Shaikh Rabee said: Unfortunately there are a people who conceal refutations (directed at) the people of falsehood and error

Shaikh Rabee (may Allaah preserve him) said:

Unfortunately there are a people who conceal refutations (directed at) the people of falsehood and error.  They are excited to ally with them and defend them, whilst they are harsh and disapproving towards those who refute falsehood and error.  They betray them (i.e. those who refute error) with a severe betrayal and they make people think (by way of delusion) that this (deed of theirs is tantamount to) softness and wisdom, whilst it is from the severest types of calamity and trials-the (very) affair that emboldens the people of falsehood to persist in their falsehood and spread their trials and tribulations worldwide. If only this type of (people) realised the dangerous end results of their stances, (so) we ask Allaah to (grant) them guidance and clear-sightedness and to realise their obligation with regards to aiding the Dawah of Muhammad (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) and not fearing the blame of the blamers. Unveiling the Reality of the Statement of Dr Ruhayli on Tabdee’ – Shaikh Rabee (may Allaah preserve him)

Dr Ibraaheem Ar-Ruhayli (may Allaah rectify his affair) stated:

It is obligatory to preserve the status and acknowledge the position of those scholars of Ahlus Sunnah who are known for their sound creed and Ijtihaad in aiding the Sunnah. It is not permissible to diminish their worth; declaring them innovators; accusing them of (following) desires or bigoted partisanship merely due to their mistakes in Ijtihaad.

Response:

Al-Allaamah Rabee Bin Haadi (may Allaah preserve him) responded to this statement of Dr Ruhayli and unveiled once again the reality behind this affair. He pointed out to Dr Ruhayli that this statement of his is an indisputable affair (in the view) of Ahlus Sunnah regarding those who are known for their sound creed and ijtihaad in aiding the Sunnah- even though errors may occur from them in the intricate affairs of the religion and those affairs whose reality or evidence is not apparent to some people, however their status is preserved and their positions acknowledged. No one speaks ill of them except a person of desires just as is the case with the people of desires.

[1] However, if the deviation is related to the manifestly clear affairs, such as when this claimant to the Sunnah defends the people of bidah and misguidance-those who propagate the falsehood of Wahdatul Wujood; negation of Allaah’s Attributes; revilement of the companions of the Messenger; the eternity of the souls and other than these clear affairs of misguidance; or he defends-by way of lies and treachery-those who hold the view regarding Wahdatul Adyaan etc and other manifest affairs of misguidance, which are even rejected by (other) people of bidah and misguidance;

[2] And in addition to this he wages war against Ahlus Sunnah-seeking to devalue their scholars; considers them to be extremists and that they are from those who utilise odd speech when confronting the people of misguidance and when refuting their innovations;

[3] And in addition to this, he innovates false principles in order to contradict the Usool of Ahlus Sunnah- [such as the false principle “we rectify mistakes but we do not refute.” And some of them say: “we rectify mistakes but we do not destroy.” And the false principle: ‘I am not obliged (or obligated)]- by way of which they seek to reject truth that is clear as the sun;

[4] And he also applies the term ‘Ahlus Sunnah Wal -Ittibaa’ to the people of bidah and the misguided paths that include affairs of Shirk, Bidah and Wahdatul Wujood;

[5] And he describes Ahlus Sunnah with the words scum, vile, extremists, blind followers, bigots and other wicked speech against Ahlus Sunnah;

[6] And in addition, he describes the Sahaabah with the word ‘Ghuthaa-scum’ and does not consider this description to be revilement if it is uttered by the likes of himself…..

Indeed with regards to this category of people whose state of affairs is as such, then it is not permissible for a sane person- who is acquainted with the Sunnah and honours the Sunnah- that he considers such people to be from Ahlus Sunnah; or asking the people to preserve their status and acknowledge their ranks; or forbids the people from declaring them innovators; or forbids the people from accusing them of following desires and bigotry, despite the fact that their evil desires, affairs of misguidance, trials and illegal partisanship to the major people of misguidance are all manifest; whilst on the other hand their war against Ahlus Sunnah is clear and manifest; for indeed Ahlus Sunnah and their Imaams declare (a person) an innovator due to (affairs) that are far lesser than these calamities.

