Some Things Related to Ramadhaan Suhoor and Iftaar – [Sound Creed, Adherence to Guidance, Distancing from Path of Those Who Innovate In Religion etc]

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy.

Abu Dharr [may Allaah be pleased with him] reported that Allaah’s Messenger [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him] said, “My Ummah will continue in goodness so long as they hasten to break their fast and delay the pre-fasting meal”. [Saheeh Al-Jaami 7224]

Abu Hurayrah [may Allaah be pleased with him] reported that the Prophet [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him] said, “The religion will not cease to prevail as long as people hasten to break the fast, because the Jews and the Christians (i.e. those amongst them who deviated from the path of their Prophets) delay it”. (1)

“The religion will not cease to prevail”- Meaning, triumphant and lofty or manifest and clear; “as long as the people hasten to break the fast”- Meaning, they earnestly hasten to break the fast; “because the Jews and the Christians delay it [i.e. those amongst them who deviated from the path of their Prophets]. At-Teebiy [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said, “In this is proof that upright establishment of the religion of pure Islamic monotheism is through opposing the enemies amongst the people of the scripture and being in agreement with them damages the religion” [i.e. oppose what they have innovated in the religion of the Prophets and not agree with them]. (2)

Shaikhul Islaam Ibn Taymiyyah [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said, “This is a text regarding (the fact that) triumph of the religion is attained through hastening to break the fast and it is for the purpose of opposing the Jews and Christians [i.e. those amongst them who deviated, innovated in religion and opposed their prophets]. And when it is the case that opposing them is a reason behind the triumph of the religion, then the purpose of sending the Messengers is so that the religion ordained by Allaah prevails over all others. Therefore, being in opposition to (the deviated people) is one of the greatest goals behind the advent of the Messengers”. (3)

Sahl Ibn Sad [may Allaah be pleased with him] said that Allaah’s Messenger [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him] said, “The people will not cease to be upon good as long as they hasten to break the fast”. (4)

Imaam An-Nawawi [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said, “In this is an urge to hasten (to break the fast) after the setting of the sun is ascertained. And what this means is that the affair of the Ummah will not ceased being consistent and that they will (remain upon) good if they preserve this Prophetic tradition. If they delay breaking the fast, then this is a sign of corruption”. (5)

They will not cease to be upon good if they do this by acting upon the Sunnah and limit themselves to its prescribed legislated boundaries, and not being over-stringent (through what their) intellects (suggest to them) and changing its principles. The people of the scripture [i.e. those amongst them who deviated] delayed breaking the fast until the stars appeared. (6)

Mockers, Comedians and Actors

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy.

Allaah [The Most High] said:

وَإِذْ قَالَ مُوسَىٰ لِقَوْمِهِ إِنَّ اللَّهَ يَأْمُرُكُمْ أَن تَذْبَحُوا بَقَرَةً ۖ قَالُوا أَتَتَّخِذُنَا هُزُوًا ۖ قَالَ أَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ أَنْ أَكُونَ مِنَ الْجَاهِلِينَ

And (remember) when Musa (Moses) said to his people: “Verily, Allah commands you that you slaughter a cow.” They said, “Do you make fun of us?” He said, “I take Allah’s Refuge from being among Al-Jahilun (the ignorant or the foolish). [Surah Al-Baqarah. Aayah 67]

A Jaahil (ignorant one) is that one who utters speech that contains no benefit and mocks at the people. As for a sensible person, he sees that one of the most blameworthy traits – abhorred by (sound) religion and intellect- is to mock at someone who is a human being like himself. And if he has been favoured over another person, then this favour necessitates that he thanks Allaah and shows mercy to Allaah’s servants. Therefore, when Musa [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him] said this to them [أَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ أَنْ أَكُونَ مِنَ الْجَاهِلِينَ – I take Allaah’s Refuge from being among the ignorants and the foolish ], they knew that it [i.e. what he commanded them] was truth, so they said: [ادْعُ لَنَا رَبَّكَ يُبَيِّن لَّنَا مَا هِيَ -call upon your Lord for us that He may make plain to us what it is!](1)

The Prophet [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him] said, Waylun (Woe) to the one who tells lies to make people laugh, woe to him”. (2)

Qaadhi Iyaad [may Allaah have mercy upon him] stated that the word ‘’Waylun‘’ (Woe) has some of the following meanings: It is used to refer to one who has fallen into destruction. It is used to refer to one who deserves destruction. It is used to refer to destruction itself. It is used to refer to the difficulty found in punishment. It is used to refer to grief. It is used to refer to a valley in the hell fire. (3)

Al-Allaamah Ahmad Bin Yahyah An-Najmi [may Allaah have mercy upon him] stated about acting: What is clear to me is that it is unlawful because it is based on the following forbidden affairs:

[a] Lying: That is because acting is not based except on lying, it is not built except on it, and it is not ended without it (i.e. because the person is not in reality the one who performed those actions iniatially). Lying is unlawful and a Muslim has no doubt regarding its unlawfulness. Indeed, Allaah – in His Mighty Book – dispraised lying and the one who commits the deed, rather He [The Exalted] cursed them. “Then we pray and invoke (sincerely) the Curse of Allah upon those who lie”. [Surah Aal Imran. Aayah 61]

In a hadeeth reported from the Prophet [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him], he said, “Verily, lying leads to immorality and immorality leads to the fire”. [Saheeh Al-Bukhaari 6049 and Saheeh Muslim 2607]

[b] Forgery and falsehood: In an authentic hadeeth reported from the Prophet [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him], he said, “He who made a claim of anything, which (in fact) did not belong to him (or he does not possess), is not from us…” [Saheeh Muslim. Number 61]

[c] The actor pretends to cry, or laugh, or sadness, or joy, or anger, or satisfaction, whilst he is lying.

[d] Imitating the personality of someone else: A Muslim may assume the personality of a disbeliever, or a disbeliever or an immoral person may assume the personality of a believer among the most senior personalities in Islam- either a companion of the Prophet, or a noble scholar, or a just king. This is a great offence.

[e] The actors make lawful these forbidden deeds whilst knowing that a person imitating another person in his appearance, his gait, or his speech by way of a narrative is tantamount to backbiting (i.e. speaking about them behind in their absence), and backbiting is forbidden. The Prophet [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him] said, “I do not love that I imitate anyone even if I should get such and such”. [Sunan Abu Dawud 4875. Silsilah As-Saheehah 901]

[f] It teaches deception and immorality: The corrupt affairs that occurred due to the viewing of these corrupt plays (or dramas) has either gained the upper hand or belied the claim to rectification.

[g] The actors who ascribe to Islam do a great service to the orientalists – the enemies of Islam. That is because they take narratives that are fabricated about the leaders and (distinguished) men of Islam, and the intent behind it is to degrade their status, so these actors take these narrations and spread them, whilst either being beware of them or become amazed by them, either not knowing or thinking that that they are sound. And by way of this, they definitely give service to the orientalists and injure the dignity of Islaam and its (distinguished) men. This is the height of offensive behaviour against Islaam and the people of Islam; rather it might lead the doer to disbelief.
[8] The Prophet’s companions and those who came before them were influenced through listening to the Qur’aan, the Sunnah and admonitions, and they were not in need of plays (or dramas). (4)

Youth Was Duped By Mainstream Media Before Affair of Proxy War Initiators Was Unveiled – [Jihadists, Rawaafid and Greedy Globalists]

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy.

