[Part 1] An Ongoing Criticism against Brother Muhammad Al-Maaliki As Long As He Persists Upon Error and Refuses to Recant From His Slanders against Al-Markazus Salafi

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy

The Hizbiyyoon of Masjid As-Sunnah’s Admin expected great assistance through the slanders endorsed by their Noble Shaikh Brother Muhammad Al-Maaliki, or at least utilise them as a deflection technique, to discredit Al-Markazus Salafi and maintain their support of the innovator Al-Maribi. It would have been better for Brother Muhammad Al-Maaliki to offer no defence than a haphazard one. He should not feel humiliated to realize his mistake and that he will receive no special vindication for persisting in slander against Al-Markazus Salafi since 2012.

On the other hand, it has become manifestly clear that one of the obstacles preventing him from accepting his mistakes is that he is not being truthful to himself. It would be better that he accepts reality rather than attempting to make reality fit his emotions?! It is better than he does not keep on playing the victim game and looking for sympathy as a justification for his blameworthy actions, even though the swarm of absurd excuses he gave in his defence of Masjid As-Sunnah’s Admin and his slanders against Al-Markazus has finally haunted him.

[I] Brother Muhammad Al-Maaliki’s Premeditated Fraudulent Claim to Leniency In The name of Defending Staunch Followers of Al-Maribi @ Masjid As-Sunnah, but claims that he is being oppressed and slandered!

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy

In his defence of the obstinate hizbiyyoon of Masjid As-Sunnah, Muhammad Al-Maaliki utilised slander against Al-Markazus Salafi, and on the other hand he utilised emotional rhetoric in order to divert the attention of his listeners from the main issues [i.e. the basis of the dispute between Al-Markazus Salafi and Masjid As-Sunnah’s Admin for the past ten years is due to the Mubtadi’ah (Al-Maghraawi, Al-Maribi etc)]. Likewise, Muhammad sought to convince his listeners by mentioning a statement of truth but desiring falsehood by way of it. So in his defence of the staunch followers of the Mubtadi’ah at Masjid As-Sunnah, Muhammad stated that we need to know the way to defend the religion and that we have to utilize leniency.

Firstly: All praise is due to Allaah, the well-known Maraakiz of Salafiyyah in the West are well aware of some of those who deliberately ignore the detailed knowledge based clarifications of the scholars against the contemporary Mubtadi’ah (Al-Halabi, Al-Maghraawi, Al-Maribi, Al-Hajoori etc), whilst on the other hand they openly attack those who disseminate such refutations.

Secondly: Muhammad Al-Maaliki is terribly negligent with regards to his stances towards the stanch followers of Al-Maribi at Masjid As-Sunnah; rather he passionately defended them, whilst claiming that the way to defend the religion is by way of leniency! There is no doubt that leniency is an important affair, so let us first benefit from this statement of Imaam Shanqeeti (rahimahullaah), who stated: ‘’Harshness in a place where leniency should be is idiocy and an offence. Leniency in a place where harshness should be is weakness and apathy. If it is said: Apply leniency, say: Leniency should be in its place and the leniency of a young man in other than its place is ignorance.” [Al-Islaam Deenu Kaamilu pages 10-12]

How amazing was brother Muhammad’s implementation of leniency on that day?! He deliberately embarked upon a premeditated and fraudulent mission to defend the staunch followers of Al-Maribi at Masjid As-Sunnah after being well aware of the fact that some of the Kibaarul Ulama and the senior students of knowledge have studied the affairs in detail and written detailed unambiguous clarifications on the issues surrounding the innovator Al-Maribi and his staunch followers. And to make matters worse, he offered no evidence to support his stances; rather he terribly failed after seeking to bully and slander us-hoping that his aggressive behaviour would either silence us or compel us to accept his premeditated fraudulent appeals for leniency-all in the name of defending staunch followers of Al-Maribi at Masjid as-Sunnah. So be mindful of this trickery, as Al-Allaamah Rabee Bin Haadi (may Allaah preserve him) said:

”(You) find the likes of this lack of honesty today! There is that one who approaches two disputing parties-one group upon truth and the other upon falsehood; so he misguides all of them and does not give greater weight to the truth. He manifests a new doctrine which he considers to be the balance path, whilst it is falsehood and sophistry in and of itself. This category of people is a dangerous trend and their foundation is lying and deception.  [دحر إفتراءات ] [Footnote in page 191]

Shaikh Abul Abbaas Aadil Ibn Mansoor (may Allaah preserve him) said that Al’Allaamah Rabee Bin Haadi (may Allaah preserve him) said:

If you are a weak believer, then do not betray your brother because betrayal is opposed to the characteristic of the Taa’ifatul Mansoorah (i.e. the aided and victorious group). And that is because to betray the person (upon) the truth returns (as) harm against the betrayer and the one affected by his (act) of betrayal. Do not make your weakness a methodology!   Do not make your weakness (a claim to) wisdom! Do not make your weakness (a claim) to common sense, cautiousness and hesitation (i.e. a claim of common sense, cautiousness and hesitation that cannot be justified when you are required to stand firm)… http://www.sahab.net/forums/index.php?showtopic=149391

Brother Muhammad deliberately ignored the knowledge based proofs, slandered Al-Markazus Salafi and passionately defended the staunch followers of Al-Maribi at Masjid As-Sunnah-all in the name of leniency! His claim to leniency in those circumstances was nothing else but a premeditated fraud by way of which he sought to vent his anger on Al-Markazus Salafi.

He deliberately turned a blind eye to the realities of Masjid As-Sunnah’s Masjid Admin; rather he deliberately allowed the Admin to blur his vision with false praise and utilised him to give out recommendation for them, and even for Goldie-a man whom Al-Allaamah Ahmad Bin Yahyah An-Najmi declared one to be treated the same as Ahlul Bidah. Brothers, let this be a serious reminder to all of us and be warned against exaggerated or false praise. Shaikh Raslaan (may Allaah preserve him) said about his father (rahimahullaah): ”You taught me that a rebuke of truth is more honorable for me than a praise of falsehood. And that the reproach of a truthful person is better for me than the praise of a liar.” Source: Dawaabit Ar-Riwaayatu Indal Muhadditheen: page: 7 vol: 1]

How amazing was Brother Muhammad’s affair on that day! The staunch followers of Al-Maribi at Masjid As-Sunnah praised him, and he deliberately allowed them to utilise him in their war against the Salafiyyoon of Al-Markazus Salafi-those same staunch followers of Al-Maribi, who openly declared their allegiance to an innovator and hatred for Shaikh Rabee- yet brother Muhammad has the audacity to claim that he is now being slandered and oppressed. And to this day- (over a 1000days) – he has not recanted from this behaviour nor has he apologised for slandering Al-Markazus Salafi. We ask Allaah for Sidq. Aameen.

[H] Brother Muhammad Al-Maaliki’s prolonged silence about…..!

Brother Muhammad Al-Maaliki’s prolonged silence about the innovator Al-Maribi cannot be accepted. He actively aids Al-Maribi’s staunch followers at Masjid As-Sunnah and continue slandering the Salaficentre, yet he expects us to deliberately turn a blind eye to this blatant falsehood.

Verdicts of the scholars on Al-Maribi

[G] Muhammad Al-Maaliki! Was this Fuzzy Thinking or Senseless Contradiction?!

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy

There is no doubt that normal people can sometimes behave irrationally when placed under pressure, but perhaps Muhammad al-Maaliki is in great denial. So what is going on here?!

Brother Muhammad slandered us by falsely claiming that our behaviour towards Masjid As-Sunnah’s Admin- (i.e. all we did was transmit the refutations of the scholars against the Admin)-is tantamount to Haddaadiyyah and that Shaikh Rabee warns against Haddaadiyyah! Yet Muhammad praises Yahyah Al-Hajoori Al-Haddaadi Al-Mubtadi-one of the vilest Haddaadees of today.