And we find Imaam Ahmad (rahimahullaah) saying about the one who reviles Ahlul Hadeeth: “(He is a) heretic, a heretic!’’  Ahlus Sunnah stated about this ruling of Imaam Ahmad -and from them Shaikhul Islaam ibn Taymiyyah (rahimahullaah) who stated with emphasis: ‘’That is because he (Ahmad) knew its significance.” Imaam Abu Zur’ah (rahimahullaah) stated: ‘’Whoever diminishes the worth of a single one amongst the companions of Muhammad, then he is a heretic.’’ Ahlus Sunnah transmitted this statement and no one opposed it. And here are the books of Aqeedah and the books of Jarh Wat-Tadeel in the presence of the people.

Allaah (The Most High) stated:

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اتَّقُوا اللَّهَ وَقُولُوا قَوْلًا سَدِيدًا

يُصْلِحْ لَكُمْ أَعْمَالَكُمْ وَيَغْفِرْ لَكُمْ ذُنُوبَكُمْ ۗ وَمَن يُطِعِ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ فَقَدْ فَازَ فَوْزًا عَظِيمًا

O you who believe! Keep your duty to Allah and fear Him, and speak (always) the truth. He will direct you to do righteous good deeds and will forgive you your sins. And whosoever obeys Allah and His Messenger he has indeed achieved a great achievement (i.e. he will be saved from the Hell-fire and made to enter Paradise). [Soorah Al-Ahzaab. Ayah: 70-71]

To Bring Down [or Disparage) The Leading Figureheads [i.e. Those Who Give Dawah] Is a Difficult Affair

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy

Shaikh Muhammad Baazmool [may Allaah preserve him] said:

This is how some of the people justify their stances towards Bidah and its people.  So whenever Bidah occurs from one of those people with fame, he refrains from exposing the bidah of that famous person and refrains from warning against him, [whilst claiming]  that to bring down the leading figure heads is a difficult affair.

This is a false justification from different angles.  From them:

[1]Men are known by way of the truth and truth is not known by way of men.  Know the truth and you will know its people.  This [figurehead] opposed the truth, agrees with ahlul bidah and utters their statements, therefore he is not upon truth and it is obligatory to warn against his falsehood.

[2]The obligation [in relation to this affair] is to give advice, enjoin good and forbid evil.  His fame is brought to an end due to his bidah- as a warning and sincere advice to the Muslims, so that they do not fall into the falsehood he has fallen into.

[3]Truth is above everyone and from the well-known statements in that regard is [the statement]: ‘’So and so is beloved to me, but the truth is more beloved to my heart than him.’’

Therefore, when you wilfully incline towards such and such a person and keep quiet about his bidah, you have given him precedence over the truth and raised him above it. And what is there after truth except misguidance!  So regarding this [stance of yours], you have given precedence to this person -who describe as a leading figure- over the truth and thus you fall into misguidance.

[4]This saying [i.e. it is difficult to bring them down etc] is in opposition to the way of the pious predecessors, [for] they used to speak about the people.

[5]The application of this statement is in opposition to the clear methodology established by the pious predecessors with regards to acquiring knowledge, and that is: ‘Indeed this knowledge [of the sharee’ah] is Religion, so look to the one you take your religion from.’’ Therefore, how about your situation with a man from whom you take Hadeeth, Tafseer, Aqeedah and Fiqh? Do you either keep quiet about the bidah he has [based on your] claim that speaking against the leading figure heads is a difficult affair, or do you speak about him and his innovation- making his affair well known as a warning and advice, so that the people are not deceived by him and his bidah? There is no doubt that what is obligatory is to give clarification, otherwise your silence is a fraud and deception against the Muslims. And perhaps you will be the cause of his bidah and and misguidance being spread amongst the people due this [silence of yours].