The youth said, “I wish that I was able to physically help repel the aggression of this or that army in the ongoing conflict in Eastern Europe”.  Indeed, this statement can only be expected from a youth who has either been influenced by a teacher or the mainstream media. Therefore, we remind ourselves of the statement of Allaah:

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا قُوا أَنفُسَكُمْ وَأَهْلِيكُمْ نَارًا وَقُودُهَا النَّاسُ وَالْحِجَارَةُ عَلَيْهَا مَلَائِكَةٌ غِلَاظٌ شِدَادٌ لَّا يَعْصُونَ اللَّهَ مَا أَمَرَهُمْ وَيَفْعَلُونَ مَا يُؤْمَرُونَ

O you who believe! Ward off from yourselves and your families a Fire (Hell) whose fuel is men and stones, over which are (appointed) angels stern (and) severe, who disobey not, (from executing) the Commands they receive from Allah, but do that which they are commanded. [Surah At-Tahreem: Ayah 6]

Al-Allaamah Abdullah Bin Humaid [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said: “The meaning of ‘O you who believe’: Some of the pious predecessors said that if you hear the statement of Allaah ‘O you who believe’, then listen attentively because it is either something good you are being commanded or something forbidden you are being prohibited from. And regarding the statement ‘’Ward off from yourselves and your families a Fire (Hell)’, this cannot be achieved except by fulfilling the commandments of Allaah and keeping away from what He has forbidden. This is what the statement ‘Ward off from yourselves’’ means – fulfilling the rights of the Shahaadah [the testimony of faith ‘None has the right to be worshipped except Allaah’, worshipping Allaah (alone), acquainting yourself with Pure Islamic Monotheism and free the testimony of faith from all that either negates it or that which negates the obligations it necessitates.

(Likewise), free the Shahaadah from innovations in the religion which are a belittlement of it and the sins that diminishes its worth. Likewise, the statement “Muhammad is the Messenger of Allaah” has rights, and that is to fulfil what the Messenger [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him] commanded and keep away from everything he has forbidden, and that your worship is carried out in accordance with what the Messenger legislated. It is well known that children are the most important part of the family, therefore you must protect them from the fire. And what is this protection? It is the advice and guidance you give them about that which will benefit them- teaching them what is beneficial and correct through which sound faith is nurtured in the hearts and they come to know the rights of their Creator and the rights of their parents.

Therefore, they must be taught what benefits them and distanced from evil companions. And protecting the family (necessitates) that you distance your children from evil companions- those who have no goodness in them, such as the atheists or those Bedouins who are distanced from their religion. You must warn your children about mixing with them and strive to (make sure that) they do not mix with them. If your child mixes with them, their evil practices will affect him. Even if your child is sensible, he will adopt some of their manners and deeds due to those evil companions.

It is obligated on the teachers to implant the true creed in the hearts of the young generation. They should clarify -for them- the wisdom, beauty and underlying reasons behind the rulings of the Islamic law until their hearts grow in Eemaan and radiated with its light, so that they become upright and benefit their country, governments, Islamic Nation, its people and the Religion. Therefore, the teacher who teachers your child should be an upright example for his pupils.

Your children are a trust and when you neglect them, then indeed you have betrayed them. It is obligated on every one of us to fear Allaah with regards to the (affair) of his children and those under his care. The days go past and the end of a lifespan draws closer, and a person does not know when his life span will suddenly come to (an end). (one) must strive to teach his children beneficial knowledge, nurture them upon goodness and obedience to (Allaah and His Messenger). “All of you are shepherds and each of you is responsible for his flock. A man is the shepherd of his household and he is responsible for them. A woman is a shepherdess in her husband’s house and she is responsible for her flock”. (1) Also read: How the Righteous Cultivate their Children (eBook) – By Shaikh Abu Khadeejah [may Allaah protect him]: https://abukhadeejah.com/how-the-righteous-cultivate-their-children-ebook/

This is the first affair obligated on us, therefore let us keep our children away from all those who seek to corrupt them, especially the devils in the media. Read here: The Role of Television in Social Engineering, Predictive Programming, Culture Creation and Destruction of Children and Society – By Shaikh Abu Iyaadh [may Allaah ptotect him]: http://www.dajjaal.com/liar/articles/xsxpr-the-role-of-television-in-social-engineering-predictive-programming-and-destruction-of-children-and-society.cfm

Secondly, just as we strive to teach our children the correct Islamic methodology and warn them against the methodology of the Jihadist Terrorists – those who commit atrocities in the name of Islam, likewise we warn them against those who initiate wars or proxy wars only to further their geopolitical agendas. Neither does the Muslim engage in battle for the sake of worldly gain nor due to a desire for power. Abu Musa [may Allaah be pleased with him] said, “A man came to the Prophet [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him] and asked, ‘O Allah’s Messenger! What kind of fighting is in Allah’s cause? (I ask this), as some of us fight because of being enraged and angry and some for the sake of his pride and haughtiness’. The Prophet raised his head (as the questioner was standing) and said, ‘He who fights so that Allah’s Word (Islam) should be superior, then he fights in Allah’s cause'”. [Saheeh Al-Bukhaari. Hadeeth Number 123]. Read here by Shaikh Abu Khadeejah [may Allaah protect him]- Jihad in our times and the guidelines of Jihad according to Islam: https://abukhadeejah.com/salafi-shaikh-fawzaan-on-jihaad-in-our-times-and-the-guidelines-of-jihaad-according-to-islam/

Thirdly, there is no doubt that during war or conflict, every person with an atom’s weight of mercy would feel very sad when witnessing innocent people, whether Muslims or non-Muslims, being expelled from their homes and harmed – either deliberately by wicked individuals, or placed in harm’s way by those who provoke a more powerful opponent, fail to distinguish themselves from civilians, operate among the civilian population, use human shields or even engage in activities that cause civilian casualties that can be blamed on the opponent. This is often the satanic strategy of the terrorists who ascribe to Islam and it has also been recently utilised by the satanic neo-Nazis of Ukraine. “The people said to Jundub [may Allaah be pleased with him], ‘Advise us’. He said, ‘The first thing of the human body to putrefy is the abdomen, so he who can eat nothing but good food (halaal and earned lawfully) should do so, and he who does as much as he can that nothing intervenes between him and paradise by not shedding even a handful of blood [i.e. unlawful killing], should do so'”. [Saheeh Al-Bukhaari. Number 7152]

So, when a Muslim youth said to us recently, ““I wish that I was able to physically help repel the aggression of this or that army in the ongoing conflict in Eastern Europe”, we reminded him that many wars – in our era -are either started due to greed or a desire for control and exploitation. The greedy globalists, secularists, neo-colonialists, the misguided Jihadists and the Raafidah Shiites of Iran are mostly responsible for this calamity. Therefore, even though we’ll feel very sad when witnessing bloodshed and destruction, but never should we be diverted from the fact that all this evil is often initiated by these misguided groups. The insane Jihadists initiate rebellion to promote their religious innovations and the globalists (secularists, neo-colonialists) and Raafidah Shiites of Iran initiate proxy wars. The globalists in particular do not support any party in a war without ulterior motives, but rather they only take sides if they can gain something more than they lose, otherwise they turn a blind eye. Allegiance is only given if the ally can be used as means of promoting geopolitical agendas – either to weaken or gradually destroy their historical opponents who either possess nuclear weapons or have an army that can confront them. Therefore, do not allow anyone to corrupt your children – neither the Jihadists and Rawaafid Shiites nor the globalists (secularists, neo-colonialists). Jihadists and Raafidah Shiites initiate wars due to corrupt religious beliefs, and the globalists engage in both military, ideological and economic war in order to tighten their grip on the rest of the world and always looking for absurd excuses to invade other countries. Therefore, just as we warn our children against the Jihadists and Raafidah Shiites, likewise beware of those who seek to make our youth pawns in their chess games. Reminder about their double standards: Stinking Double Standards! [Some Headlines In Mainstream Media About a non-Muslim Who Blew Himself (Suicide) During Battle]: https://salaficentre.com/2022/03/12/stinking-double-standards-some-headlines-in-mainstream-media-about-a-non-muslim-who-blew-himself-suicide-during-battle/

Brief Acquaintance With History of War In Europe: [Those Who Hide Historical Facts and Seek to Dehumanise Victims – (Muslims and non-Muslims) – of Over 400 Years of Savagery and Brutality]: https://salaficentre.com/2022/03/21/brief-acquaintance-with-history-of-war-in-europe-those-who-hide-historical-facts-and-seek-to-dehumanise-victims-muslims-and-non-muslims-of-over-400-years-of-savagery-and-brutality/

