Some speakers at Greenlane Involved themselves in the Scandalous cover up of the mistakes of Yusuf Estes

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy

Ustaadh Moosaa Richardson (may Allaah preserve him) wrote:

Some of our honest and unsuspecting brothers and sisters in Islam who have been affected or even outright victimized by the deviance of Yusuf Estes and his acrobatic co-stars at Huda TV may have a number of concerns regarding Yusuf Estes himself, his errors, the information in this article, or its author.

1. Too harsh, not done with wisdom.

While it is possible for any reader to have his/her own conclusion(s) about the tone of the clarification, whatever conclusion that is reached must not stop the reader from recognizing the truth and following it.

What is strange is that the claim is coming from one of Yusuf’s Huda TV co-stars, Abu Usamah ath-Thahabi, someone known for exaggerations and sensationalism in his speech, with an unhidden (almost) 20 year record of imbalanced flip-flopping and disgraceful behavior in communities in the West.

This is a man who I used to respect and look up to in my early years of study. About 10 years ago, he came to Makkah to translate for an umrah group, and we worked together to translate. I had just finished the first year of my BA studies at Umm al-Qura. Despite all the warnings coming out against Abu Usamah at that time, I still respected him and considered him oppressed. I honestly thought there was a group of “super Salafees” trying to take him out, and that he was a senior student and daa’ee who I should seek advice from.

During that two week period of lectures we translated together, he guided me to a book and placed it in my hands, a book about abandoned Sunnahs by “Mahmood al-Haddaad”. Yes, THE HADDAAD to whom the sect is ascribed, the haddaadees, for their excessive attacks of the scholars, making tabdee’ on them, etc.

And wal-hamdulillaah, in 15 years of seeking knowledge in Saudi Arabia, NO ONE I have EVER sat with or communicated with in ANY way has EVER recommended that I ever read a book by Mahmood al-Haddaad, let alone PUT THE BOOK IN MY HAND and encourage me to read it, OTHER THAN ABU USAAMAH ATH-THAHABEE.

While we should have been busy pre-reading and reviewing for our lessons every day, studying from great scholars and top students of knowledge, we were busy reading al-Haddaad’s book of misguidance behind the scenes and planning how we were going to confront the mashaayikh about the issues raised in that book.

One stupid issue that my “shaykh” Abu Usamah focused on was the “abandoned Sunnah of leaving your shirt buttons open” and Mahmood Haddaad was refuting the scholars and attacking them because they would not agree with him on that issue being a Sunnah. We took the issue to one of our shaykhs who said that undoing the buttons was a custom not a Sunnah. We looked at each other like we knew the reality. Wallaahi, I thank Allaah that He saved me from the true Haddaadiyyah that Abu Usamah was trying to mislead me into, and that He opened my eyes to the reality of this man.  Now, he attacks the Salafee du’aat, calling them haddaadees. Interesting…

Now, he defends Yusuf Estes, saying he’s got something to offer, and he’s somehow like Mujaahid ibn Jabr the great early imam of tafseer?

Now, when placed in front of the choice to aid the distinction of the aqeedah of ahlus-Sunnah from the filth of the Jahmiyyah, he takes an opportunity to defend the complete ignoramus spreading Jahmiyyah, tashbeeh, mockery of the hudood, Quranic justification of George Bush invading Afghanistan, etc. and to speak against the “wisdom” in how he was dealt with.

Al-hamdulillaah the One who showed me his deviance ten years ago, and helped me get away from him and all those like him. And there is nothing like safety in Islam.

While I am open to all those who have advised me about being more wise in dealing with the mistakes of Yusuf Estes, and I am thankful to everyone who has emailed me or called me with advice, and I thank Allaah that I am able to open my heart and try to find good in every email I read, I just find it hard to take Abu Usamah seriously in this matter, quite honestly.

2. This clarification is against Islamic manners, since Yusuf Estes has not been advised.
I assure you that Yusuf Estes has been advised much, regarding this and many other issues. He has not shown a desire to correct his ways, but instead, a love for his reputation that prevents him from rectifying his errors. Besides, whether or not Yusuf Estes has been advised before does not prevent you – right now – from recognizing the truth in this clarification and adopting the correct Islamic beliefs if you have been affected by his teachings.

And while those who speak with this claim, that we are not allowed to clarify our religion until we have advised the offending person first, aside from their inability to actually prove this obligation, they are the first of the people to violate it, as who is speaking openly against the clarification of Yusuf Estes’ errors without first advising privately. Hypocritical double-standards.