[6]The reality of this statement [i.e. it is hard to bring them down] is itself an application of the manhaj of Muwaazanaat [Ref 1].  It [i.e. Muwaazanaat] is a false methodology that ruins and dilutes the Religion, whereas the truth is clear and sublime.  And within this [Muwaazanaat] is termination of the truth and disappearance of its people, except that which Allaah wills.

[7]This statement [i.e. it is hard to bring them down] embraces illegal partisanship. It [embraces] love and hate for the sake of the one being described as a leading figure head.  He [i.e. this figure head] is made a basis for love and hate in replacement of the truth, and this [attitude] is from the characteristics of those people who follow the satanic paths- those who call their adherents to the hell fire.

[8]This statement [i.e. i.e. it is hard to bring them down] is not from the manhaj of the pious predecessors, for we have not heard the likes of this statement stated about anyone from the Imaams of the Salaf, and all good is found in following the pious predecessors and all evil is found in the bidah of those who came after.

[9]What is a leading figurehead in your view? In your view, how did this man become one of the leading figure heads?  Who is it that has either clarified for you or him that he is a leading figure head?  O my brother, a person should know his limitations.  It has been reported in an authentic hadeeth from Iyaad Bin Himaar that the Prophet (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) said: ‘Allaah revealed to me that you must be humble, so that no one is haughty towards another person nor oppressive towards another person.’

[10]The lowering of a man or being raised is something in the hands of Allaah, and He [The Most High] alternates it how He pleases and it is not in our control.

Fulfil the obligation you have been commanded and that is to clarify the truth; disapprove evil and warn against the bidah of this figure head.  If he accepts the [truth], humbles himself, returns to the [truth] and repents to Allaah, then Allaah will raise his status if He [The Most High] wills because Allaah raises one who humbles himself in His presence. But if he oppresses and transgresses, then this man is from Ahlul Bidah; [so] how can you shed tears for him and that he has been degraded?! This questioner from Britain says:

We have a caller who says that indeed it is permissible to praise Ahlul Bidah and that indeed the Prophet (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) praised the Khawaarij by way of his statement: A people will appear amongst you, you will belittle your prayers compared to their prayer….etc

O Masjid al-Furqan’s Admin! – the allies of Goldie, Al-Maghrib Institute, Naveed Ayaaz and others- The Attendance of Any Teacher (regardless his status) at a particular Masjid or the Explanation of a Book of Salafiyyah at that Masjid Does Not Change The Reality of such a Masjid, whilst its Admin openly and Shamelessly Cooperates With Ahlul Bidah On Other Days

O Masjid Al-Furqan Admin and Naveed Ayaaz!

Allaah (The Most High) said:

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اتَّقُوا اللَّهَ وَكُونُوا مَعَ الصَّادِقِينَ

O you who believe! Be afraid of Allah, and be with those who are truthful. [9:119]

 

Allaamah Rabee Bin Haadi Al-Madkhali (may Allaah preserve him) said:

We call to the methodology of the Salaf—to the Book of Allaah and the Sunnah of the Messenger.  We utilize them as proofs in our creed; in our acts of worship; in our stances; in our relationship with the rulers and the ruled and in our relationship with the groups and sects.  As for others, they play games and tricks.  By Allaah! This is the first affair we present to the hizbiyyoon. The salafiyyoon do not hide behind personalities considered to be upon the Sunnah, whilst on the other hand they sit, shelter and defend ahlul bidah or their staunch followers. This is what Shaikh Rabee (may Allaah preserve him) stated, as follows: ”We call to the methodology of the Salaf-to the Book of Allaah and the Sunnah of the Messenger.  We utilize them as proofs in our creed; in our acts of worship; in our stances; in our relationship with the rulers and the ruled and in our relationship with the groups and sects.  As for others, they play games and tricks.  By Allaah! You do not find them except that they play tricks and games with the passion (or inclinations) of the youth.”

O Masjid Al-Furqan’s Admin! You deceive the people by inviting some of those considered to be upon the Sunnah, whilst you shelter others from ahlul bidah. However, this will not weaken the resolve of the Salafiyyoon, regardless what support you receive. Shaikh Ubaid Al-Jaabiri (may Allaah preserve him) said: ‘’A scholar from Ahlus Sunnah is only a human. He can be distracted and forgetful, and he can be deceived by evil people.”

So we say to Masjid Al-Furqan’s Admin, Naveed Ayaaz and other deceivers similar to them, do you not feel shy in the presence of Allaah, whilst cooperating with the deviants of Al-Maghrib Institute, the staunch followers of the Mubtadi’ah al-Halabi, Al-Maribi and Al-Maghraawi? Allaah’s Aid is sought! You keep the company of those who defend Mubtadi’ah, rather you keep the company of those whom the likes of Shaikh Rabee (may Allaah preserve him) have refuted due to their deviations, such as the likes of Masjid As-Sunnah’s Admin.

You do not see anything wrong in keeping the company of these Mubtadi Shelterers. Imaam Fudayl Ibn Iyaad (rahimahullaah) said: Had the innovator humbled himself to the Book of Allaah and the Sunnah of His Prophet, he would not have followed his innovation; but he is amazed with his views, so he follows what he invented. So, you have no problem keeping the company of those who defend innovators, such as Goldie and the Admin of Masjid As-Sunnah, who defend Al-Halabi al-Murji Al-Mubtadi, Al-Maribi Al-Ikhwaani Al-Mubtadi and Al-Maghraawi At-Takfeeri Al-Mubtadi. However, you think that inviting few people of knowledge will free you from blame.

A Brief Reminder

One has to understand that Muhammad Al-Maliki deliberately utters half-truths when seeking to slander Al-Markazus Salafi. He utters half-truths to represent the whole truth, or possibly lead to a false conclusion. This is what many deceivers do, for they utter half-truths in order to deceive the recipients- by uttering something believable and using some aspects of their statements that can be shown to be true as good reason to believe the statement is true in its entirety, or that the statement represents the whole truth. So by way of this method, Muhammad seeks to deceive us, so that we consider his statements to be knowledge and proofs to be to be acted upon accordingly.

Likewise, he stated: [So whoever calls to the Aqeedah of the salaf and to the Sunnah in worship and never call to Partisanship and always linked Salafi scholars not necessarily a particular scholar but any Salafi scholars, so if he is doing so why would he be boycotted]. Once again Muhammad deliberately ignored the fact that Al-Halabi, Al-Maghraawi and Al-Maribi are Mubtadi’ah and people of Hizbiyyah. However, he refrains from discussing the main issues and utters a general statement. That is because Muhammad’s staunch UK allies are none else but the staunch allies of Al-Maribi, Al-Halabi and Al-Maghraawi.

Muhammad Al-Maliki (may Allaah grant him Tawfeeq to accept the truth) stated that (a) Salafiyyah doesn’t mean that the person is perfect and never makes mistake. (b) He also said: So whoever calls to the Aqeedah of the salaf and to the Sunnah in worship and never call to Partisanship and always linked salafi scholars not necessarily a particular scholar but any salafi scholars, so if he is doing so why would he be boycotted. (c) He also stated that Shaikh Rabee warns against the Ghuluww we are upon.

Firstly, blind Muhammad Al-Maliki has once again concealed the true reality of the affairs and slandered, just as he slandered the Salafiyyoon of Al-Markazus Salafi and sought to conceal the truth about the followers of Al-Halabi, Al-Maghraawi and Al-maribi in 2012. Secondly, Muhammad reminds us of the fact that a Salafi can commit errors, as if the Salafiyyoon of Al-Markazus Salafi believe otherwise. On the other hand, he stated as follows: [So whoever calls to the Aqeedah of the salaf and to the sunnah in worship and never call to Partisanship and always linked salafi scholars not necessarily a particular scholar but any salafi scholars, so if he is doing so why would he be boycotted].

