[4] Evaluating the Zionists’ Claimed Right of Ownership of the Sacred Land

In The Name of Allah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy.

The usage of the word “Israel” in relation to the state differs from their usage of it when talking about the Sacred Land, which they work to achieve. They make it obligatory for every Yahoodi to live in the “Chosen Land” because whoever lives in it will have their sins expiated and receive a reward. This is why they said in the Talmud, “It is obligatory for every Yahoodi to live in the Land of Israel, and this obligation is above every other obligation. The Land of Israel is pure and the pious among the Children of Israel must be buried there, and if that is not possible, some of the soil from it should be placed with the shroud”. “He who walks four cubits on the Land of Israel will have no doubt that he is one of the children of the afterlife”. And it was written in some of their books, “The people residing therein will be removed from sin”.

The Discreet Strategy: Theodor Herzl, the founder of Yahood Zionism, defines the desired Land of Israel, saying, “The distance from the Nile River to the Euphrates, and we (Zionists) want a period during which the situation changes from one state to another under our own institutions, and a Yahoodi ruler during this period. After that, a relationship will be established similar to the one that exists now between Egypt and the Sultan, and once the Yahood (Zionist) population in a region becomes two-thirds of its total population, a Yahood (Zionist) administration becomes effective at the political level”. [1] [End of quote]

First, neither do they have a specific right of ownership to any land nor can they be successful in any affair except by the Will of Allah. Read: https://salaficentre.com/2023/10/21/1-evaluating-the-zionists-claimed-right-of-return-to-the-sacred-land/

Second, this ambition of Theodor Herzl reminds us of a statement of Imaam Abdul Azeez Bin Baaz [may Allah have mercy upon him] as follows, “As for the Zionist ideological (or intellectual war), it is like (the Crusader ideological war), and they spare no effort to corrupt the Muslims in their morals and beliefs. They have ambitions in Muslim countries and elsewhere. They have plans, some of which have been fulfilled, and they are still working hard to achieve the rest. Even if they fight Muslims with force and weapons, and seize some of their lands, they also fight them with their thoughts and beliefs. This is why they spread – within the ranks of the Muslims – false principles, (innovated) religious paths, and sects, such as freemasonry, Qaadiyaaniyyah, Bahaa’iyyah, Tijaaniyyah and other than them, and they seek the help of Christians and others to achieve their goals and objectives”. [2]

Allah [The Exalted] says:

Imaam As-Sadi [may Allah have mercy upon him] said:

This is one the best of parables regarding how Allah nullifies the plots of his enemies, for indeed they pondered and reflected on that which the Messengers brought when they belied them, made up principles and rules for it based on falsehood, referred back to them to reject that which the Messengers came with, employed tricks to bring discomfort to the Messengers and inflict harm on them and those who followed them, but their plot became a source of evil against them, so their plan became their destruction, because their plot was evil as Allah said: [َلَا يَحِيقُ الْمَكْرُ السَّيِّئُ إِلَّا بِأَهْلِهِ – But the evil plot encompasses only him who makes it]. This is in this worldly life and the punishment in the afterlife would be more disgraceful, and due to this Allah said: [ثُمَّ يَوۡمَ ٱلۡقِيَـٰمَةِ يُخۡزِيهِمۡ – Then, on the Day of Resurrection, He will disgrace them]. [3]

It used to be said that whoever perpetrates these three acts will be haunted by them:

Rebellion against Allah’s commandments:

Allah [The Most High] said:

[ يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ إِنَّمَا بَغْيُكُمْ عَلَىٰ أَنْفُسِكُمْ – O mankind! Your rebellion (disobedience to Allah) is only against your ownselves]. [Surah Yunus. Ayah: 23]

Evil plotting:

Allah [The Most High] said: [ وَلَا يَحِيقُ الْمَكْرُ السَّيِّئُ إِلَّا بِأَهْلِهِ – But the evil plot encompasses only him who makes it]. [Surah Faatir: Ayah: 43]

Breaking pledges:

Allah [The Most High] said: [فَمَنْ نَكَثَ فَإِنَّمَا يَنْكُثُ عَلَىٰ نَفْسِهِ – Then whosoever breaks his pledge only breaks it to his own harm]. [Surah Al-Fath: Ayah: 10] [4]

Responsibility of The Scholars and Senior Students of Knowledge

Al-Allaamah Rabee Bin Haadee Al-Madkhalee [may Allah preserve him] stated: So it is not permissible for the Ulamaa to remain heedless of their plans (i.e. the enemies of Islam), their actions, their publications, their missionary activities and their various calls (to the Muslims). And also the various poisons they are infusing – which are in opposition to the Qur’an and the Messenger (sallallaahu alayhi wasallam) and his Sunnah. And nor of what plans they have for (the destruction of) the beliefs and methodologies of Islam. It is not permissible either, to remain heedless of their concentrated efforts to Christianize or secularize the Muslim youth. And along with that, the Muslim youth and the students are not able to oppose this plan and strategy. Rather it is necessary that the distinguished Ulamaa – those who are experienced and shrewd – it is for such people, in all the places to undertake this duty. So it is obligatory for some of the intelligent and ingenious people from the field of Aqeedah to be mobilised to oppose these plans. And likewise, it is a must that the intelligent and distinguished from amongst the specialists in the Sunnah – are mobilised for the refutation of these and similarly the eminent and distinguished from amongst those in the fields of Orientalism for the refutation of the plans of the Orientalists.” (Ahl ul-Hadeeth, p.102)

The Shaikh also stated: “I myself believe that it is a benefit – rather it is of necessity – that we know what the enemies are planning for us, and that it is necessary for us to prepare (ourselves in strength) to destroy their plans. However, I do not exaggerate in this matter, rather my view is the view of our Ulamaa and they have all agreed upon this – that amongst the obligatory matters, there are some that are Fard Ain and others that are Fard Kifaayah – and even if knowing the state of the enemies is harmful – it is still necessary for us to know it – but it is treated as Fard Kifaayah. When some attend to it, then the harm is removed from the rest” up until he said: “So I consider that there is no criticism for the Ulamaa and the students of knowledge who take great concern for preserving the Sharee’ah of Allaah – in terms of the Book, the Sunnah, and its understanding – for this is one of the duties of the Kifaayah actions. And I believe that these people are more superior, noble, truthful and of more benefit to Islaam than those who are weak in their knowledge of the religion of Allaah or those who have no share in acquainting themselves with it.” [An excerpt from an article at http://www.salafipublications.com titled: The Salafis and Looking into the Affairs of the Ummah]

Finally, this does not mean that the Muslim rulers are prohibited from establishing peace treaties with the Zionists when they see the need to do so. Read:

Also, despite the disbelief of the Zionists, we are commanded to live peacefully with non-Muslims wherever they live. Read:

Living With Non-Muslims In The West: With Fine Conduct

As for the murderous, callous, inhumane, and oppressive Far-right Yahood and the Zionists in Palestine, we return their affair to the upright Salafi Scholars, such as the likes of Imaam Abdul Azeez Bin Baaz, Imaam Al-Albaani, Imaam Muhammad Ibn Saalih Al-Uthaymeen, Al-Allaamah Saalih Al-Fawzaan, Al-Allaamah Rabee Bin Haadi Al-Mad’khali, Al-Allaamah Abdul Muhsin Al-Abbaad, and Al-Allaamah Abdul Azeez Aala Ash-Shaikh]. May Allah grant our Palestinian brothers and sisters patience and endurance during these painful events Aameen. However, we do not condone or endorse Hamas’s methodology in seeking to repel the aggression of the murderous Zionists and Far-right Yahood. Principles of Justice and Mercy in War: The Advice of Abū Bakr to Usāmah Bin Zayd [Compared with Bloodthirsty Revenge]: In the ḥadīth of ʿAbd Allāh bin ʿUmar (رضي الله عنه) there occurs that a woman was found killed in the one of the battles of the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) and he censured the killing of women and children and prohibited that.
