Khumeini Gave The Right Verdict Against Rushdi! –

[Brief Rebuttal of The Above Statement of a Damn Fool]

Allaah [The Exalted] said:

فلذلك فادع واستقم كما أمرت ولا تتبع أهواءهم وقل آمنت بما أنزل الله من كتاب وأمرت لأعدل بينكم الله ربنا وربكم لنا أعمالنا ولكم أعمالكم لا حجة بيننا وبينكم الله يجمع بيننا وإليه المصير

So unto this (religion of Islam, alone and this Qur’an) then invite (people) (O Muhammad ), and Istaqim [(i.e. stand firm and straight on Islamic Monotheism by performing all that is ordained by Allah (good deeds, etc.), and by abstaining from all that is forbidden by Allah (sins and evil deeds, etc.)], as you are commanded, and follow not their desires but say: “I believe in whatsoever Allah has sent down of the Book [all the holy Books, this Qur’an and the Books of the old from the Taurat (Torah), or the Injeel (Gospel) or the Pages of Ibrahim (Abraham)] and I am commanded to do justice among you, Allah is our Lord and your Lord. For us our deeds and for you your deeds. There is no dispute between us and you. Allah will assemble us (all), and to Him is the final return. [Surah Ash-Shuraa. Aayah 15]

[وَأُمِرۡتُ لِأَعۡدِلَ بَيۡنَكُمُ‌ۖ – and I am commanded to do justice among you], Meaning, when passing judgement regarding that which you have differed between yourselves. Therefore, your enmity and hatred does not prevent me from judging with justice between you. And part of justice is that when judging between people who make different statements – amongst the people of the Scripture and others – one accepts what they possess of truth and reject what they possess of falsehood.

[ٱللَّهُ رَبُّنَا وَرَبُّكُمۡ‌ۖ لَنَآ أَعۡمَـٰلُنَا وَلَكُمۡ أَعۡمَـٰلُڪُمۡ‌ۖ لَا حُجَّةَ بَيۡنَنَا وَبَيۡنَكُمُ‌ۖ ٱللَّهُ يَجۡمَعُ بَيۡنَنَا‌ۖ وَإِلَيۡهِ ٱلۡمَصِيرُ – Allah is our Lord and your Lord. For us our deeds and for you your deeds. There is no dispute between us and you. Allah will assemble us (all), and to Him is the final return].

[لَا حُجَّةَ بَيۡنَنَا وَبَيۡنَكُمُ‌ۖ – There is no dispute between us and you] – Meaning, there is no dispute between us and you [i.e. after the realities have been manifested, and after the clear distinction between truth and falsehood, and after the clear distinction between guidance and misguidance, there is no room for debate, because the goal behind debate is to distinguish between right and wrong, so that the one to be guided is guided and the proofs established against the misguided one. [ٱللَّهُ يَجۡمَعُ بَيۡنَنَا‌ۖ وَإِلَيۡهِ ٱلۡمَصِيرُ – Allah will assemble us (all), and to Him is the final return] [An Excerpt from Tafseer as-Sadi. slightly paraphrased]

Therefore, there is no need for dispute between us, Khumeini, Rushdi and his allies amongst the militant secularists and atheists; rather the only affair left is to briefly clarify with justice regarding who the different personalities are.

Observation 2: Who is Rushdi? He studied in the private institutions of the secularists and affiliated with them, therefore what his corrupt mind and heart manifested on his pen is no surprise at all. Imaam As-Sadi [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said that Shaikhul Islaam Ibn Taymiyyah [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said, “Whoever accepts the statements of the atheists is one of two men: either he is ignorant of their reality or he is a wrong doer who desires haughtiness and corruption in the earth, or he is one who combines both traits. This was the trait of the followers of Fir’awn about whom Allaah said: [فاستخف قومه فأطاعوه إنهم كانوا قوما فاسقين – Thus he [Fir’aun (Pharaoh)] befooled and misled his people, and they obeyed him. Verily, they were ever a people who were Fasiqun (rebellious, disobedient to Allah)]”. [Surah Az-Zukhruf. Aayah 54] [Al-Adillatul Qawaatiq. page 17]

Firstly, Khumeini – a Kaafir Raafidi Shiite, worshipper of the dead, stones, etc – issued a verdict against another kaafir (Rushdi)! Both personalities are upon divergent paths of misguidance and major disbelief- one upon the creed of  the Quraish pagans (worshipping stones etc) and the other upon the creed of the atheists. Allaah said:

[وَعَلَى اللَّهِ قَصْدُ السَّبِيلِ وَمِنْهَا جَائِرٌ – And upon Allah is the responsibility to explain the Straight Path but there are ways that turn aside] [Surah An-Nahl. Aayah 9]

[وَعَلَى اللَّهِ قَصْدُ السَّبِيلِ- And upon Allah is the responsibility to explain the Straight Path]: Az-Zujaaj [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said: It is Allaah who will clarify the straight path and call to it with Hujaj [i.e. clear and overwhelming proofs that defeats all the obstinate and stubborn ones] and Burhaan [i.e. proofs that clarify and distinguish between truth and falsehood in everything]. [وَمِنْهَا جَائِر -but there are ways that turn aside]: Ibn Abbaas [may Allaah be pleased with him and his fathetr] said, “They are the different types of (evil) desires”. Ibnul Mubaarak [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said, “They are the (evil) desires and the innovations in religion”. [ Zaadul Maseer’ by Imaam Ibnul Jawzi]

Secondly, despite the fact that Rushdi is a kaafir, we do not violate our covenants whilst living in either Muslim or non-Muslim lands. Neither are we allowed to murder or steal, nor take the law into our hands in Europe or anywhere else; rather we have covenants with the non-Muslims. In the well known advice given by Imaam Muhammad Ibn Saaleh Al-Uthaymeen [may Allaah have mercy upon him] to the Muslims of the West, he stated, “The land which you are living is such that there is an agreement between you and them. If this were not the case they would have killed you or expelled you. So preserve this agreement, and do not prove treacherous to it, since treachery is a sign of the hypocrites, and it is not from the way of the believers”. He also said, “Do not be fooled by those sayings of the foolish people – those who say, “Those people are Non-Muslims, so their wealth is lawful for us [i.e. to misappropriate or take by way of murder and killing]. For by Allaah – this is a lie. A lie about Allaah’s Religion, and a lie in Islamic societies”. [End of quote]

Despite Mr Rushdi’s open transgression against Allaah and His Messenger, both him and us are living under the authority of a Western government, and have covenants to fulfil and not to take the law into our own hands. This is a basic principle in every country. Even in the Muslim countries where the punishment for blasphemy exists, the only people allowed to carry out the punishment are the state authorities. So, how can any sane person follow the so called fatwa of a kaafir Shiite grave/stone worshipper that we kill or harm a non-Muslim in a non-Muslim country because he is guilty of a crime?! This is shiite vigilantism and no sane Muslim would agree to such guidance.

Thirdly, so we fulfil our covenant- neither harm Mr Rushdi nor his allies amongst the spiteful secularists and atheists, as Imaam Muhammad Ibn Saaleh al-Uthaymeen stated regarding covenants in non-Muslim lands. As for the noble Messenger, neither Rushdi nor his allies amongst the unbelievers – past and present – can nullify his unmatched legacy and honour, rather the Creator who sent him as a mercy to the entire creation will defend him. Allaah [The Most High] said:

إِنَّآ أَعۡطَيۡنَـٰكَ ٱلۡكَوۡثَرَ
فَصَلِّ لِرَبِّكَ وَٱنۡحَرۡ
إِنَّ شَانِئَكَ هُوَ ٱلۡأَبۡتَرُ

Verily, We have granted you (O Muhammad) Al-Kauthar (a river in Paradise); therefore turn in prayer to your Lord and sacrifice (to Him only). For he who makes you angry (O Muhammad) will be cut off (from every good thing in this world and in the Hereafter). [Surah Al-Kawthar]

[إِنَّ شَانِئَكَ هُوَ ٱلۡأَبۡتَرُ – he who makes you angry (O Muhammad) will be cut off (from every good thing in this world and in the Hereafter)] – Meaning, he who hates, reviles and belittles you will be cut off from every good- cut off from deeds that would have helped him in the Hereafter and cut off from being remembered [with good]. As for Muhammad [peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him], he is the perfect human being in truth, who attained the highest level of human perfection, his name exalted and he has numerous helpers and followers. [An Excerpt from Tafseer As-Sadi]