3. Yusuf Estes is not a scholar, nor has he claimed to be one, and he makes mistakes like everyone else.

No one is perfect in their da’wah work, and people do make mistakes. We are however required to identify and rectify mistakes attributed the perfect Religion of Allah, especially when they are as offensive as the atrocities committed by Yusuf Estes in the passages quoted in this clarification.

Furthermore, any person who speaks on behalf of Islam is required to speak with knowledge. Speaking about Allah without knowledge is a heinous crime, as mentioned in this clarification. When considering the gravity of the mistakes mentioned in this clarification, a logical conclusion can be reached – Yusuf Estes was simply not qualified to speak on behalf of the Religion in the first place.

It should also be known that Jahm ibn Safwan himself, the one to whom the Jahmiyyah Cult is ascribed, was a common man with no Islamic knowledge. It was only after debating with atheists in attempts to call them to Islam that he developed his line of thinking and began to spread it and then became popular. The wicked beliefs of the Jahmiyyah have since plagued the Muslim Ummah for over 1300 years and they have been the reason for some of the worst trials in the history of Islam! All of this came originally from an ignorant man with no Islamic knowledge! So we must not underestimate the level of harm that an ignoramus can create, even while he intends good.

Jahm was not an imam of innovation by way of knowledge, rather he became an imam because of the number of followers. The founder of the Jahmiyyah cult was just a regular man with no Islamic knowledge who began using philosophy to call some non-Muslims to Islam. So he became considered an imam of misguidance because of the number of people he misled. This is VERY comparable to Yusuf Estes for those who look at the issue with fairness and balance.

There is an excellent response to the false propaganda that Yusuf Estes does not claim to be a scholar, as stated by Assim al-Hakeem, a self-contradictory TV star plagued with the same disease as Yusuf Estes, constantly speaking above his level of understanding. One of the most obvious examples of this is recommending people to listen to Ibn Baaz and Ibn Uthaymeen instead of Rabee’ al-Madkhalee. Both Ibn Baaz and Ibn Uthaymeen (like the other well-known scholars of today) praised al-Madkhalee highly and encourage the masses to benefit from him. Furthermore, his personal website contains several misleading, mistaken fatwaas devoid of any evidence. A quick review of his website shows that. He expects that the people refer back to him as a scholar for fatwaas, and while they even ask for evidence, they only get yes and no answers with no evidence.

The specific response to this man’s false propaganda about Yusuf Estes not claiming to be a scholar can be reviewed here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1Dw9qIFgggQ and it shows just how much he knows about the issues he talks about!

While the whole idea that Yusuf Estes doesn’t have any claim to knowledge is just a smoke-screen anyway… The issues remain. The man has taught Jahmiyyah and other beliefs of KUFR (by consensus) for the last ten years, whether he’s excused because of ignorance or not.

4. This article is the result of hunting for mistakes, like some kind of “witch-hunt”.

I said this three weeks ago in the origina PDF: When scholars and students of knowledge identify and warn the Muslims of deviant beliefs that oppose the consensus of Ahlus-Sunnah in basic matters of Islamic belief, they must not be demonized or slandered. Instead, you should pray for their success and think well of them, as they are fulfilling an essential need of the Muslim nation.

And quite simply, whether the article is the result of a “witch-hunt” or not, this must not prevent you from identifying false beliefs of apostasy and shunning them.

(No need to update this point! Assim al-Hakeem actually comes three weeks later to announce that the clarification is the result of a “witch-hunt”!!)

5. The mistakes of Yusuf Estes are small, excusable errors, and people are blowing them out of proportion.

No honest Muslim with knowledge of aqeedah and the errors of Yusuf Estes could possibly say that.

Go back and read the clarification. By Allah, someone who speaks like this has simply not read or tried to understand the clarification. Or they are filthy hizbees trying to help in their ikhwaanee cover-up.

6. This kind of clarification is ghuluw (religious extremism or going overboard).

Religious extremism is clearly found in the excessive attachments that some Muslims have to popular personalities, which interfere with their ability to view issues with balance and identify falsehood and shun it.

This article invites the reader to identify a number of serious false beliefs being attributed to Islam, and to take the appropriate position on them. This is the furthest thing from ghuluw (religious extremism).

