In The Name of Allah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy.

Allah [The Exalted] said:

يَـٰٓأَيُّہَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ كُونُواْ قَوَّٲمِينَ بِٱلۡقِسۡطِ شُہَدَآءَ لِلَّهِ وَلَوۡ عَلَىٰٓ أَنفُسِكُمۡ أَوِ ٱلۡوَٲلِدَيۡنِ وَٱلۡأَقۡرَبِينَ‌ۚ إِن يَكُنۡ غَنِيًّا أَوۡ فَقِيرً۬ا فَٱللَّهُ أَوۡلَىٰ بِہِمَا‌ۖ فَلَا تَتَّبِعُواْ ٱلۡهَوَىٰٓ أَن تَعۡدِلُواْ‌ۚ وَإِن تَلۡوُ ۥۤاْ أَوۡ تُعۡرِضُواْ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ بِمَا تَعۡمَلُونَ خَبِيرً۬ا

O you who believe! Stand out firmly for justice, as witnesses to Allah; even though it be against yourselves, or your parents, or your kin, be he rich or poor, Allah is a Better Protector to both (than you). So follow not the lusts (of your hearts), lest you may avoid justice, and if you distort your witness or refuse to give it, verily, Allah is Ever Well-Acquainted with what you do. [Surah An-Nisaa. Ayah 135]

When we declined the offer to get vaccinated, refrained from wearing masks and rejected social distancing, except where it was mandated by the government, some of our relatives and friends disagreed  openly with our stance without fear; rather, some of our parents, relatives, and friends even considered our stance as a demonstration of stubbornness and used harsh language against us. However, we treated them with respect, whilst transmitting the rebuttals from some Muslim and non-Muslim scientists against their views without belittling or forcing our views on them. Indeed, even after many governments and scientists have now changed their views due to vaccine injuries, we are still upon the advice given by Shaikh Abu Khadeejah [may Allah preserve him]:

An Advice Regarding Differing Over COVID-19 ― And Understanding The Ijitihād Of Scholars In Worldly Affairs

Likewise, may Allah bless Shaikh Abu Iyaad for his patience, increase him in beneficial knowledge, righteous deeds and pure provision, and may Allah unite the hearts upon everything that is beloved to Him Aameen.