Therefore, we say to blind Muhammad Al-Maliki: The mistakes of Al-Halabi, Al-Maghraawi and Al-Maribi are mistakes that led the scholars to pass the verdict of Tabdee against them. So not all mistakes are the same and you have deliberately refrained from giving detail. Indeed, there is an answer for you in the response given to Dr Ibraaheem Ar-Ruhayli by Al-Allaamah Rabee Bin Haadi, as follows:

Therefore, we challenge Muhammad Al-Maliki to prove that Al-Halabi Al-Murji Al-Mubtadi, Al-Maribi al-Ikhwaani Al-Mubtadi and Al-Maghraawi At-Takfeeri Al-Mubtadi and others similar to them are free from all the affairs of misguidance mentioned in Shaikh Rabee’s reply to Dr Ibraaheem ar-Ruhayli. Rather from Al-Maribi’s calamities is that he refers to the Sahaabah as scum and claims that all the scholars who agree with Shaikh Rabee are blind followers. Likewise, Al-Halabi innovated many principles and as a result he was declared a Mubtadi by those scholars who are more acquainted with his affairs. Indeed, Muhammad al-Maliki and his companions cannot nullify the fact that Al-Maribi, Al-Halabi and Al-Maghraawi are guilty of some the affairs mentioned in Shaikh Rabee’s reply to Dr Ibraaheem Ar-Ruhayli. Likewise, Muhammad Al-Maliki has deliberately refrained from detailing these affairs surrounding the staunch UK followers of Al-Maribi, Al-Halabi and Al-Maghraawi. That is because if he honestly details the affair, he will difinately upset his allies at Brixton, Luton and Masjid As-Sunnah. Indeed, one has to understand that Muhammad Al-Maliki deliberately utters half-truths when seeking to slander Al-Markazus Salafi. He utters half-truths to represent the whole truth, or possibly lead to a false conclusion. This is what many deceivers do, for they utter half-truths in order to deceive the recipients- by uttering something believable and using some aspects of their statements that can be shown to be true as good reason to believe the statement is true in its entirety, or that the statement represents the whole truth. So by way of this method, Muhammad seeks to deceive us, so that we led to believe that his statements regarding the UK followers of Al-Halabi, Al-Maribi and Al-Maghraawi are proofs to be to be acted upon accordingly. This is why he stated: [Salafiyyah doesn’t mean that the person is perfect and never makes mistake]. However, he deliberately refrained from clarifying the fact that mistakes are not all the same and that the staunch UK followers of Al-Halabi, Al-Maghraawi and Al-Maribi are staunch supporters of these three Mubtadi’ah. This is nothing else but blindness and concealment.

Likewise, he stated: [So whoever calls to the Aqeedah of the salaf and to the Sunnah in worship and never call to Partisanship and always linked Salafi scholars not necessarily a particular scholar but any Salafi scholars, so if he is doing so why would he be boycotted]. Once again Muhammad deliberately ignored the fact that Al-Halabi, Al-Maghraawi and Al-Maribi are Mubtadi’ah and people guilty of repugnant of Hizbiyyah. However, he refrains from discussing the main issues and utters a general statement. That is because Muhammad staunch UK allies are none else but the staunch allies of Al-Maribi, Al-Halabi and Al-Maghraawi.

Finally, blind Muhammad once again accuse us of Haddaadiyyah for exposing the staunch Uk followers of Al-Halabi, Al-Maghraawi and Al-Maribi. However, Muhammad is blind to the fact it is him that praises the vile Haddaadiyah Yahyah Al-Hajoori and not the Salafiyyoon of Al-Markazus Salafi.