7. The critic has mistakes, too.

Agreed. However, it is Christianity where people must be “free of sin before they cast the first stone.” In Islam, we are required to forbid evil when it appears, while no one is perfect.

Furthermore, the mistakes of the author of this clarification (may Allah forgive him) must not prevent you – right now – from following the truth when it comes to you and shunning falsehood once it becomes known to you.

8. Yusuf Estes has done so much good, and we have to be fair.

Agreed. Muslims are required to be fair and just. The author of the clarification has made no attempt to belittle any good work done by Yusuf Estes. No one’s good deeds are being rejected, ridiculed, criticized, undervalued, or looked down upon in the clarification.

Having said that, the reality is that Yusuf Estes is currently in danger of losing the potential rewards for his good deeds due to his words of apostasy. It is this very article, a bitter dose of live-saving medicine, that could save him from the end result of the horrible path he has chosen, by Allah’s Permission. May Allah give him the strength and courage needed to put aside his personal pride, humbly embrace the correct beliefs of Islam, and abandon the vile statements of apostasy that he has fallen into and spread.

Furthermore, warning the Muslims against what could draw them into the Hellfire could never – in any way whatsoever – be considered an act of injustice.

9. Yusuf Estes has repented and retracted those mistakes.

Actually, while we were hoping for this, fully ready to help him and back him up when he retracts, the exact opposite has taken place. In the last three weeks, he has changed some of his beliefs openly, like saying the Quran is actually a book, yet he adds, “as we have always believed.”

So there is no retraction actually being offered. Only deception. He is lying about his legacy of teachings, and everyone who has seen his teachings over the past ten years knows this clearly.

10. The critic has gone overboard in following Yusuf Estes’ every move.

Assim al-Hakeem claims that I have included information about Yusuf Estes’ every move, every five minutes, and that he has gone to the bathroom at such-and-such time. This is a clear lie. Those around him should advise him to be honest and stop lying. And it was the worst kind of lie, one to make the people laugh. In Sunan Abee Daawood there is a hadeeth that means, “Woe to him, woe to him, woe to the one who lies to make the people laugh.”

Not only was it a clear lie to make people laugh, but laugh at what? An issue that is a central point of belief in Islam, one that identifies a Muslim from a kaafir.

The original clarification that – by Allaah’s Permission – has corrected the aqeedah of many Muslims, including Yusuf Estes himself (to some degree, whether he admits it or not), and many of his dedicated followers:

Shaikh Khaalid Ad-Dhufayri Replies To A Doubt of the people of Innovation

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy

A refutation of a doubt spread by the people of (religious) innovations who say: “Take the truth and leave the falsehood from the statements and the books of people of (religious) innovations!”

Sheikh Khâlid Dahwî Ad-Dufayrî refutes this doubt by saying:

“And from the means to be safe from tribulations is to keep away from the people of (religious) innovations, to be cautious of them and to warn against them. This is a salafi foundation stated by the people of knowledge and it has been indicated by the Qurân, the Sunnah and by the statements of the pious predecessors: the Companions, their successors and others.

The people of knowledge agree upon leaving people of (religious) innovations and keeping away from them and this consensus has been reported by many scholars.

They all agree upon keeping away from the people of (religious) innovations and not to read their books nor look into them, except for the one who[1] wants to refute them. As for the general people then they should not read nor listen to anything except from the people of knowledge and they should keep away from the people of desires; they listen to people of Sunnah and keep away from people of (religious) innovations and we do not utter that misguided and innovated rule which is: “Take the truth and leave the falsehood”.

There is no doubt that we have been commanded to take the truth and to leave the falsehood but we have not been commanded to seek the truth from the people of (religious) innovations and people of desires!

We take the truth from the pure sources and we take it from the place where there is neither doubt nor any (religious) innovation!

Update: Al-Allaama Rabee Bin Haadee Replies To Dr Ibraaheem Ruhayli

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy

Al-Allaama Rabee Bin Haadee Al-Madhalee (hafidha-hullaah) has finally written a precise reply to Dr Ibraaheem Ruhayli (may Allaah rectify his affair).  The PDF is in Arabic, but it is not very clear when read on a computer screen; however it is readable when printed out.  It is only 97 pages.  Inshaa-Allaah, we are quite sure that as soon a clearer copy is obtained, the salafi brothers will translate the main points so that the defects and detriments in Dr Ruhaylee’s so called advice to Ahlus Sunnah are made known.  We ask Allaah for safety.

