acts of worship'” [At-Tibb an-Nabawiyy.p.18]:https://abukhadeejah.com/why-i-post-health-articles-on-my-site-and-top-12-tips-for-cancer-prevention/

Quote: “And after the affair of fulfilling the commands and keeping away from the forbidden matters, the most beneficial means and most successful path of nearness to Allaah for a person is to maintain good health and treat his illnesses”.

This is the first affair we remind the opinionated individual- the one who shamelessly presents loaded questions in the East to bully us in the West – that we have great concern for our health, therefore, his fearmongering and misrepresentations will not bear any fruit. What we are simply stating is that do not force your views on us because neither do we oppose the rulers in the Muslim lands nor do we encourage the citizens to disobey them, rather we are simply exercising our right in the West to accept or reject a specific medication based on the views and researches of bona fide experts, as well as data available on adverse reactions related to the vaccine in the West.

Secondly, let us give this opinionated individual a simple example that can be understood by every fair-minded person. My doctor said to me in 2014 after a blood test, “You have both diabetes and hyperthyroidism, but I don’t want to put you on diabetic medication straight away, rather we’ll try a specific diet first and there’ll be no need for medication if the diet works. As for your hyperthyroidism, we have to use some medication”. Indeed, I trusted and accepted this doctor’s advice, but does this necessitate that I should become antagonistic towards other people who choose alternative means of treating these same ailments after consulting another doctor of their choice – whether one dealing with traditional or conventional medicine?!

Thirdly, with regards to the Covid19 Vaccines, then indeed it is even more important that this opinionated individual refrains from his disgraceful exaggeration and bigotry. Allaah said:

“Woe to Al-Mutaffifin [those who give less in measure and weight (decrease the rights of others)], those who, when they have to receive by measure from men, demand full measure; and when they have to give by measure or weight to men, give less than due”. [Surah Al-Mutaffifeen. Aayah 1-3]

Imaam As-Sadi [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said: This noble Aayah shows that just as a person takes from the people what he is entitled to, it is also obligated on him to give them everything they are entitled to – whether related to wealth or mutual dealings; rather included in the generality of this Aayah are proofs and statements, because indeed what usually takes place between those engaged in argumentation and discussion is that each of them is eager to establish his proofs, therefore, it is obligated on a person also to make known the proofs possessed by the other person and examine the proofs of the other person just as he examines his own proofs. In relation to this affair, the justice of a person is known as opposed to whether he is afflicted with bigotry, his humility as opposed to being haughty, his common sense as opposed to foolish behaviour. We ask Allah to bestow every good upon us. [An Excerpt from Tafseer As-Sadi]

Therefore, this opinionated individual – the one who shamelessly present loaded questions in the East and then attempt to bully us in the West – is reminded to strive and embrace the excellent traits mentioned in the above statement of Imaam As-Sadi and distance himself from what is contrary to it. And indeed, Shaikh Abu Khadeejah [may Allaah protect him] dealt with this affair in a beautiful and precise manner. Read here: https://abukhadeejah.com/advice-regarding-differing-over-covid-19/

Finally, if the opinionated individual – the one who shamelessly present loaded questions in the East and seeks to bully us in the West – says, “The Vaccine is safe”, we say to him, “Are you saying that the vaccine is safe for everyone and there has been no adverse effects on anyone in the West and the East?” If he says, “It is safe in the East”, we say to him, “We live in the West and here are some of the statistics... Health & Immunity in Light of Covid 19 (Telegram): Deaths of Children (5 months to 17 years) (Source

The opinionated individual – the one who shamelessly presents loaded questions in the East and seeks to bully us in the West – is free to deal with his health in a manner that he sees fit, but there’s no need for the disgraceful bigotry that has manifested from him. May Allaah protect us from arrogance, bigotry and short-sightedness Aameen. Beware! Do Not Be From Those In The West Who Ask Loaded Questions – In The Affair of Health and Disease – So That They Are Not Asked to Openly Recant Their Refuted Errors, Exaggerations and Fearmongering

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy.

The Evil Consequences of Hiding Facts During Dispute

Umm Salamah [may Allaah be pleased with her] narrated that Allah’s Messenger [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him] said: ‘’Indeed, I am only a human being and you people (i.e. disputants) come to me with your disputes. And it may be that one of you can present his case more eloquently than the other and I consider him truthful, and judge in his favour. So if I ever judge and give the right of a brother to his brother, then it is a piece of hell-fire and let him not take it.” [Ref 1]

Some Benefits Derived From This Hadeeth:

[a] The Ummah [i.e. the scholars and judges] have been commissioned to judge based on what is apparent; but the mere judgement of a judge cannot prohibit the lawful and allow the unlawful [i.e. because it cannot be taken if proven erroneous].

[b] This Hadeeth contains a refutation against those who say that the Messengers possess knowledge of the unseen.

[c] This hadeeth also shows that speech can be seen to be true based on what is apparent, but it is truly falsehood with regards to what is hidden within it.

[d] Also this hadeeth shows that the one who receives a judgement in his favour is more aware than every other person as to whether he is entitled to it or whether he is a falsifier. So, he takes it if he is entitled to it or leaves it if he a falsifier, because in reality a judgment cannot change an affair from what it was in origin [i.e. the original truth in the affair before its distortion or concealment].

[e] Also this hadeeth shows the sinfulness of the one who argues based on falsehood until he receives what he wants publicly, whilst he is upon falsehood.

[f] Also in this hadeeth is proof to show that a scholar can make a mistake and it is a refutation against those who say that every Mujtahid is correct.