It must be made very clear that the mainstream media, educators – whether in primary and secondary schools or colleges and universities-, so called celebrities, influencers, sports personalities and ideologues, none of them are fit to be advisers to the Muslim youth, rather the Ummah has been commanded to return to the elder scholars in times of adversity, as Al-Allaamah Ubaid Bin Abdillaah Al-Jaabiriy [may Allaah preserve him] stated, “When the people of virtue and righteousness were faced with an adversity and an intricate affair, they would go to the senior people of knowledge to ask them and seek a Jawaab Ash-Shaafee Al-Kaafee [i.e. an appropriate answer that would bring about rectification of the religious affairs and preservation of the well-being of the people based on the Qur’aan and the Sunnah]. This is a followed path –beginning since the era of Prophet’s companions, then the Imaams of the Taabi’een and then – after them – the people of knowledge, virtue, religion and Eemaan. And how beautiful is what Ibn Mas’ood said: The people will not cease to be righteous and upright as long as knowledge comes to them from the companions of Muhammad [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him] and their elders; but if knowledge comes to them from their young ones, they will be destroyed”. (2)

We advised the youth to supplicate to Allaah to remove the suffering of all those affected by war in different regions of the earth. He accepted the advice and realised that he was duped by the mainstream media due to inexperience. May Allaah bring about peace and security for all innocent Yemenis, Ukrainians, Russians and all those affected by war. And may Allaah protect us and our children from the plots of the misguided ones – the Jihadists, the Rawaafid Shiites of Iran, the globalists, secularists and all other proxy war initiators Aameen.

Evil Consequences In This Life and The Next When Official Narrative Controlled By Power Hungry Ideologues is Blindly Followed!

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy.

Evil Consequences In This Worldly Life

Allaah [The Exalted] said:

Indeed, We sent Nuh (Noah) to his people and he said: “O my people! Worship Allah! You have no other Ilah (God) but Him. (La ilaha ill-Allah: none has the right to be worshipped but Allah). Certainly, I fear for you the torment of a Great Day!” قَالَ ٱلۡمَلَأُ مِن قَوۡمِهِۦۤ – The Mala [the notables, leaders and chiefs] amongst his people said, “Verily, we see you in plain error”. [Surah Al-A’raaf. Verses 59-60]

Allaah [The Exalted] said:

And to ‘Ad (people, We sent) their brother Hud. He said: “O my people! Worship Allah! You have no other Ilah (God) but Him. (La ilaha ill-Allah: none has the right to be worshipped but Allah). Will you not fear (Allah)?”

[قَالَ ٱلۡمَلَأُ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ مِن قَوۡمِهِۦۤ – The Mala (notables, leaders and chiefs) who disbelieved among his people said: “Verily, we see you in foolishness, and verily, we think you are one of the liars.” [Surah Al-A’raaf. Verses 65-66]

Allaah [The Exalted] said:

And to Thamud (people, We sent) their brother Salih (Saleh). He said: “O my people! Worship Allah! You have no other Ilah (God) but Him. (La ilaha ill-Allah: none has the right to be worshipped but Allah). Indeed there has come to you a clear sign (the miracle of the coming out of a huge she-camel from the midst of a rock) from your Lord. This she-camel of Allah is a sign unto you; so you leave her to graze in Allah’s earth, and touch her not with harm, lest a painful torment should seize you. “And remember when He made you successors after ‘Ad (people) and gave you habitations in the land, you build for yourselves palaces in plains, and carve out homes in the mountains. So remember the graces (bestowed upon you) from Allah, and do not go about making mischief on the earth.” قَالَ ٱلۡمَلَأُ ٱلَّذِينَ ٱسۡتَڪۡبَرُواْ مِن قَوۡمِهِۦ – The Mala [leaders, notables and chiefs] of those who were arrogant among his people said to those who were counted weak – to such of them as believed: “Know you that Salih (Saleh) is one sent from his Lord.” They said: “We indeed believe in that with which he has been sent.” Those who were arrogant said: “Verily, we disbelieve in that which you believe in.” [Surah Al-A’raaf. Verses 73-78]

Allaah [The Exalted] said:

And to (the people of) Madyan (Midian), (We sent) their brother Shu’aib. He said: “O my people! Worship Allah! You have no other Ilah (God) but Him. [La ilaha ill-Allah (none has the right to be worshipped but Allah)].” Verily, a clear proof (sign) from your Lord has come unto you; so give full measure and full weight and wrong not men in their things, and do not mischief on the earth after it has been set in order, that will be better for you, if you are believers. “And sit not on every road, threatening, and hindering from the Path of Allah those who believe in Him. and seeking to make it crooked. And remember when you were but few, and He multiplied you. And see what was the end of the Mufsidun (mischief-makers, corrupts, liars). “And if there is a party of you who believes in that with which I have been sent and a party who do not believe, so be patient until Allah judges between us, and He is the Best of judges.” قَالَ ٱلۡمَلَأُ ٱلَّذِينَ ٱسۡتَكۡبَرُواْ مِن قَوۡمِهِۦ – The Mala [leaders, notables and chiefs] of those who were arrogant among his people said: “We shall certainly drive you out, O Shu’aib, and those who have believed with you from our town, or else you (all) shall return to our religion.” He said: “Even though we hate it! [Surah Al-A’raaf. Verses 86-88]

Allaah [The Exalted] said:

قَالَ ٱلۡمَلَأُ مِن قَوۡمِ فِرۡعَوۡنَ إِنَّ هَـٰذَا لَسَـٰحِرٌ عَلِيمٌ۬
يُرِيدُ أَن يُخۡرِجَكُم مِّنۡ أَرۡضِكُمۡ‌ۖ فَمَاذَا تَأۡمُرُونَ

The Mala [leaders, notables and chiefs] of the people of Fir’aun (Pharaoh) said: “This (i.e. Prophet Musa) is indeed a well-versed sorcerer; he wants to get you out of your land, so what do you advise?” [Surah Al-A’raaf. Verse 109]

Allaah [The Exalted] said:

[وَقَالَ ٱلۡمَلَأُ مِن قَوۡمِ فِرۡعَوۡنَ – The Mala (leaders, notables and chiefs) of Fir’aun’s (Pharaoh) people said: “Will you leave Musa (Moses) and his people to spread mischief in the land, and to abandon you and your gods?” He said: “We will kill their sons, and let live their women, and we have indeed irresistible power over them.”] [Surah Al-A’raaf. Verse 127]

Allaah [The Exalted] stated:

Then, after them (i.e. the people of Prophet Nooh), We created another generation. 32. And We sent to them a Messenger from among themselves (saying): “Worship Allah! You have no other Ilah (God) but Him. Will you not then be afraid (of Him i.e. of His Punishment because of worshipping others besides Him)?”

[وَقَالَ ٱلۡمَلَأُ مِن قَوۡمِهِ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ وَكَذَّبُواْ بِلِقَآءِ ٱلۡأَخِرَةِ – And the Mala (leaders, notables and chiefs) of his people, who disbelieved and denied the Meeting in the Hereafter, and to whom We had given the luxuries and comforts of this life, said: “He is no more than a human being like you, he eats of that which you eat, and drinks of what you drink. “If you were to obey a human being like yourselves, then verily! You indeed would be losers. “Does he promise you that when you have died and have become dust and bones, you shall come out alive (resurrected)? “Far, very far is that which you are promised. “There is nothing but our life of this world! We die and we live! And we are not going to be resurrected! “He is only a man who has invented a lie against Allah, but we are not going to believe in him.” He said: “O my Lord! Help me because they deny me.” (Allah) said: “In a little while, they are sure to be regretful.” So As-Saihah (torment – awful cry, etc.) overtook them with justice, and We made them as rubbish of dead plants. So away with the people who are Zalimun (polytheists, wrong-doers, disbelievers in the Oneness of Allah, disobedient to His Messengers, etc.). [Surah Al-Muminoon. Verses 31-41]

Allaah [The Exalted] said:

[وَقَالَ فِرۡعَوۡنُ يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلۡمَلَأُ – Fir’aun (Pharaoh) said: “O Mala (leaders, chiefs and notables)! I know not that you have an ilah (a god) other than me, so kindle for me (a fire), O Haman, to bake (bricks out of) clay, and set up for me a Sarhan (a lofty tower, or palace, etc.) in order that I may look at (or look for) the Ilah (God) of Musa (Moses); and verily, I think that he [Musa (Moses)] is one of the liars.” And he and his hosts were arrogant in the land, without right, and they thought that they would never return to Us. So We seized him and his hosts, and We threw them all into the sea (and drowned them). So behold (O Muhammad ) what was the end of the Zalimun [wrong-doers, polytheists and those who disbelieved in the Oneness of their Lord (Allah), or rejected the advice of His Messenger Musa (Moses)]. And We made them leaders inviting to the Fire, and on the Day of Resurrection, they will not be helped. And We made a curse to follow them in this world, and on the Day of Resurrection, they will be among Al-Maqbuhun (those who are prevented to receive Allah’s Mercy or any good, despised or destroyed, etc.). [Surah Al-Qasas. Verses 38-42]

Allaah [The Exalted] said:

And they (Arab pagans) wonder that a warner (Prophet Muhammad ) has come to them from among themselves! And the disbelievers say: “This (Prophet Muhammad ) is a sorcerer, a liar. “Has he (Muhammad) made the aliha (gods) (all) into One Ilah (God – Allah). Verily, this is a curious thing!” [وَٱنطَلَقَ ٱلۡمَلَأُ مِنۡہُمۡ – and the Mala (leaders, notable and chiefs) among them went about (saying): “Go on, and remain constant to your aliha (gods)! Verily, This is a thing designed (against you)! We have not heard (the like) of this among the people of these later days. This is nothing but an invention!] [Surah Saad. Verses 4-7]

Evil Consequences In The Afterlife

Allaah [The Exalted] said:

Do you not see that Allah has created the heavens and the earth with truth? If He will, He can remove you and bring (in your place) a new. And for Allah that is not hard or difficult (i.e. very easy for Allah). And they all shall appear before Allah (on the Day of Resurrection) then the weak will say to those who were arrogant (chiefs): “Verily, we were following you; can you avail us anything from Allah’s Torment?” They will say: “Had Allah guided us, we would have guided you. It makes no difference to us (now) whether we rage, or bear (these torments) with patience, there is no place of refuge for us.” [Surah Ibraaheem. Aayaat 19-21]

[فَقَالَ ٱلضُّعَفَـٰٓؤُاْ – the weak will say] – Meaning, the willful followers and willful blind followers – [لِلَّذِينَ ٱسۡتَكۡبَرُوٓاْ – to those who were arrogant (chiefs)] – Meaning, those followed and were leaders in misguidance- [إِنَّا ڪُنَّا لَكُمۡ تَبَعً۬ا – Verily, we were following you]-Meaning, in the worldly life; you told us to follow misguidance, beautified it for us and misled us, so [فَهَلۡ أَنتُم مُّغۡنُونَ عَنَّا مِنۡ عَذَابِ ٱللَّهِ مِن شَىۡءٍ۬‌ۚ – Can you avail us anything from Allah’s Torment?]- Meaning, can you avail us anything from Allaah’s torment even the weight of a small ant? Those who were followed and the leaders will say, ” We led you astray just as we ourselves were astray; [ لَوۡ هَدَٮٰنَا ٱللَّهُ لَهَدَيۡنَـٰڪُمۡ‌ۖ – Had Allah guided us, we would have guided you] – Meaning, none can help another person, [سَوَآءٌ عَلَيۡنَآ أَجَزِعۡنَآ – It makes no difference to us (now) whether we rage] due to the punishment [أَمۡ صَبَرۡنَا – or bear (these torments) with patience]; [مَا لَنَا مِن مَّحِيصٍ۬ there is no place of refuge for us] -Meaning, neither is there a refuge to which we can flee nor a way of escaping Allaah’s punishment. Basis of Distrust and Constant Debate Between Rich and Poor! [Economic Policy Influenced By Personal Interests and Ideology]

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy.

Allaah [The Exalted] said:

[كَانَ ٱلنَّاسُ أُمَّةً۬ وَٲحِدَةً۬ فَبَعَثَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلنَّبِيِّـۧنَ مُبَشِّرِينَ وَمُنذِرِينَ وَأَنزَلَ مَعَهُمُ ٱلۡكِتَـٰبَ بِٱلۡحَقِّ لِيَحۡكُمَ بَيۡنَ ٱلنَّاسِ فِيمَا ٱخۡتَلَفُواْ فِيهِ‌ۚ – Mankind were one community (i.e. upon the upright path and Allaah’s Sharee’ah) and Allah sent Prophets with glad tidings and warnings, and with them He sent the Scripture in truth to judge between people in matters wherein they differed]. [Surah Al-Baqarah’ Aayah 213]

Shaikhul Islaam Ibn Taymiyyah [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said, “And even though there is something in the paths of analogical reasoning and reflection that will lead to knowledge, however sometimes it cannot give detail explanation in a dispute between the people of the earth due to the minute details and ambiguities [in that dispute], and at other times due to the fact the people differ when prioritizing necessities. Therefore, due to this Allaah [The Most High] commanded (us) to return to the revelation in times of dispute. Allaah [The Most High] designated the revealed Books [i.e. the Qur’aan being the final of them] as the judge between the people in matters wherein they differ”. (1)

Indeed, whenever – in our era – those in authority in the West make their final decisions on economic policy, there’s always a debate and difference of opinion regarding which section of society is going to gain or lose due to rising living cost. Anas Bin Maalik [may Allaah be pleased with him] reported that the people said, “O Allaah’s Messenger! Prices have gone up, so fix prices for us”. So, Allaah’s Messenger [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him] said, “Allah is the one Who fixes prices, Who withholds, gives lavishly and provides, and I hope that when I meet Allah, none of you will have any claim on me for an injustice regarding blood or property”. [Saheeh Sunan Abee Dawud. Number 3450]

Shaikhul Islaam Ibn Taymiyyah [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said: High increases in prices and their decreases are among those events that none brings about except Allaah alone and nothing can occur from it except by Allaa’s Will, but He [Glory be He and free is He from all imperfections] has made some of the actions of His slaves the cause of some incidents, just as He made the deed of killing of a killer a cause of the death of the victim, and the increase in prices may be due to the injustice of the people, and the decrease may be due to the benevolence of some people. [Majmoo Al-Fataawaa 8/520]

Imaam As-Sadi [may Allaah have mercy upon him] stated: The goals and policies of the people regarding wealth and poverty varies due to their personal interests, an absence of adherence to the truth and not giving consideration to the overall public interest. All of them erred (and missed) the path that would lead to beneficial results, because they do not adhere to the guidance of the Islamic religion. Their ideas vary and they acted accordingly, widespread evil and great strife occurred between those who claim to support the poor and the workers and those who cling to riches and wealth. They have a long discussion on this subject matter and all of it is tantamount to error and misguidance.

Allaah has guided the believers to a straight path in all their affairs in general, and in this matter in particular. All praise is due to Allaah, the Islamic Sharee’ah came to rectify the affairs of the rich and the poor as much as possible. When Allaah – The Exalted – decreed that individuals amongst humankind and Jinn will have different social statuses – among them the rich, the poor, the one of high social status and the one of lower social status – based on a Great judgment and underlying reasons that are too precise to describe, He then established a relationship of close ties between them- some given authority over others, established the practice of mutual exchange between them and some in need of others. The All-Wise Law Giver – [The One completely Wise in everything He decrees, and completely Wise in His Sayings, and in His Actions, and there is no deficiency in anything He decrees, says or does] – firstly ordained that they should be brothers, and that they should not take advantage of each other personally; but rather He instructed each of them to fulfil his obligation towards the other by way of which social harmony and the necessities of life are accomplished.