See link for PDF, which is not working at the moment due to too much traffic.  However, keep on trying.  We will also start making available the introduction of the Shaikh by Saturday Inshaa-Allaah.

Catastrophe of Logic: Tears for the Fallen

The blessed month of Ramadan approaches the final 10 days and nights; a time for patience and endeavour in worship, a time for seeking forgiveness from Allah and striving to increase in obedience. It is therefore of such disgrace that a despicable, racist liar continues to humiliate himself and his organisation Masjid Sunnah further by persisting in distributing emails at such a time w’Allahul Musta’an. The term “despicable” is utilised since he – and in reality since this is Masjid Sunnah’s “top secret clandestine identity” in operation who is purposely kept completely undercover, it may well be a “she” Allahu ‘alam [!] – continues to degrade himself, even after being exposed as a mentally incapable outcast, by sending emails.

The term “racist” is utilised due to his disgusting abuse of a brother based upon the fact that Allah decreed him to be born as an African and his skin colour is dark, and originates from a background perceived as less developed than this country. The term “liar” is employed since his own ally Abu Bilal clarified no-one specifically had been intended by the question concerning certain individuals writing on the internet causing discord, yet the racist lied and claimed it was a direct refutation of a specific individual and that he was intended.

What therefore is required further than this damaging revelation? That the very allies of the racist “secret agent” declare him a liar? We would therefore advise – extracted from the advice of Abu Bilal of Masjid Sunnah himself – that this racist’s emails are blocked and redirected to “junk”, since even his own people consider him to have lied in the past in such emails; although of course in line with the catastrophic logic that they are upon, they continue to conceal him and allow his activities to continue….even though apparently they do not endorse him – that remains the official declaration in an attempt to preserve their own honour [!].

Of course it is not expected – although hoped – that this racist “secret agent” of Masjid Sunnah will cease in his activities, that would require a level of shame and humility far greater than within his capabilities; clearly it appears to be a task outside the boundaries and limits of his disgusting and disgraceful depleted racist mind. Indeed it was the racist who himself declared in one of his emails sent in the line of duty as a “top secret clandestine agent working for Masjid Sunnah” some 2 weeks ago claiming he would return after Ramadan, not during it. However, he is incapable of even restricting himself to his own speech let alone the advice of others. [Although a “return” after Ramadan would have required a miraculous “return from the dead” after having now been exposed for the pitiful racist he is, since it is inconceivable for his speech to be accepted by any sane individual after recognising his reality, as well as the disgraceful defence of Masjid Sunnah in failing to declare their innocence of him…perhaps the decision to sacrifice Abu Bilal for the “greater good” has been taken by the Masjid Sunnah elite? [Refer to “Sacrificial Blood” for contextualisation of this affair].

Since it appears the recent lecture on the tafsir of surat ul-Hujuraat delivered by the so called “graduate”, who incidentally along with his superior Abu Usamah, declares al-Ma’riby not to be an innovator, has had no meaningful influence upon the “secret agent”. If it did, a closure to his activities would have been anticipated; yet unfortunately no such closure is forthcoming and therefore we remind the disgraced lying racist of an affair or two of this religion, or rather we will educate him for the first time, since it is extremely unlikely this “email stalker” already has prior knowledge of many affairs of the religion.

Shaikh Salih al-Fawzan hafidhahullahu ta’ala stated in his explanation of the hadith; إذا لم تستحي فاصنع ما شئت “If you have no shame then do as you please”;

“If shame is lost it is a major calamity, since the man who does not have shame does not abstain from lying, and he does not abstain from evil affairs, and degrading and dishonourable acts…….so he does not care about what causes harm to him and perforates [damages and degrades] his religion, and [similarly] perforates his honour and manhood”

[explanation of an-Nawawee’s 40 hadith].

Evidently the racist “classified secret agent of Masjid Sunnah” has no shame, clearly he is not concerned that his honour and religion are harmed and degraded by his activities of racism and stalking email accounts. Evidently it also appears that Masjid Sunnah have no honour either, since we must now inform them that the pathetic deception of claiming they are innocent of him has failed, rather they conceal his identity and allow him to continue, so for them is to share the disgrace of their racist “agent”.