Just as Khumeini’s grave and stone worship will not extinguish the light of Islam, likewise Mr Rushdi’s disbelief, illusions and sorcery cannot extinguish the light of Islaam. Allaah [The Exalted] said: [يُرِيدُونَ أَنْ يُطْفِئُوا نُورَ اللَّهِ بِأَفْوَاهِهِمْ – They want to extinguish Allaah’s Light with their mouths [i.e. the Qur’an, the pure Islamic monotheism and the guidance Allaah sent Muhammad with] but Allah will not allow except that His Light should be perfected even though the disbelievers hate (it). [Surah At-Tawbah: Verse 32]

Imaam Ibn Katheer [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said: They want to extinguish that which Allaah sent His Messenger with of guidance and the religion of truth merely by way of their arguments and fabrications; so their example in this is that of one who wants to extinguish the light of the sun or the moon by blowing at (them) and this can never be achieved. [Tafseer Ibn Katheer]

Allaah [The Exalted] said:

وَكَذَٲلِكَ جَعَلۡنَا لِكُلِّ نَبِىٍّ عَدُوًّ۬ا شَيَـٰطِينَ ٱلۡإِنسِ وَٱلۡجِنِّ يُوحِى بَعۡضُهُمۡ إِلَىٰ بَعۡضٍ۬ زُخۡرُفَ ٱلۡقَوۡلِ غُرُورً۬ا‌ۚ وَلَوۡ شَآءَ رَبُّكَ مَا فَعَلُوهُ‌ۖ فَذَرۡهُمۡ وَمَا يَفۡتَرُونَ

And so We have appointed for every Prophet enemies – Shayaateen (devils) among mankind and jinns, inspiring one another with adorned speech as a delusion (or by way of deception). If your Lord had so willed, they would not have done it, so leave them alone with their fabrications. [Surah Al-An’aam. Aayah 112]

Allaah [Glorified be He] stated that they aid one another in opposing the command of the Prophets with what some of them inspire others of adorned speech, so that the gullible and feeble minded people are misled by it. He [The Most High] stated the reason behind a perpetrator’s [adorned speech] and the reason why it is accepted by the people; then He [The Most High] mentioned [in ayah 113 Al-An’aam] the effects it has on those ignorant souls. When those souls incline towards such adorned speech and become pleased with it, they carry out what it calls them to do -in speech and action. Therefore, ponder upon these verses and the sublime meanings they convey, for they clarify the roots of false principles and alert a person against them. And if you ponder upon the statements of the people of falsehood, you will indeed find them clothed with expressions and presented in a good light with sophisticated terms, which are quickly accepted by those deprived of sound discernment-to the extent that the wicked sinners would give [good] names to the greatest types of wicked deeds. The militant secularists, Rushdi and others are upon the path of king Louis IX, who in the year 1250 was captured whilst on a crusade against the Muslims of Egypt. He was imprisoned and later released after paying a large ransom. However, whilst in prison he utilised his time to think about ways in which to plot against Islaam and the Muslims, so shaytaan inspired him with the following plots: Firstly: The war in the battlefield between the Christians of the west and the Muslims should be replaced with a war based on ideas and cultural supremacy. Secondly: Prepare the West to corrupt the creed of the Muslims and distort the image of Islaam in the world. [خطة لويس التاسع – page 6]

Allaah [The Exalted] said:

قَدۡ مَڪَرَ ٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبۡلِهِمۡ فَأَتَى ٱللَّهُ بُنۡيَـٰنَهُم مِّنَ ٱلۡقَوَاعِدِ فَخَرَّ عَلَيۡہِمُ ٱلسَّقۡفُ مِن فَوۡقِهِمۡ وَأَتَٮٰهُمُ ٱلۡعَذَابُ مِنۡ حَيۡثُ لَا يَشۡعُرُونَ
ثُمَّ يَوۡمَ ٱلۡقِيَـٰمَةِ يُخۡزِيهِمۡ وَيَقُولُ أَيۡنَ شُرَڪَآءِىَ ٱلَّذِينَ كُنتُمۡ تُشَـٰٓقُّونَ فِيہِمۡ‌ۚ قَالَ ٱلَّذِينَ أُوتُواْ ٱلۡعِلۡمَ إِنَّ ٱلۡخِزۡىَ ٱلۡيَوۡمَ وَٱلسُّوٓءَ عَلَى ٱلۡڪَـٰفِرِينَ

Those before them indeed plotted, but Allah struck at the foundation of their building, and then the roof fell down upon them, from above them, and the torment overtook them from directions they did not perceive. Then, on the Day of Resurrection, He will disgrace them and will say: “Where are My (so called) ‘partners’ concerning whom you used to disagree and dispute (with the believers, by defying and disobeying Allah)?” Those who have been given the knowledge (about the Torment of Allah for the disbelievers) will say: “Verily! Disgrace this Day and misery are upon the disbelievers. [Surah An-Nahl. Aayah 26-27]

[قَدۡ مَڪَرَ ٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبۡلِهِمۡ – Those before them indeed plotted]: Meaning plotted against their Messengers, employed various types of tricks in order to reject that which the messengers brought and established gigantic safeguards [by way of arguments, views etc] on their plots. [فَأَتَى ٱللَّهُ بُنۡيَـٰنَهُم مِّنَ ٱلۡقَوَاعِدِ – but Allah struck at the foundation of their building]– Meaning, an affair came to them from its basis and foundation [فَخَرَّ عَلَيۡہِمُ ٱلسَّقۡفُ مِن فَوۡقِهِمۡ – and then the roof fell down upon them, from above them] -Meaning, so what they built became a punishment for them. [وَأَتَٮٰهُمُ ٱلۡعَذَابُ مِنۡ حَيۡثُ لَا يَشۡعُرُونَ – and the torment overtook them from directions they did not perceive]: Meaning, that is because they thought that such a building will benefit and protect them from punishment, but their punishment occurred from that which they built and established.

This is one the best of parables regarding how Allaah nullifies the plots of his enemies, for indeed they pondered and reflected on that which the Messengers brought when they belied them, made up principles and rules for it based on falsehood, referred back to them to reject that which the Messengers came with, employed tricks to bring discomfort to the Messengers and inflict harm on them and those who followed them, but their plot became a source of evil against them, so their plan became their destruction, because their plot was evil as Allaah said: [ وَلَا يَحِيقُ الْمَكْرُ السَّيِّئُ إِلَّا بِأَهْلِهِ – But the evil plot encompasses only him who makes it]. [Soorah Faatir: Ayah: 43]

This is in this worldly life and the punishment in the afterlife would be more disgraceful, and due to this Allaah said: [ثُمَّ يَوۡمَ ٱلۡقِيَـٰمَةِ يُخۡزِيهِمۡ – Then, on the Day of Resurrection, He will disgrace them].[An Excerpt from Tafseer as-Sadi. Slightly paraphrased]

Indeed, despite the intellectual war against Islam, the enemies of Islaam cannot extinguish its compelling proofs, rather the Qur’aan and authentic Sunnah are still preserved and will be preserved until the end of this worldly life. Despite the continuous propaganda and billions spent on an intellectual war, it has not prevented people from accepting Islaam, because Allaah guides whoever He wills. We ask Allaah to protect us from the plots of the spiteful militant secularists – those who manifest their enmity and those plot in secret:

رَبَّنَا لَا تَجۡعَلۡنَا فِتۡنَةً۬ لِّلۡقَوۡمِ ٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَ
وَنَجِّنَا بِرَحۡمَتِكَ مِنَ ٱلۡقَوۡمِ ٱلۡكَـٰفِرِينَ

Our Lord! Make us not a trial for the folk who are Zalimun (wrongdoers). And save us by Your Mercy from the disbelieving folk. [Surah Yunus. Aayah 84-86]

Finally, we declare our innocence from the callers to Kufr and Shirk as Allaah commanded His Messenger:

قُلۡ يَـٰٓأَيُّہَا ٱلۡڪَـٰفِرُونَ
لَآ أَعۡبُدُ مَا تَعۡبُدُونَ
وَلَآ أَنتُمۡ عَـٰبِدُونَ مَآ أَعۡبُدُ
وَلَآ أَنَا۟ عَابِدٌ۬ مَّا عَبَدتُّمۡ
وَلَآ أَنتُمۡ عَـٰبِدُونَ مَآ أَعۡبُدُ
لَكُمۡ دِينُكُمۡ وَلِىَ دِينِ

Say (O Muḥammad): “O disbelievers (of all categories). I do not worship that which you worship (of false deities and fabricated conceptions of Allāh). Nor are you worshippers (at present) of what I worship—(Allāh, the only deity worthy of worship in truth). Nor will I (ever) be a worshipper (in the future) of what you have worshipped (of false deities and fabricated conceptions of Allāh). Nor are you worshippers (at present) of what I worship—(Allāh, the only deity worthy of worship in truth).