[g] Also this hadeeth shows us that the Mujtahid is forgiven (when he makes a mistake). (1)

[Ref 2: Telegram Group (Health and Immunity In The Light of Covid19]

The Religion of Islam is a Perfect Solution for all Problems (Part 23B): Health and Disease – [Illusions and Imaginations Increase Severity of Small illnesses and Mighty Affairs of Eemaan lessens Severity of Severe illnesses]

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy.

Imaam as-Sadi [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said:

Likewise, Islam commanded strong reliance upon Allaah when calamities and hardships occur (see footnote a), and that a person should not be subdued, his heart and resolve weakened, and becomes overwhelmed by those imaginations that are deadly diseases. There are many small and mild diseases whose pain becomes severe due to heart’s weak and feeble state, and being deceived by illusions and imaginations. And there are many severe diseases whose hardship become less severe and its pain is eased when the heart relies upon Allaah, its faith and reliance strengthened, and fear is removed from it. This is an affair that is witnessed and clearly perceived.

Commentary: The author (Imaam As-Sadi) said, “Likewise, Islam commanded strong reliance upon Allaah when calamities and hardships occur”. Allaah [The Exalted] said: [مَا أَصَابَ مِن مُّصِيبَةٍ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِ اللَّهِ ۗ وَمَن يُؤْمِن بِاللَّهِ يَهْدِ قَلْبَهُ ۚ – No calamity befalls, but with the Leave [i.e. decision and Qadar (Divine Preordainments)] of Allah, and whosoever believes in Allah, He guides his heart]. [Surah At-Taghaabun. Aayah 11]

Alqamah [may Allaah be pleased with him] said: This (ayah) is about a person who is afflicted with a calamity and he knows that it is from Allaah. So he becomes pleased with what Allaah has decreed and submit to Allaah’s judgement. (see footnote b) If a believer’s dependence and reliance upon Allaah is robust, and he hopes for Allaah’s reward, this would lessen the pain of his illness and calamity.

The author then said: “And that a person should not be subdued, his heart and resolve weakened, and he becomes overwhelmed by those imaginations that are deadly diseases”. Some people have a small illness and it is easy to deal with, but then the individual with such an illness becomes overwhelmed by imaginations- evil thoughts and imaginations that comes to his heart, and thus these things increase until he constantly lives with the disease of evil illusions and thoughts that leads him to what is more severe than the small illness that has afflicted his body. Some people are afflicted with a small illness and thus they are overwhelmed with thoughts – sometimes thinking that they have been afflicted with magic and at other times thinking that they are afflicted with the evil eye until this leads to numerous imaginations, even though maybe the illness is something very small and would come to an end very soon. He afflicts himself with illusions that makes the small illness into a big one. (see footnote c)

And there are others who are afflicted with severe illness, but due to being blessed with dependence and reliance upon Allaah, patience and hoping for Allaah’s reward, the illness becomes less severe. And it maybe that even in that state of illness, the person finds himself (or herself) in a state of happiness that is not witnessed from those who are healthy. I once met a 26 year old youth – who was afflicted with an illness that did not allow him to move any part of his body except his head – who said to me, “Indeed, I feel happiness which I sought after (in the past) and could not find  – happiness due to Eemaan, patience, being pleased with Allaah’s judgement, supplicating to Allah, obedience to Allaah, remembering Allaah etc”. (see footnote d) (1)

So Allaah fills his heart with Eemaan and tranquillity, and he (or she) receives a great reward (i.e. due to his patience). Aa’Isha [may Allaah be pleased with her] said, “We put medicine in one side of his mouth but he started waving us not to insert the medicine into his mouth. We said, “He dislikes the medicine as a patient usually does.” But when he came to his senses he said, “Did I not forbid you to put medicine (by force) in the side of my mouth?” We said, “We thought it was just because a patient usually dislikes medicine.” He said, “None of those who are in the house but will be forced to take medicine in the side of his mouth while I am watching, except Al-Abbas [may Allaah be pleased with him], because he did not witness your deed.” [Al-Bukhaari. Number 5712]

Imaam Abdul Azeez Bin Baaz [may Allaah have mercy upon him] stated regarding this narration, “The sick person should not be forced to take medication, because it is not obligatory and this is the statement of (or position held by) the majority of scholars. Door to Door Jabs

A new campaign could soon see unvaccinated Brits offered jabs on their own doorsteps by visiting health teams. Indeed, the government has a right to offer, but we have also been given the right to accept or refuse the offer; however, one of the biggest trial ignited in this affair is that of those – in the media – who have been utilizing various techniques with aggressive marketing and behavioural psychology to coerce people to take the experimental injection – constantly and shamelessly slandering experts who demand more information or recommend alternative treatment. Therefore, neither feel intimidated nor coerced; rather know your rights in relation to this affair.

Quote: The Law: Section 45C of the Public Health (Control of Disease) Act 1984 allows the ‘appropriate Minister’ (currently this would be Sajid Javid MP) to introduce measures for the purpose of ‘preventing, protecting against, controlling or providing a public health response’ in an epidemic or outbreak. That is the authority under which the Government passed the Regulations. However, Section 45E of the Public Health (Control of Disease) Act 1984 provides that those ‘measures’ cannot include a requirement for persons to undergo ‘medical treatment’ which is defined to include vaccination. As such, there is no legal requirement to be vaccinated in the UK. This is the actual text of Section: https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1984/22/section/45E (1)

Prepare Paper Work

Prepare paperwork requiring such compensation that the person who wants to inject you would agree to pay, this being a large sum should you suffer any harm or injury. Ask them to sign it first, this being a condition of you taking the injection. Here is an example and you add as many question as possible to suit your needs.

Please answer each and every single question set out below and all reasoning requested supplied to me immediately in person.