No doubt, the fact that a leading figure of this organisation has once again experienced the damaging blows of the methodology of salafiyyah upon him will cause pain to befall the hearts of the defenders of innovators; of course we refer to Abu Usamah ad-Dhahabi, the one whom Shaikh Ahmed an-Najmy said concerning,“Your position with him is the same as your position with the People of Innovation. Turn away from him and abandon him. However Masjid Sunnah should not expect a show of sympathy at this painful moment of grieving for them wherein their allies are being refuted and exposed….once again. No doubt the “secret agent” continues to send his emails in a bitter and sorrowful state in witnessing one of his leaders exposed once again. It appears such catastrophe in logic is a contagious affair, as demonstrated by the failed attempt to preserve honour from those who claimed they had not made the effort to remove the video exposing themselves in defending innovators from youtube….rather the exposition of this act of theirs causes even greater disgrace to descend upon them.

We ask Allah to aid us in benefiting from the remainder of this blessed month and protect us from the deviation of such individuals in defending innovators and then attempting to make excuses to justify it.

Part 3: Ali Halabi’s Long Journey

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy

Ali Halabi’s Unsteady Stance towards Passing Judgments on Individuals and Deviants

[Adnaan Ar’oor and Muhammad Al-Maghraawi]

Discussion in pages 16-20 in the Arabic PDF. Download PDF here:

Before the death of the three Mashaa-yikh [i.e. Imaam Bin Baaz, Imaam Al-Albaanee and Imaam Muhammad Ibn Uthaymeen(rahimahumullaah)], Adnaan Ar’oor together with his companion Ahmad Sallaam newly invented a number of principles and fundamentals in the affair of passing judgements against individuals and the manner of dealing with the Mukhaalifoon. And for that reason, they embarked upon a number of seminars and study sessions in order to attract the salafi youth in Britain and other than it, and they called them to accept those false principles.

In their gatherings, they raised objections against Shaikh Rabee’s methodology of criticism, refutation, his stances towards the one in opposition and in the science Jarh Wat-Tadeel. They warned the youth against the methodology which they described as extreme, excessive harshness and defamation. They defended Sayyid Qutb and portrayed him to the youth as one of the best amongst those who spoke in the (affairs) of Manhaj. Shaikh Rabee opposed them and clarified the corruption of their principles and methodology and the falsity of their fundamentals and what they advocated. So they were infuriated and announced a fierce battle against Shaikh Rabee. This affair was the beginning of the Fitnah of these people and not what some think due to ignorance and deceit, that it was Shaikh Rabee who initiated the Fitnah and war with these ones.

And through a number of deceptive ways, Adnaan Ar’oor attempted to obtain the statements of the three Mashaa-yikh (Imaam Bin Baaz, Imaam Al-Albaanee and Imaam Ibn Uthaymeen) to support his falsehood and dispraise the methodology Shaikh Rabee was defending. He (Adnaan) did not reach what he wanted, because the scholars realised his plots and tricks.

And it was transmitted in a statement of Imaad Taariq Al-Iraaqee in the internet forum Kullu As-Salafiyyeen, which is under Ali Halabi’s supervision: [The Stance of our Imaam Al-Albaanee Towards Shaikh Rabee Al-Madkhali’s Refutation Against Adnaan Ar’oor, transmitted by our shaikh Ali Al-Halabi]; Imaad said: I came across a section from the speech of our Shaikh Al-Halabi in which he transmitted the stance of Shaikh Al-Albaanee towards Shaikh Rabee’s reproach against Adnaan, that when I (Ali Halabi) mentioned some of Shaikh Rabee’s proofs against Adnaan to Shaikh Al-Albaanee and Adnaan reply, he (i.e. Shaikh Al-Albaanee) said: These affairs are true, it is incumbent upon Adnaan to reply to them with clarity, and abstract speech is not enough or merely saying this is general and that is detailed and this is all inclusive and that is specific and so on, this neither rectifies nor is it of benefit in the likes of this affair.

Part 2: Abridged: Ali Halabi’s Long Journey

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy

Ali Halabi Before and After the Death of Imaam Al-Albaanee (rahimahullaah)

In this section we will quote directly from the author and in other places where the discussion is lengthy, we will paraphrase.

