Soorah Zumar Ayah 10

Say (O Muhammad SAW): “O My slaves who believe (in the Oneness of Allah Islamic Monotheism), be afraid of your Lord (Allah) and keep your duty to Him. Good is (the reward) for those who do good in this world, and Allah’s earth is spacious (so if you cannot worship Allah at a place, then go to another)! Only those who are patient shall receive their rewards in full, without reckoning.” [39:10] (En: Khan)

Tafseer Muyassar:

Say (O Prophet) to my servants who believe in Allaah and his Messenger : fear your lord by obeying him and by refraining from disobeying him. For those who do good in this world by worshipping their Lord and by obeying him there is good in the hereafter, that is paradise. And for them is the good in this world from good health and sustenance and aid and other than that. And the earth of Allaah is spacious so migrate to where you can worship your Lord and are able to establish your religion. It is only the patient who will receive their unlimited, enumerable and immeasurable reward in the hereafter. And this is aggrandising the recompense for those who are patient and their reward.

Muhammad Al-Maliki Listens to Blatant Lies of The Staunch Defenders of Mubtadia

All praise be to Allaah and the salaah and salaam be upon our Prophet Muhammad (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam), his family and companions. To proceed:

The defenders of Maribi, Halabi and Maghraawi At Masjid As-Sunnah Present Their False Accusations To Their Noble Shaikh Muhammad Al-Maliki

They said: O noble Shaikh! There is a person who regularly posts on websites; his articles contain spreading of discord, warning and qeel wal qaal, backbiting and slandering of salafi brothers and sisters. Many of his statements are his opinions that contain excessiveness and ignorance. On these websites he accuses Masaajid of Ahlus Sunnah of being Masaajid of hizbiyyah and innovation. And anyone who affiliates with these Masaajid is also an innovator and hizbi. He would use general statements of the scholars and specify Masjids of Ahlus Sunnah of innovation and misguidance, particularly Masjid As-Sunnah, Makki Masjid, and Masjid Al-Furqaan. He also goes to the extent of accusing the scholars who attended these Masjids of being ignorant of the affairs of the Manhaj and are supporters of hizbiyyah and misguidance, mainly Shaikh Waseeyullaah Abbaas, Shaikh Abdul Azeez Sadhaan and others, who have held talks at these Masjids. What is your view of him O Noble Shaikh, or what is your advice regarding this individual, bearing in mind that he is not known to have studied from the Ulama neither is he a Taalibul Ilm, but constantly feels that his opinions and his duty is to declare the salafis and ahlus Sunnah to be innovators and hizbi.”

Firstly: We ask Muhammad Al-Maliki: Did you solely depend on the false accusations presented to you in the above question, or did you realize that you were deceived after returning to Saudi; however you refused to return to reality?! Indeed, whether you accept your faults or continue upon denial and persist in your false defense of the followers of Maribi, Halabi and Maghraawi at Masjid As-Sunnah, the fact remains that you spoke without tangible evidence. There are neither articles on Salafitalk.net and Salaficentre.com to establish the accusations of the Maribi/Maghraawi/Halabi supporters at Masjid As-Sunnah (Cheethamhill-Manchester) nor was a single tangible evidence and website link quoted by yourself in support of that. Therefore is it not the case that you spoke without evidence?! Is this the methodology of the Salafi Scholars and their students or that of the people of oppression and excess?!

Shaikh Raslaan (may Allaah preserve him) said:

”It is incumbent upon (a person) to be acquainted with what he criticizes and what he is not to criticize, and to make a distinction between what he commends and what he is not to commend; and if not, then there will be involvement in disparaging (one) who is not to be disparaged or praising without a right reason. And indeed Al-Haafidh Ibn Hajr (rahimahullaah) summarized this (affair) in his statement:

‘’Recommendation is accepted from the one who is acquainted with its reasons and not from the one who is not acquainted with it; so that he (i.e. a person) may not give a recommendation solely based on what is apparent in the beginning without pursuing (the affair practically) and without examination. Likewise, it is obligatory that disparagement and commendation are not accepted except from a person who is trustworthy and cautious. And disparagement is not accepted from one who exceeds the limits in it, such that he disparages with what does not necessitate rejection of the narration of a Muhaddith, just as (recommendation) is not accepted from the one who solely holds on to the apparent (affair of a person) and then gives a commendation.” [Source:Dawaabit At-Tabdee: page: 61-62]

Secondly: Yaa Muhammad! Compare the false, weak, blameworthy and haphazard manner in which you disparage  and the manner in which the Salafi Maraakiz present their evidences. See the following links:

Therefore, Yaa Muhammad! Where are the website links in which one can find the accusations presented to you by the defenders of the innovators (Maribi, Halabi and Maghraawi) at Masjid-As-Sunnah-Cheethamhill-Manchester)?! They have to produce all such website-links in which are found all those specific accusations found in the above question. (Note: all such website links when clicked should direct the reader to the websites (Salafitalk.net and salaficentre.com showing exactly the validity of your accusations, and not what is cut and pasted).  Indeed, neither the followers of Maribi, Maghraawi and Halabi nor yourself have provided a single link from those websites about which you claim contained your evidences.  Rather the followers of Maribi, Maghraawi and Halabi acted deceitfully in the name of enjoining good and forbidding evil, and in the name of defending and concealing their alliances with those whom our scholars have declared innovators with clear evidences.

Shaikh Saaleh Al-Fawzaan was asked:

”Is lying permissible in calling to Allaah? And is ‘the goal justifies the means’ a maslahah (benefit) from the masaalih (beneficial affairs) of the Sharee’ah?”

Answer:

Lying is not permissible. It is a major sin from the major sins. It (lying) is not permissible except in three affairs which the prophet made an exception: (a) lying during war, because war is deceit; (b) lying in order to bring about peace between the people; (c) lying between married couples in order to bring about rectification in the family with regards to the relationship between (husband and the wife). These three affairs are that of maslahah and in them is a greater good than evil; so (lying) is permissible (in this case).   As for calling to Allaah, it has no need for lies. It is not permissible to utilize lies in calling to Allaah. Calling to Allaah is to (be carried out) by way of truth, the Book, the Sunnah, fine admonition and arguing in a way that is better and not by way of lies.” [Source: Al-ijaabatul Muhimmah Fee Mashaakil Al-Mulimmah, page:271-272]

Therefore, Yaa Muhammad! Is it not incumbent upon the defenders of Maribi, Maghraawi and Halabi at Masjid As-Sunnah to accept that they lied and fabricated?! Is it not incumbent upon you (Muhammad Al-Maliki) to free yourself from their lies and fabrications?! Indeed, returning to the truth is a virtue, but there are obstacles that prevent a person from returning to the truth.  We ask Allaah to remove all the obstacles that prevents a person from returning to correctness.  See link:

Please Remove Imaam Muqbil’s Photograph

Assalaamu alaykum warahmatullaah

Pray you are all well. We have already posted an article asking people on our twitter list to remove all pictures of things with souls. [See link: [http://salaficentre.com/2012/04/the-most-severely-punished-people-on-the-day-of-resurrection-would-be-the-image-makers-bukhaari-muslim/]

It has come to our attention that someone has posted the photograph of Imaam Muqbil (rahimahullaah) on twitter. The Imaam’s (rahimahullaah) stance towards photography was well known, he did not allow it; so to circulate his passport photo without his permission is a serious violation. Likewise, how would we feel if someone violated a valid stance of a dead relative of ours? Please remove that photo of the Imaam and ask others not to circulate it. May Allaah reward you.

Our Salaf: Advise About Speech–Ibraaheem An-Nakha’ee and Muhammad Bin Ajlaan

Ibraaheem An-Nakha’ee [rahimahullaah] said:

”The people are destroyed by excess wealth and speech” [Jaami-ul Uloom Wal-Hikam: page:144]

Muhammad Bin Ajlaan [rahimahullaah] said:

”Indeed, speech is four [types]: [a] you remember Allaah; [b]Recite the Qur’aan; [c] You are asked about an affair of knowledge, so you give information about it; [d] or you speak about an affair of the worldly life that concerns you.” [Jaami-ul Uloom Wal-Hikam: page:144]

What Has The Human-Being Been Honoured With- Shaikh Saaleh Al-Fawzaan (may Allaah preserve him)

Question:

May Allaah be gracious towards you O Noble Shaikh, the questioner says: I read in some treatises that indeed Allaah honoured the human being without giving consideration to his colour, race or religion?

Answer:

The human being has been honoured with what!? With piety; the human being has been honoured with piety, without consideration been given to his descent, colour, race, or whether he is wealthy or poor. It is incumbent that you say (honoured) with piety. ”The Most hourable of you in the sight of Allaah is the one who fears Allaah the most” [Soorah Al-Hujuraat: Ayah: 13] Yes.

And Allaah (The Most High) said: ”Verily, We created man of the best stature (mould), Then We reduced him to the lowest of the low, Save those who believe (in Islamic Monotheism) and do righteous deeds…” [Soorah At-Teen: Ayah: 4-6] (Honour) is restricted with this (i.e. Taqwah).

And Allaah knows best