Islam obligated Zakaat from the wealth of the rich based on what is stated regarding its details in the divine revelation. It made spending a means of fulfilling the needs of the needy and a means to attaining the religious wellbeing that secures both the worldly and religious affairs; urges towards kind treatment at all times and on every occasion, obligated that the necessities of the needy are fulfilled- feed the hungry, provide clothing for those without sufficient clothing and pay for the necessities of the destitute. It also enjoins specific spending on family and children, and on what is related to their affairs, and fulfilment of all the obligations related to the mutual dealings that take place between the people. In addition to this, Islam commanded them that neither should they solely rely on their strength and power in seeking after earnings nor consider what they possess to be as a means of (permanent) tranquility and stability; but rather what they should constantly look at is obedience to Allaah, acknowledging Allaah’s favours, Allaah’s facilitation of ease, seeking Allaah’s assistance and thank Allaah for the wealth and prosperity He has favoured them with over others. Allaah obligated on them to confine themselves within the boundaries of Halaal and Haraam, and not to over-indulge in luxury and extravagance in a way that harms their morals, wealth and all their state of affairs; but rather they should be what Allaah has stated in Surah Al-Furqan, Aayah 67: [والذين إذا أنفقوا لم يسرفوا ولم يقتروا وكان بين ذلك قواما – And those, who, when they spend, are neither extravagant nor niggardly, but hold a medium (way) between those (extremes)].

In addition, Allaah commanded them that their pursuit of wealth and the worldly things should be done in an honorable and honest manner, so that they are not tainted with evil gains, such as usury, gambling (see footnote b), swindle, fraud or deception; but rather they should adhere to the ordainments of the divine revelation in their dealings, just as they adhere to that in their personal acts of worship. Allaah commanded them to look at the poor with mercy and benevolence, and not with cruelty, harshness, selfishness, boastfulness, insolence and pride. So, due to these wise instructions, religious well-being becomes the highest degree of honor and perfection, and in such a case, wealth has a praiseworthy description, a perfect attribute, sublimity and loftiness, because indeed the divine revelation refined and purified it, exhorts a person to distance from vices and urges him (or her) to acquire virtues (i.e. virtues mentioned in the divine revelation)”. (2)

As for the manner in which the Islamic religion deals with the poor, it commanded them – as well as everyone else who fails to accomplished his personal wish- to be patient, accept Allaah’s decree, acknowledge that Allaah is All-Wise, possessor of perfect judgment and (All-Wise in) in His disposal of all affairs, and that there are various benefits in this (for a person).

Allaah said: [وعسى أن تكرهوا شيئا وهو خير لكم وعسى أن تحبوا شيئا وهو شر لكم والله يعلم وأنتم لا تعلمون – And it may be that you dislike a thing which is good for you and that you like a thing which is bad for you. Allah knows but you do not know]. [Surah Al-Baqarah. Aayah 216]

This belief of theirs removes the sadness that enters the hearts and thus leads to helplessness and laziness. Then Allaah commanded them that neither should they seek to remove their poverty and seeking after their needs by depending on the people nor asking them except where it is unavoidable and when it is necessary to do so; and that they seek to remove their poverty through Allaah alone – by way of various activities and means, which Allaah has made a means to removing poverty, and every person preoccupies with the means that suits him and his situation; so, this benefits a person by freeing him from abject dependence, trains him to be strong and active, and fights against laziness and apathy, but also not envying the wealthy due to what Allaah has bestowed on them. Allaah said:

And covet not for the things in which Allah has made some of you to excel others. For men there is reward for what they have earned, (and likewise) for women there is reward for what they have earned, and ask Allah of His Bounty. Surely, Allah is Ever All-Knower of everything. [Surah An-Nisaa. Aayah 32]

Allaah commanded them to be sincere in their work, dealings and crafts, and not to hasten in seeking their livelihood by indulging in vile gains that deprives a person of an upright adherence to the religion and corrupts the worldly affairs. And Allaah commanded them to do two things that would help them whilst facing the hardship of poverty: economize and to be contented with what Allaah has bestowed on them, (because) little sustenance alongside wise economization becomes a lot. Contentment is an inexhaustible treasure and richness without wealth. There are many poor people who are blessed with contentment and the ability to economize- neither wishing for what the luxurious people possess nor feeling bitter about their meager sustenance. When the poor people are guided by the guidance of the religion to exercise patience and attach themselves to Allaah, freed from abject dependence, working hard and striving in honorable and beneficial deeds and satisfied with Allaah’s grace, the burden and difficulty of poverty will be eased for them. In addition to this, they do not cease striving for self-sufficiency (and to obtain more provision), whilst hoping for the bounty of their Lord, awaiting His promise and fearing Him. Allaah said: [ ومن يتق الله يجعل له مخرجا ويرزقه من حيث لا يحتسب – And whosoever fears Allah and keeps his duty to Him, He will make a way for him to get out (from every difficulty). Allaah said: [ ومن يتوكل على الله فهو حسبه – And whosoever puts his trust in Allah, then He will suffice him]. [Surah At-Talaaq. Aayaat 2-3]

The first affair is that the poor have been commanded – as well as everyone who fails to accomplished his personal wish- to be patient and accept Allaah’s decree. Allaah said:

[ وَلَنَبۡلُوَنَّكُم بِشَىۡءٍ۬ مِّنَ ٱلۡخَوۡفِ وَٱلۡجُوعِ وَنَقۡصٍ۬ مِّنَ ٱلۡأَمۡوَٲلِ وَٱلۡأَنفُسِ وَٱلثَّمَرَٲتِ‌ۗ وَبَشِّرِ ٱلصَّـٰبِرِينَ – And certainly, We shall test you with something of fear, hunger, loss of wealth, lives and fruits, but give glad tidings to As-Sabirin (the patient ones, etc.).] [Surah Al-Baqarah. Aayah 155]

If the poor person exercise patience, he receives the reward of those who are patience and he is similar to the grateful wealthy person, because if the patient poor person and the grateful wealthy person are equal in their fear of Allaah, they are equal in status as has preceded from a statement of Shaikhul Islaam Ibn Taymiyyah [may Allaah have mercy upon him].

Acknowledge that Allaah is All-Wise, possesses perfect judgment and (All-Wise) in His disposal of all affairs, and that there are various benefits in this affair (for a person). It may be that the poor person hates his state of poverty, but it is better for him and more beneficial for him when he meets his Lord. It may be that wealth would have come to him and thus he is put to trial and turned away from the purpose of life (i.e. to worship Allaah alone and obey Him), so his poverty maybe better than if he was to be wealthy. And this why the author transmitted the Aayah: [وعسى أن تكرهوا شيئا وهو خير لكم وعسى أن تحبوا شيئا وهو شر لكم والله يعلم وأنتم لا تعلمون – and it may be that you dislike a thing which is good for you and that you like a thing which is bad for you. Allah knows but you do not know]. [Surah Al-Baqarah. Aayah 216]

This why a person should believe (with certainty) that Allaah is All-Wise in His disposal of all affairs and He knows everything about His servants. If a person has this belief, all the sadness in his heart will be removed, becomes active and embark upon seeking a livelihood.

Neither should they seek to remove their poverty and seeking after their needs by depending on the people nor asking them except where it is unavoidable and when it is necessary to do so.

They should seek to remove their poverty through Allaah alone- by way of what Allaah has made a means to removing poverty, and they are various activities and means, and every person preoccupies with the means that suits him and his situation, so a person benefits through this by being freed from the abject dependence, trains him to be strong and active, and fighting against laziness and apathy. This comprises of two instructions:

To seek Allaah’s Assistance, supplicating to Allaah, constantly supplicating to Allaah, seeking His protection against poverty and the trial of poverty, asking Allaah for bounty through His Names, such as Al-Wahhaab, Al-Muhsin, Al-Mannaan.

Employ the means, as Allaah said: [هُوَ ٱلَّذِى جَعَلَ لَكُمُ ٱلۡأَرۡضَ ذَلُولاً۬ فَٱمۡشُواْ فِى مَنَاكِبِہَا وَكُلُواْ مِن رِّزۡقِهِۦ‌ۖ وَإِلَيۡهِ ٱلنُّشُورُ -it is, Who has made the earth subservient to you (i.e. easy for you to walk, to live and to do agriculture on it, etc.), so walk in the path thereof and eat of His provision, and to Him will be the Resurrection]. [Surah Al-Mulk. Aayh 15]

So, a person strives in work and to earn a livelihood- through permissible means and those means legislated in the divine legislation, gradually improves in his work, even if it is the case that he is not satisfied with the work he is doing or that it is not a sufficient means of livelihood, but rather he works until he reaches another job that is more beneficial.

Should not envy the wealthy people due to what Allaah has bestowed on them. The poor person should beware of envy, because the wealth in the possession of the wealthy is Allaah’s bounty and favour, therefore envying them for such wealth is tantamount to being an enemy of Allaah’s bounty. Yes, indeed if a person sees something in the possession of another person, he may wish that he has the same and this called Ghibtah (i.e. to wish for the thing, but not envying the person); but it is forbidden if one hates such blessing that is bestowed on another person, or wishes that such blessing should cease to exist or strives to stop it. Just one would not wish that he is envied, or that someone wishes that such blessing should cease or strives to stop it, then likewise he should not behave in such a manner towards others.

They should be sincere in their work, dealings and crafts. So when they are bestowed with some work, they should be sincere, truthful and deal with others in a good manner, because these are some of the means to Barakah (i.e. to be blessed) in one’s livelihood as opposed to the affair of the one who deceives in his dealings, lies, behaves badly etc.

Should not hasten in seeking livelihood by indulging in vile gains that deprives a person of an upright adherence to the religion and corrupts the worldly affairs. Some poor people want to remove the problem of poverty without caring how that is done, so he does not care about entering into usury, or whether he steals, transgresses, deceives and lies. The other affair one should beware of is not to go to the magicians, the soothsayers and sorcerers to obtain amulets from them, whilst thinking that this would end poverty. So, when one of them wants to enter into a business, he goes to a sorcerer for consultation regarding his business or his journey, or he goes to a magician…this is a destruction of one’s religion. Likewise, one should not attach himself to the dead inhabitants of the graves, such as what some of the ignorant people do when they seek to solve a problem by attaching themselves to the dead inhabitants of the graves, invoking them and vowing to them. This is tantamount to Shirk (polytheism).

Allaah commanded them to do two things that would help them whilst facing the hardship of poverty: to economize and be contented with what Allaah has bestowed on them, (because) little sustenance alongside wise economization becomes a lot. Contentment is an inexhaustible treasure and richness without wealth.

Economization: The person’s food, drink, dwelling place and means of transportation are all within what he can afford. This is very important because many people spend beyond their means until they owe debts which they cannot afford to repay, even though he would have been able to live based on what he can afford. So by way of economization, little wealth becomes plentiful and a person is blessed with the little he possesses, but if he is not satisfied with economization, then this would harm him.

Contentment: To be satisfied with what one has. The Prophet [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him] said, “Wealth is not in having many possessions; but rather true wealth is the richness of the soul”. [Hadeeth Number 6446] The Prophet [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him] said, “‘’Whoever among you wakes up [in the morning] safe in his property, healthy in his body and has his daily nourishment, it is as if he has been granted the entire world”. [Sunan Ibn Maajah. Hadeeth 4141]

There are many poor people who are blessed with contentment and the ability to economize- neither wishing for what the luxurious people possess nor feeling bitter about their meager sustenance.

Not to look at those above you, rather look at those below lest you belittle the blessings of Allah that have been bestowed upon you. Do look at the one who has more wealth or trade than you, or the one with a better house, a better livelihood or means of transport, but rather look at the one who is below you. That is because when you look at the one who has less wealth, you’ll say “Alhamdulil laah”; but if you look at the one above, you’ll belittle the blessings you have and then say, “I don’t have anything”, and you forget the many other blessings, such as the blessing of Islam, the blessing of good health, the blessing of a dwelling place, the blessing of safety, the blessing of children etc. The Prophet [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him] said: “Look at those who are below you and do not look at those above you, for it is more suitable lest you look down on Allaah’s blessings”. [Saheeh Muslim. Hadeeth Number 2963]

When the poor people are guided by the guidance of the religion to exercise patience and attach themselves to Allaah, freed from abject dependence, working hard and striving in honorable and beneficial deeds and satisfied with Allaah’s grace, the burden and difficulty of poverty will be eased for them. In addition to this, they do not cease striving for self-sufficient (and to obtain more provision), hoping for the bounty of their Lord, awaiting His promise and fearing Him. Allaah said: [ومن يتق الله يجعل له مخرجا ويرزقه من حيث لا يحتسب – And whosoever fears Allah and keeps his duty to Him, He will make a way for him to get out (from every difficulty)]. [ ومن يتوكل على الله فهو حسبه – And whosoever puts his trust in Allah, then He will suffice him]. [Surah At-Talaaq. Aayaat 2-3]

Taqwah [Fear of Allaah] is to act in obedience to Allaah upon a light from Allaah [i.e. Eemaan, sincerity, guidance etc] and hoping for reward from Allah. And you abandon disobedience to Allaah upon a light from Allah and fearing the punishment of Allah.

Increase in Istighfaar – seeking Allaah’s forgiveness. Allaah said [that Prophet Nooh (peace be upon him) said to his people]:

I said (to them): “Ask forgiveness from your Lord; Verily, He is Oft-Forgiving; He will send rain to you in abundance; and give you increase in wealth and children, and bestow on you gardens and bestow on you rivers”. [Surah Nooh. Aayaat 10-12]

So, when a person has little, he should increase in Istighfaar. A man came to Imaam al-Hasan Al-Basri [may Allaah have mercy upon him] and complained about poverty, so he said to him, “Seek Allaah’s forgiveness”. A second man came to him and complained to him about not having children, he said to him, “Seek Allaah’s forgiveness”. Another one came to him and complain about his orchard that it is dry, he said to him, “Seek Allaah’s forgiveness”. So, a man who was present said to him, “Everyone who came to you was told to seek Allaah’s forgiveness!” He replied, “I did not say more than what is in the Qur’aan”, then he recited:

I said (to them): “Ask forgiveness from your Lord; Verily, He is Oft-Forgiving; He will send rain to you in abundance; and give you increase in wealth and children, and bestow on you gardens and bestow on you rivers”. [Surah Nooh. Aayaat 10-12] In these Aayaat, Allaah mentioned Istighfaar and then mentioned its worldly fruitful outcomes. As for in the afterlife, the Prophet [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him] said: “Glad tidings to those who find a lot of seeking forgiveness in the record of their deeds”. [Sunan Ibn Maajah. Hadeeth Number 3818]

The person should not reply upon the means he employs to seek provision, rather he should rely and depend on Allaah alone. Allaah said: [ومن يتوكل على الله فهو حسبه – And whosoever puts his trust in Allah, then He will suffice him].

So, the person employs the means and is eager in seeking what benefits him, such as trade or some craftmanship, but he relies upon Allaah alone. The Prophet said that when one – whilst leaving his (or her) home – says: [بِسْمِ اللَّهِ تَوَكَّلْتُ عَلَى اللَّهِ لَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللَّهِ – In the name of Allah, I trust in Allah for there is no movement or might but in Allah], it will be said to him that you have been sufficed and protected, and the devils will be far from him. [Saheeh Sunan Tirmidhee. Hadeeth Number 3426]

These religious teachings and guidance – from Allaah and His Messenger – for the rich and poor will bring them good, prevent them from evil and harm, and produce for them the most beautiful fruitful outcomes in this life and the next. This is the only solution – from Ar Rabb Al-Majeed (see footnote a) – to the problem of wealth and poverty, and everything else besides it is suffering and misery, harm and destruction. And Allaah is the Bestower of success. (3)

Footnote a: Ar-Rabb: The Lord and Nurturer. The Lord and Master Who has none like Him in His Lordship. The One Who nurtures and rectifies the affairs of the creation by the favors which He showers upon them. The sovereign Owner Who alone creates and commands. The One Who controls the affairs and grants blessings. The One Who nurtures. The Creator. The Provider. The One Who aids. And The One Who guides. Al-Majeed: The One Perfect in Glory and Honor. The One Great in Honor. The One greatly extolled and praised. The Magnificent One, having the attributes of glory, majesty, greatness, and splendour. The One greater, more tremendous, and more exalted than everything. The One glorified and venerated in the hearts of His beloved servants. New World Order!

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy.

Ideas About New World Order

What is ‘New World Order’? Some say that it is a political situation in which the countries of the world are no longer divided because of their support for either the US or the Soviet Union and instead work together to solve international problems.

Firstly, Humankind Have Been Commanded By Their Lord to Return to The Revelation In All Affairs

Allaah [The Exalted] said:

Humankind were one community and Allah sent Prophets with glad tidings and warnings, and with them He sent the Scripture in truth to judge between people in matters wherein they differed. And only those to whom (the Scripture) was given differed concerning it after clear proofs had come unto them through hatred, one to another. Then Allah by His Leave guided those who believed to the truth of that wherein they differed. And Allah guides whom He wills to a Straight Path. [Surah Al-Baqarah. Aayah 213]

Allaah [The Exalted] said: [وَمَا كَانَ ٱلنَّاسُ إِلَّآ أُمَّةً۬ وَٲحِدَةً۬ فَٱخۡتَلَفُواْ‌ۚ وَلَوۡلَا ڪَلِمَةٌ۬ سَبَقَتۡ مِن رَّبِّكَ لَقُضِىَ بَيۡنَهُمۡ فِيمَا فِيهِ يَخۡتَلِفُونَ – Mankind were but one community (i.e. on one religion – Islamic Monotheism), then they differed (later), and had not it been for a Word that went forth before from your Lord, it would have been settled between them regarding what they differed]. [Surah Yunus. Aayah 19]

Ibn Abbaas [may Allaah be pleased with him and his father] said: “There were ten generations between Nooh and Aadam and all of them used to be upon the true path [i.e. upon Islaam – worshipping Allaah alone], then they differed and started worshipping idols, false deities and images, so Allaah sent Messengers with clear proofs and evidences. (1)

Therefore, due to this Allaah [The Most High] commanded [us] to return to the revelation in times of dispute. Allaah [The Most High] said:

[كَانَ ٱلنَّاسُ أُمَّةً۬ وَٲحِدَةً۬ فَبَعَثَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلنَّبِيِّـۧنَ مُبَشِّرِينَ وَمُنذِرِينَ وَأَنزَلَ مَعَهُمُ ٱلۡكِتَـٰبَ بِٱلۡحَقِّ لِيَحۡكُمَ بَيۡنَ ٱلنَّاسِ فِيمَا ٱخۡتَلَفُواْ فِيهِ‌ۚ – Mankind were one community (i.e. upon Tawheed and Allaah’s Sharee’ah) and Allah sent Prophets with glad tidings and warnings, and with them He sent the Scripture in truth to judge between people in matters wherein they differed]. [Surah Al-Baqarah’ Aayah 213]

Therefore, Allaah [The Most High] designated the revealed Books [i.e. the Qur’aan being the final of them] as the judge between the people in matters wherein they differ”. (2)

Imaam Ibnul Qayyim [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said: Whoever ponders upon the state of affairs of the world will find that every affair of rectification is due to singling out Allaah in worship and obedience to His Messenger (Muhammad). And every evil in the world, trial, affliction, scarcity (in livelihood), being overpowered by an enemy and other than that is due to (our) opposition to the Messenger and calling to other than (the way of) Allaah and His Messenger. Whoever truly ponders upon this and examines the state of affairs of the world- since its beginning and until the time Allaah will take it away and those upon it- will realise this affair regarding himself and others, in general and specific (circumstances). And there is no Might or Power except with Allaah –The Most High, The Most Great. (3)

The Imaam also stated: “Everyone with a bit of (sound) intellect knows that the corruption of the world and its ruin occurs due to giving precedence to opinion over the divine revelation and (evil) desires over sound intellect. These two corrupt motives are not entrenched in a heart except that its destruction becomes inevitable nor in a nation except that its affairs are completely corrupted”. (4)

Secondly, others say that the ‘New World Order’ is a political shift in geopolitical power outside of individual nation states – that a secretive totalitarian cabal of world governments are attempting to establish an international order that would see the people suppressed under a globalist regime, a secretive elite (for example, the “Illuminati”) conspiring to rule the world through an authoritarian one-world government, which would replace sovereign nation-states. Read details in this document- prepared by a senior student of knowledge from the works of the scholars – titled: The Permanent Committee, the Fiqh Council and the Major Scholars on Masonic Secretive Organizations and Their Globalist Agendas: Masonic Secretive Organizations and Their Globalist Agendas

Finally, whatever we do on earth will not harm our Lord because He is not in need of anything or anyone. Allaah [The Exalted] said:

O mankind! it is you who stand in need of Allah, but Allah is Rich (Free of all wants and needs), Worthy of all praise. If He will, He could destroy you and bring about a new creation. And that is not hard for Allah. And no bearer of burdens shall bear another’s burden, and if one heavily laden calls another to (bear) his load, nothing of it will be lifted even though he be near of kin. You (O Muhammad) can warn only those who fear their Lord unseen, and perform As-Salat (Iqamat-as-Salat). And he who purifies himself (from all kinds of sins), then he purifies only for the benefit of his ownself. And to Allah is the (final) Return (of all). [Surah Al-Faatir. Aayaat 15-18]

Allaah [The Most High] said:

Those before them indeed plotted, but Allah struck at the foundation of their building, and then the roof fell down upon them, from above them, and the torment overtook them from directions they did not perceive. Then, on the Day of Resurrection, He will disgrace them and will say: “Where are My (so called) ‘partners’ concerning whom you used to disagree and dispute (with the believers, by defying and disobeying Allah)?” Those who have been given the knowledge (about the Torment of Allah for the disbelievers) will say: “Verily! Disgrace this Day and misery are upon the disbelievers. [Surah An-Nahl. Aayah26-27]

[قَدۡ مَڪَرَ ٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبۡلِهِمۡ – Those before them indeed plotted]: The Qur’aan commentators say that this refers to Namrood who built a tall tower in order to climb – as he claimed – the heavens and fight its inhabitants.

[فَأَتَى ٱللَّهُ بُنۡيَـٰنَهُم مِّنَ ٱلۡقَوَاعِدِ فَخَرَّ عَلَيۡہِمُ ٱلسَّقۡفُ مِن فَوۡقِهِمۡ – but Allah struck at the foundation of their building, and then the roof fell down upon them, from above them]: The Mufassiroon say: Allaah sent a wind which flung the top of the tower to the sea and the rest was destroyed. [وَأَتَٮٰهُمُ ٱلۡعَذَابُ مِنۡ حَيۡثُ لَا يَشۡعُرُونَ – and the torment overtook them from directions they did not perceive]: Meaning, from where they thought they were safe. [ثُمَّ يَوۡمَ ٱلۡقِيَـٰمَةِ يُخۡزِيهِمۡ – Then, on the Day of Resurrection, He will disgrace]: Meaning, disgraced with punishment. (5)

[قَدۡ مَڪَرَ ٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبۡلِهِمۡ – Those before them indeed plotted]: Meaning plotted against their Messengers, employed various types of tricks in order to reject that which the messengers brought and established gigantic safeguards [by way of arguments, views etc] on their plots. [فَأَتَى ٱللَّهُ بُنۡيَـٰنَهُم مِّنَ ٱلۡقَوَاعِدِ – but Allah struck at the foundation of their building]– Meaning, an affair came to them from its basis and foundation [فَخَرَّ عَلَيۡہِمُ ٱلسَّقۡفُ مِن فَوۡقِهِمۡ – and then the roof fell down upon them, from above them] -Meaning, so what they built became a punishment for them. [وَأَتَٮٰهُمُ ٱلۡعَذَابُ مِنۡ حَيۡثُ لَا يَشۡعُرُونَ – and the torment overtook them from directions they did not perceive]: Meaning, that is because they thought that such a building will benefit and protect them from punishment, but their punishment occurred from that which they built and established.

This is one the best of parables regarding how Allaah nullifies the plots of his enemies, for indeed they pondered and reflected on that which the Messengers brought when they belied them, made up principles and rules for it based on falsehood, referred back to them to reject that which the Messengers came with, employed tricks to bring discomfort to the Messengers and inflict harm on them and those who followed them, but their plot became a source of evil against them, so their plan became their destruction, because their plot was evil as Allaah said: [ وَلَا يَحِيقُ الْمَكْرُ السَّيِّئُ إِلَّا بِأَهْلِهِ – But the evil plot encompasses only him who makes it]. [Soorah Faatir: Ayah: 43]

This is in this worldly life and the punishment in the afterlife would be more disgraceful, and due to this Allaah said: [ثُمَّ يَوۡمَ ٱلۡقِيَـٰمَةِ يُخۡزِيهِمۡ – Then, on the Day of Resurrection, He will disgrace them]. (6)

Allaah [The Most High] said: [قَدْ خَلَتْ مِنْ قَبْلِكُمْ سُنَنٌ فَسِيرُوا فِي الْأَرْضِ فَانْظُرُوا كَيْفَ كَانَ عَاقِبَةُ الْمُكَذِّبِينَ – Many similar mishaps [troubles, problems] of life were faced by nations that have passed away before you, so travel through the earth, and see what was the end of those who disbelieved]. [Surah Aal Imran. Aayah 137]

Imaam Ibnul Qayyim [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said: Indeed, there were nations like yourselves before you, so look to their evil end. You have to know that the reason behind their evil end was due to their disbelief in the revelations of Allaah and disbelief in Allaah’s Messengers. They were the forefathers and you are the descendants. The main affair that connects you to each other is your disbelief and the ruling on that disbelief is destruction. (7)

Imaam Muhammad Bin Saaleh Al-Uthaymeen [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said: If it is said, “What is the benefit in narrating to us the stories of the destroyed nations despite the fact that this Ummah will not be completely destroyed in a manner similar to the destruction of the previous nations before it?”

The Answer: Indeed, this has two benefits: The first benefit is a clarification of Allaah’s blessings upon us that the occurrence of a complete destruction is removed from us, and that were it not for Allaah’s Benevolence we would have been deserving of it. Second, the likeness of the punishment they received may occur in the hereafter for the one who did what they did, if punishment was not received in the worldly life. And this may be understood from the statement of Allaah: “Such is the Seizure of your Lord when He seizes the population of towns while they are doing wrong. Verily, His Seizure is painful and severe. Indeed in that (there) is a sure lesson for those who fear the torment of the Hereafter.” So what is apparent from this Aayah is that what is similar to the punishment they received will happen in the Hereafter, and Allaah knows best. (8)

The Role of The Scholars and The Firm Students of Knowledge in Unveiling The Plots of The Unbelievers

Al-Allaamah Rabee Bin Haadee Al-Madkhalee (may Allaah preserve him) stated:

So it is not permissible for the Ulamaa (scholars) to remain heedless of their plans (i.e. the enemies of Islaam), their actions, their publications, their missionary activities and their various calls (to the Muslims). And also the various poisons they are infusing – which are in opposition to the Qur’aan and the Messenger (sallallaahu alayhi wasallam) and his Sunnah. And nor of what plans they have for (the destruction of) the beliefs and methodologies of Islaam. It is not permissible either, to remain heedless of their concentrated efforts to Christianize or secularize the Muslim youth. And along with that, the Muslim youth and the students are not able to oppose this plan and strategy. Rather it is necessary that the distinguished Ulamaa – those who are experienced and shrewd – it is for such people, in all the places to undertake this duty. So it is obligatory for some of the intelligent and ingenious people from the field of Aqeedah (creed) to be mobilised for opposing these plans. And likewise it is a must that the intelligent and distinguished from amongst the specialists in the Sunnah – that they be mobilised for the refutation of these and similarly the eminent and distinguished from amongst those in the fields of Orientalism for the refutation of the plans of the Orientalists.” (9)

He also says: “I myself believe that it is a benefit – rather it is of necessity – that we know what the enemies are planning for us, and that it is necessary for us to prepare (ourselves in strength) to destroy their plans. However, I do not exaggerate in this matter, rather my view is the view of our Ulamaa and they have all agreed upon this – that amongst the obligatory matters there are some that are Fard Ain and others that are Fard Kifaayah – and even if knowing the state of the enemies is harmful – it is still necessary for us to know it – but it is treated as Fard Kifaayah. When some attend to it, then the harm is removed from the rest” up until he said: “So I consider that there is no criticism for the Ulamaa and the students of knowledge who take great concern for preserving the Sharee’ah of Allaah – in terms of the Book, the Sunnah and its understanding – for this is one of the duties of the Kifaayah actions. And I believe that these people are more superior, noble, truthful and of more benefit to Islaam than those who are weak in their knowledge of the religion of Allaah or those who have no share in acquainting themselves with it.” (10)

The People Upon Truth Will Always Be Present Even When Misguidance is Widespread

Admonition From The Hadeeth of Hudhaifah: “People Used to Ask The Messenger of Allaah About The Good Times, But I Used to Ask Him About Bad Times…”

A Brief Reminder Regarding At-Taa’ifah Al-Mansoorah [The Victorious Group]- By Shaikh Fawzaan and Shaikh Rabee

Personalities Who Are Suddenly Given Access to Global Mainstream Media – Beware!!!

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy.

Beware of Those Who have Been Suddenly Given Access to Global Mainstream Media, Utilise Political Rhetoric, Present Themselves As Moral Arbiters to The World to Appeal For That Which Prolongs Bloodshed and Given Standing Ovations!

Abdullah Ibn Umar [may Allaah be pleased with him and his father] said, “Two men came from the East and addressed the people who wondered at their eloquent speeches, so Allah’s Messenger [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him] said, “Indeed, some eloquent speech is as effective as magic”. [Al-Bukhaari 5767]

The Messenger [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him] said, “The most hated of men in the sight of Allaah is the one who is most quarrelsome”. Al-Allaamah Zayd Bin Haadi [may Allaah have mercy upon him] commented on this hadeeth as follows: A warning against (blameworthy) argumentation, falling into wicked behaviour and its severe (evil consequences), especially if the argumentation is based on falsehood. As for when it is based on truth, there is nothing wrong with that for the one who has a right to do so; but he should be just in his argument so that he does not enter into oppression or error, and Allaah knows best. The hadeeth is related to warning against lying during argumentation- [a warning against] bringing falsehood and adorned speech into it until one change falsehood into truth and truth into falsehood – not bothered about making an oath, lying or giving false witness. All this occurs from a person who is extremely quarrelsome, goes into excess in the affair and does not feel shy in the presence of Allaah- neither fears punishment in this life nor in the next life. And when it is the case that the extremely quarrelsome person is blameworthy, then indeed the person who has good conduct – if entitled to something – during an argument and other affairs, he will not utter except truth, and will not seek after anything except the truth- neither lies nor deceives the Sharee’ah judge. This is from the characteristics of the people of Eemaan – those whom Allaah praised in the Qur’aan and the Prophet praised them in the pure Sunnah. (1)

The Hypocrite With a Sharp Tongue

The Messenger [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him] said, “What I fear most for my nation, is those leaders who will lead astray and they are those who lead them to misguidance”. And he said, “What I fear most for my ummah is every hypocrite with an eloquent tongue”. Al-Allaamah Abdul Muhsin Al-Abbaad [may Allaah preserve him] commentated on the above narrations as follows: “This is the one who possesses eloquent impressive speech and he is able to promote his dubious views, whilst falsifying the reality and delivering it to the people. Then the ignorant one thinks that it is knowledge and proof, whilst it is illusion and deceit”. (2)

“Indeed, Allaah hates the eloquent one among men who moves his tongue round (within his teeth), as cattle do”. (3) Al-Allaamah Abdul Muhsin Al-Abbaad [may Allaah preserve him] said: The person intended in this hadeeth is the one who speaks eloquently, while using obscure or ambiguous language, immerses himself in speech and burdens himself. He burdens himself in speech and thus utters something blameworthy. However, if this [eloquence] is not done by way of burdening oneself in speech, such as the one whom Allaah has granted eloquence and he utilises it in his speech in order to clarify the truth, then this is not blameworthy. Allaah hates the person who speaks eloquently and utters that which is blameworthy due to deliberately utilising obscure, ambiguous and burdensome speech. This person is likened to a cow that moves its tongue round [among its teeth] when eating. It is said that a cow is not like other animals-because other animals use their teeth but a cow uses its tongue. This hadeeth forbids the likes of this action [i.e. eloquent burdensome speech] and the one who does so is hated by Allaah. (4)