The author said:

‘’During the lifetime of the Mujad-did of the era Imaam Al-lbaanee (rahimahullaah), Ali Halabi was a caller to the Sunnah alongside his brothers from Ahlus Sunnah and an opponent of innovation and its people. He used to wage war against hizbiyyah, warned against its paths and consequences. He used to wage war against Takfeer and the Manhaj of the Qutubiyyoon. He used to wage war against those who spoke ill of the scholars and the Salafi Mashaa-yikh. He used to wage war against the activists and people of politics. [political activists: http://www.spubs.com/sps/downloads/pdf/MNJ130030.pdf]

He used to wage war against the innovated views and calls, and he was manifest in warning against the Mukhaalifoon (those who hold affairs that are in opposition to the book, the Sunnah, the ijmaa and correct positions), the groups and individuals; and he particularized them when making a mention of them. He aided the (sound) fundamental principles of Ahlus Sunnah and nullified the (corrupt) principles of the various innovators. There is no doubt that this is from that which Halabi benefitted in his sittings with Shaikh Al-Albaanee (rahimahullaah), as it is not hidden from anyone regarding Shaikh Al-Albaanee’s state of affairs with the Mukhaalifeen.’’[end of quote]

Lengthy Discussion [paraphrased and abridged]

Before the death of Shaikh Al-Albaanee (rahimahullaah), a guy by the name of Muhammad Abu Raheem kindled a Fitnah with regards to the issue of Imaan and disbelief amongst the salafis. He relied upon the well- known Qutubi Safar Al-Hawaalee and his book Dhaahiratul Irjaa Fee Fikr Al-Islaamiy. This Muhammad Abu Raheem began directing his attacks at Ali Halabi and there came about refutations from both parties against one another. When the affair reached Shaikh Al-Albaanee, he declared Muhammad Abu Raheem wrong and Ali Halabi correct. So Muhammad Abu Raaheem turned on Shaikh Al-Albaanee and accused him of Irjaa using the Qutbi Safar Al-Hawaalee as proof. However, Muhammad Abu Raheem was brought down on his feet and was lowered in the eyes of the salafi.  [See the following links for the verdicts of the scholars against Salmaan and Safar: [http://www.salafipublications.com/sps/sp.cfm?subsecID=NDV12&articleID=GRV070001&articlePages=1][http://www.spubs.com/sps/downloads/pdf/NDV120006.pdf]

At first Ali Halabi did not speak in detail in the subject matter of Eemaan, because whenever false accusations reached Shaikh Al-Albaanee that he (i.e. Al-Albaanee) has fallen to irjaa, he would explain and detail the affair.  [See following links: The scholars free Al-Albaanee from Irjaa]http://www.salafipublications.com/sps/downloads/pdf/MSC060021.pdf] http://www.salafipublications.com/sps/downloads/pdf/MSC060017.pdf

Ali Halabi Enters into the Discussion of the Subject Matter of Eemaan

Ali Halabi agreed with the book of Muraad Shukri which was against Takfeer, but also contained mistakes in the subject matter of Eemaan and kufr [see page: 12 on this PDF]. So when Mourad Shukri’s book reached the Committee of Major Scholars in the leadership of the Mufti of the Era Shaikh Abdul Azeez Bin Baaz (rahimahullaah), the Committee passed a verdict against the book that it aided the school of thought of Irjaa and warned against the book and its author. This left Halabi in a state of great bewilderment due to his agreement with the author, and actually on the cover of the book, it was written:[Read, revised and approved for printing by Shaikh Ali Al-Halabi], but on the other hand he had to acknowledge the truth of that which the Committee of Major scholars pronounced. And at the time, Halabi stated in [Majallah Al-Furqaan Number 101]: ‘’The book (i.e. Mourad Shukri’s Book) was expressed in the author’s views, based on what he carried out of research and what was evident to him.’’ Halabi made these remarks despite the fact that he did revise and approve its printing without clarifying any errors in it.  However, Halabi’s final statement on the affair was that of recantation; he said: ‘’And Indeed I praise Allaah and for His bestowal Tawfeeq, that I free myself from the least and all of that, in agreement with the scholars of Islaam and the distinguished Imaams. And with regards to that which I erred or (that which) was not clear to me in something of its affair, in this subject matter and other than it, then indeed I recant from it (i.e. from such errors), returning to what is correct (whilst) neither (harbouring) pride nor doubt.’’ [See page: 13 in the PDF]

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy

The author of the PDF on this link http://www.ajurry.co…07&d=1351203443 stated that it was read and reviced by the Allaamah, The Muhaddith Rabee Bin Haadee Al-Madkhalee (may Allaah preserve him and prolong his life upon goodness and defence of the sunnah).  The Author Began with the khutbatul Haajah and then said:
