In The Name of Allah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy.

[1] Tyranny During Conflicts

Allah [The Exalted] stated that Prophet Hud [peace be upon him] said to his people: [وَإِذَا بَطَشۡتُم بَطَشۡتُمۡ جَبَّارِينَ – And when you seize, seize you as tyrants]– Meaning, when you want to attack with a whip or sword, you attack like tyrants, completely overpowering and being savagely violent – neither compassionate nor aim to discipline (within justice as commanded by Allah), nor contemplating on the consequences. (1) Allah gave them great strength and it was obligated on them to use this strength in obedience to Allah, but they became boastful and haughty, and they said: [مَنۡ أَشَدُّ مِنَّا قُوَّةً‌ۖ – Who is mightier than us in strength? (Surah Fussilat. Verse 15]; and they utilized their strength in disobedience to Allah, fruitlessly and foolishly, so their Prophet forbade them from that. (2) Their Prophet forbade them from that because it was done out of oppression. (3)

[2] Oppression and Transgression In The Name of Retaliation

Ash-Shaybaan [may Allah have mercy upon him] reported from Qataadah [may Allah have mercy upon him] who said: Among the people of the pre-Islamic era were those who transgressed and followed Satan. If a person had strength and a great number of supporters, and a slave of theirs is murdered by a slave of another people, then out of wanting to show their superior strength, they would say, “We shall not kill except a free person amongst them”. And if a woman kills another woman from another tribe, they said, “We shall not kill (by way of revenge) except a man amongst them”. (4)

Imaam Ibnul Qayyim [may Allah have mercy upon him] said, “When a man killed another man from another family or tribe, the family or tribe of the victim killed everyone they could find from the family, tribe, and city district of the murderer, and in this, there was overwhelming corruption and destruction”. (5)

So far, 3000 Palestinians- including many children- have been murdered, mainly non-combatants, in the Zionists’ 11th day pursuit of retaliation since Ahlul Bidah (Hamas) attacked some towns on October 7, killing more than 1,300- including children, mainly non-combatants. Even though the Zionists are the greater aggressors and oppressors, as well as the shameless usurpers of land, both they and Hamas are transgressors. Must read:

[3] Stealing Property In The Name of Religion and Racial Superiority

Allah [The Most High] said:

وَمِنۡ أَهۡلِ ٱلۡكِتَـٰبِ مَنۡ إِن تَأۡمَنۡهُ بِقِنطَارٍ۬ يُؤَدِّهِۦۤ إِلَيۡكَ وَمِنۡهُم مَّنۡ إِن تَأۡمَنۡهُ بِدِينَارٍ۬ لَّا يُؤَدِّهِۦۤ إِلَيۡكَ إِلَّا مَا دُمۡتَ عَلَيۡهِ قَآٮِٕمً۬ا‌ۗ ذَٲلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمۡ قَالُواْ لَيۡسَ عَلَيۡنَا فِى ٱلۡأُمِّيِّـۧنَ سَبِيلٌ۬ وَيَقُولُونَ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ ٱلۡكَذِبَ وَهُمۡ يَعۡلَمُونَ

Among the people of the Scripture is he who, if entrusted with a Cantar [a great amount of wealth, etc.], will readily pay it back; and among them there is he who, if entrusted with a single silver coin, will not repay it unless you constantly stand demanding, because they say: ‘’There is no blame on us to betray and take the properties of the illiterates (Arabs).” But they tell a lie against Allah while they know it. [3:75]

Imaam As-Sadi [may Allah have mercy upon him] said: They made corrupt claims and held repulsive views, and thus considered themselves to be possessors of great status and that the illiterate Arabs were extremely degraded; therefore, the rights of the illiterate Arabs could be violated. So, through these corrupt claims and repulsive views, they ate haraam and considered it lawful by way of creed. Likewise, they lied against Allah because the scholar who declares things lawful or unlawful is considered- by the people- as one transmitting Allah’s Judgement and not from himself; and that [ruling of theirs about the wealth of the illiterate Arabs] is a lie. Allah said:

[وَيَقُولُونَ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ ٱلۡكَذِبَ وَهُمۡ يَعۡلَمُون – But they tell a lie against Allah while they know it]. This is one of the greatest sins, speaking about Allaah without knowledge. [6]

The Zionists and Far-right Yahood continue to steal land in the name of their promised land of Israel.

Finally, even though the elder students of knowledge continue to condemn the oppression of the Zionists and the Yahood far-right, and their lies in the East and the West, however, neither are we upon the path of Hamas, ISIS, and their ilk, nor that of the far-right Yahood, the Zionists, and their allies among the evangelists. Likewise, we do not attack the Muslim rulers when they consider it beneficial to pursue peace with the Yahood.