Brother Muhammad! The focus of your indignation and outrage should be on people who defend the obstinate Mubtadi’ah (Al-Halabi, Al-Maghraawi, Al-Maribi, Al-Hajoori etc); but you chose to disgrace yourself through slander and scattering false blame around. There is no doubt that this behaviour greatly blurred your vision and clearly manifested your contradictions, which you desperately attempted to present as logical arguments through emotional rhetoric and slander. Fear Allaah (The Most High).

[F] Muhammad Al-Maaliki said: Who says that Ahlul Bidah will not enter Jannah?!

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy

Imaam Ibnul Qayyim (rahimahullaah) said:

”It is incumbent upon you that (you) detail (affairs) and make a distinction, for unrestricted and general (speech) without clarification has already corrupted the existence and trampled upon the intellects and opinions in every era.”

Shaikh Saaleh Al-Fawzaan (may Allaah preserve him) stated:

There has to be detailed explanation. The one who is not proficient in detailing (an affair) should keep quiet because benefit is not acquired from his speech. And every time error occurs, its cause is due to an absence of detailed explanation between truth and falsehood. So there has to be detailed explanation and distinction and an absence of mixing up (affairs).

Indeed, it may be that there is something of truth and falsehood in an opponent’s statement, so all of it is neither deemed to be false nor truth, rather a distinction is to be made between its truth and falsehood. Therefore, all of it is neither rejected nor accepted; rather a distinction is made between truth and correctness and the falsehood and error in it. And if you are not proficient in detailing (an affair), then you should not enter into this arena. [End of quote. Source: At-Ta’leeqaat Al-Mukhtasar Alaa Al-Qaseedah an-Nooniyyah: Vol: 1 (page: 216)

Indeed, even though Muhammad Al-Maaliki deliberately allowed himself to be blinded and deafened by the flattery, propaganda and lies of the Hizbiyyoon, which led him to utter much nonsense, however – out of good suspicion, even though Muhammad deserves very little- we think that the ranting and raving that overwhelmed him was the result of his failure to detail this important affair. Therefore, we remind ourselves of the following in order to clarify any doubt that may have been disseminated due to Muhammad Al-Maaliki’s lack of detail on that day.

 Bidah Al-Mukaffirah and Bidah al-Mufassiqah

Bidah Al-Mukaffirah: It is the Bidah that is tantamount to disbelief. Al-Allaamah Rabee Bin Haadi Al-Madkhali (may Allaah preserve him) was asked whether there is a difference between Bidah Al-Mukaffirah and Bidah Al-Mufassiqah; so Shaikh said that there is Bidah Mukaffirah, such as rejecting the Ruyah (i.e. denying that the believers will see Allaah in the afterlife); rejecting Allaah’s Uluww [i.e. denying that Allaah is above his creation –Allaah ascended over the Throne in a way that benefits his majesty)]; invoking other than Allaah; offering slaughtered sacrifice (i.e. animals) to other than Allaah etc. These are affairs of Bidah Al-Mukaffirah (the bidah that is tantamount to disbelief).

But we do not make Takfeer of the people who commit this type of Bidah until we establish the proofs against them. That is because some of them (i.e. the people who fall into these affairs) carry doubts and are far away from the era of Prophethood and its light (i.e. guidance). So they fall into the likes these innovations.

Rejecting the Ruyah is disbelief; rejecting Allaah’s Uluww is disbelief; the saying that the Qur’aan is created is disbelief-major disbelief. But this person, -[who testifies that none has the right to be worshipped except Allaah and that Muhammad is the messenger of Allaah, and he prays,  observes fasting, wants paradise and believes in that] -received the doubts of the people of falsehood, so he falls into the likes of these affairs (i.e. these innovations that are tantamount to disbelief). So we say to him: You have fallen into disbelief and the evidence is this and this, and we clarify for him.  So if Allaah grants him Tawfeeq and he returns to the truth, then all praise is due to Allaah. But if not, we declare him a disbeliever after establishing the proofs against him.

As for Bidah Al-Mufassiqah it is other than this (i.e. it is not at the level of that which is tantamount to disbelief)…. [Abridged and paraphrased, see www.rabee.net/ar/questions.php?cat=26&id=484 ]

On the other hand, who are those qualified to make Takfeer?

Question: O Respected Shaykh, who is the murtadd (apostate)? We hope for you to define it in a clear manner, for sometimes the judgement of apostasy can be made upon a person while there is some doubt that he had.

Shaykh Salih al-Fawzaan: “The judgement of apostasy and expelling someone from the religion is only appropriate for the people of knowledge who are firmly grounded in knowledge, and they are the judges in the various Sharee’ah law courts, and those who are able of giving legal verdicts. And this is just like the other matters, and it is not the right of every person, or from the right of those who are learning, or those who ascribe themselves to knowledge, but who have deficiency in understanding. It is not appropriate for them to make judgements of apostasy (upon others). Since, mischief will arise from this, and sometimes a Muslim might be judged as an apostate but he is not actually so. And the takfir of a Muslim who has not committed one of the nullifications of Islaam contains great danger. Whoever says to his brother “O Kaafir” or “O Faasiq, and he is not like that, then the words will fall back upon the one who said them. Hence, the ones who actually judge with apostasy are the legislative judges and those who are able and fit for giving legal verdicts. And as for those who enforce the judgements they are the leaders of the Muslims (wullaat al-amr). As for whatever is other than this, then it is mere confusion.”

Question: Some of the students of knowledge are a bit lax towards applying the word of apostasy (riddah) to a Muslim, and this person might sometimes be asked by the Muslims to carry out the hadd punishment for apostasy – when the Sultaan does not carry it out – upon the one they consider deserves it, the one who has been judged with apostasy.

Shaykh Salih al-Fawzaan: “Meting out the punishments is only appropriate for the leader of the Muslims and it is not for every person to establish the punishment, since confusion, and corruption necessarily follows from this, and also the cutting off of the society, tribulations and provocations occur. Establishing the punishments is appropriate (i.e. befits only) to the Muslim leader. The Prophet (sallallaahu alaihi wasallam) said, “Pardon each other for the punishments that are between you, but when the execution of the punishment reaches the [authority of the] Sultaan, then Allaah curses both the one who seeks intercession and the one who grants the intercession [i.e. to revoke the punishment].

And from the responsibilities of the Sultaan in Islaam, and from those matters that befit him is the establishment of the punishments after they have been established legislatively, via the Sharee’ah law courts, upon the one who fell into the crime for which the legislator has designated a specific punishment, such as for stealing. So what has been said is that establishing the punishments (i.e. meting them out) is from the rights of the Sultaan, and when the Muslims do not have a Sultaan amongst them, then they should just suffice with commanding the good and forbidding the evil, and calling to Allaah, the Might and Majestic, with wisdom, good admonition and arguing with that which is best. And it is not permissible for individuals (in the society) to establish the hudood, since that, as we have mentioned, will bring about chaos, and also provocations, and tribulations will arise, and this contains greater corruption than it contains rectification. And from amongst the Sharee’ah principles that are submitted to is, “Repelling the harmful things takes precedence over bringing about the beneficial things. http://www.spubs.com/sps/sp.cfm?subsecID=MNJ09&articleID=MNJ090004&articlePages=1

Finally: Muhammad Al-Maaliki’s statement should not make one heedless of the severity of bidah and its people, even if the bidah is not the one that is tantamount to disbelief. He should have detailed this affair, but obviously he was overwhelmed by that ranting and raving, and flattered by the false praise showered on him by the Hizbiyyoon of Masjid As-Sunnah, which caused him to neglect this important clarification. So do not become negligent like Muhammad Al-Maaliki. Bidah is a serious affair. The following is brief reminder from an article at http://www.salafipublications.com, as follows…..

Linguistically bid’ah (innovation) means ‘a newly invented matter’. The Sharee’ah definition of bid’ah is: “A newly invented way [beliefs or action] in the religion, in imitation of the Sharee’ah (prescribed Law), by which nearness to Allaah is sought, [but] not being supported by any authentic proof – neither in its foundations, nor in the manner in which it is performed.” Al-I’tisaam of ash-Shaatibee (1/37).

The Messenger of Allaah (sallallaahu alaihi wasallam) said: “Every innovation is misguidance and going astray” Reported by Abu Daawood (no. 4607), at-Tirmidhee (no. 2676) and it is saheeh. Ibn Hajr authenticated it Takhreej Ahaadeeth Ibn ul-Haajib (1/137).

And he (sallallaahu alaihi wasallam) also said: “… and every innovation is misguidance and all misguidance is in the Hellfire.” Reported by an-Nasaa’ee (1/224) from Jaabir bin Abdullaah and it is saheeh as declared by Shaikh ul-Islaam Ibn Taymiyyah in Majmoo’ ul-Fataawaa (3/58).

The Messenger (sallallaahu alaihi wasallam) also warned against the People of Innovation, from befriending, supporting or taking from them saying: “Whoever innovates or accommodates an innovator then upon him is the curse of Allaah, His Angels and the whole of mankind.” Reported by Bukhaaree (12/41) and Muslim (9/140)

And in his footsteps, we find the Noble Companions and the Taabi’een after them warning from the danger of innovations upon the Ummah, its people and their unity, since it is innovations which have divided the Ummah and split it asunder.

Ibn Abbaas (d. 68H) said: “Indeed the most detestable of things to Allaah are the innovations.” Reported by al-Bayhaqee in as-Sunan al-Kubraa (4/316)

Ibn Umar (d. 84H) said: “Every innovation is misguidance, even if the people see it as something good.” Reported by Abu Shaamah (no. 39)

Imaam Muhammad Ibn Saaleh Al-Uthaymeen (rahimahullaah) said: Do not learn from Ahlul Bidah (The people of religious innovations)…see link: http://salaficentre.com/2014/08/do-not-learn-from-ahlul-bidah-even-in-affairs-other-than-aqeedah-shaikh-uthaymeen-rahimahullaah/

Therefore, Muhammad Al-Maaliki should fear Allaah (The Most High) and stopped being a stooge of the UK Hizbiyyoon. He should fear Allaah and stop defending the staunch followers of the Mubtadi’ah [Al-Halabi (Murji Mubtadi); Al-Maghraawi (Takfeeri Mubtadi); Al-Maribi (Ikhwaani Mubtadi) and Al-Hajoori (Haddaadi Mubtadi).

[E] You turn away from a Muslim when he gives you Salaam, but you say to a Kaafir ‘’Hi John’’-Another Slander by Muhammad Al-Maaliki!

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy

Muhammad Al-Maaliki continued his ranting and raving, whilst deliberately diverting his listeners from the main subject matter [i.e. the dispute between the criticizers at Al-Markazus Salafi and Masjid As-Sunnah’s Admin was due to the three contemporary figureheads of Bidah (Al-Maribi, Al-Halabi and Al-Maghraawi)]. This is the same stratagem usually employed by his close companion Goldie (Abu Usaamah) in order to deceive the listeners, satisfy their Tamyee cravings and shield their guilty allies.

This desperate attempt at concealing the real state of affairs constantly leads Muhammad Al-Maaliki and Goldie to make desperate attempts to hide the truth by deliberately diverting from the main subject matter; adopting Baatil by way of slander; abandoning truth by deliberately refusing to adopt the clear-unambiguous knowledge based refutations of the scholars against the Mubtadia’ah (Al-Maribi, Al-Halabi and Al-Maghraawi) and those amongst their obstinate followers warned against by the Scholars; and mixing Haqq with Baatil by making a statement of truth, but intending deceit by way of it. This last blameworthy affair (i.e. mixing haqq with baatil) is what we’ll address briefly.

Muhammad Al-Maaliki claimed that we (i.e. the ones who transmitted the refutations of the scholars at Al-Markazus Salafi against Masjid As-Sunnah’s Admin) turn our faces away from a Muslim when he gives salaam, but we would say to a kaafir, ‘’Hi John.’’

Firstly: This statement of Muhammad Al-Maaliki is nothing else but mixing Haqq with Baatil, and a slander disguised in buffoonery! He produced no evidence to support his claims; rather it is yet another emotional rhetoric aimed at defaming the Salafiyyoon at Al-Markazus Salafi and to aid the staunch followers of the Mubtadi’ah (Al-Maribi, Al-Halabi and Al-Maghraawi).

Secondly: There is no doubt that a man of Sunnah will not give Salaam to a person against whom the verdict of Mubtadi is established with clear proofs, even if such a Mubtadi is still within the fold of Islaam. And likewise a man of Sunnah will not entertain those specific individuals about whom the Ulama have advised that they are to be boycotted due to the deadly Shubuhaat they spread. Shaikh Abdullaah Al-Bukhaari (may Allaah preserve him) stated:

‘’Some of the aims behind boycotting innovators and the people of falsehood: [A] Actualization of servitude to Allaah: Boycotting is an act of worship and an affair of the Sharee-ah, which must be carried out for the sake of Allaah (The Mighty and Majestic) and in accordance with the guidance of the Messenger (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam). [B] Enjoining good and forbidding evil. [C] Actualization of Walaa Wal Baraa (love and hate for the sake of Allaah). The other affairs that follow on from the above aims are: Restraining the innovator and his innovation and protecting the society from him. Preserving the Sharee-ah, so that what is not part of it is prevented from entering into it in the name of the Religion. [1]

Thirdly: Let us see how some of the Kibaarul Ulama of this era dealt with some of the obstinate innovators and people of falsehood. Al-Allaamah Rabee Bin Haadi (may Allaah preserve him) boycotted Yahyah Al-Hajoori Al-Haddaadi Al-Mubtadi-the one you (Muhammad Al-Maalik) praised in your lines poetry. [ See your own lines of poetry for the vile Haddaadi Mubtadi  http://salaficentre.com/2014/05/1-%D8%B3%D9%81%D8%A7%D9%87%D8%A9-foolishness-praise-from-pseudo-shaikh-muhammad-al-maliki-to-al-hajoori-al-haddaai-al-mubtadi/ ]

Indeed, Yahyah Al-Hajoori Haddaadi Al-Mubtadi is a Muslim, so why did Shaikh Rabee refuse to meet him?! Are you [Muhammad Al-Maaliki] going to unleash your tongue against the Salafiyyoon for establishing the sound Walaa Wal Baraa towards the obstinate Mubtadi’ah, such as the likes of Al-Hajoori, Al-Halabi and Al-Maghraawi, and their obstinate followers?! [see here: http://www.alhajuri.com/articles/qsikmob-shaykh-of-the-hajaawirah-yahya-al-hajuri-rejected-in-makkah.cfm ]

On the other hand, where is your proof that we turn our faces away from other Muslims other than those whom the Ulama have advised that they are to be boycotted?!

Likewise, look at how Al-Allaamah Muhammad Ibn Abdul-Wahhaab Al-Banna (rahimahullaah) treated the obstinate Ikhwaani, Siyaasi Mubtadi Abdur-Rahmaan Abdul Khaaliq. See here: http://safeshare.tv/w/YhncROAlWw

Therefore, O Muhammad Al-Maalik! We do not entertain Mubtadi’ah and those particular individuals about whom our scholars have advised that they are to be boycotted due to the dangerous and deadly Shubuhaat they carry and propagate. As for other Muslims other than those dangerous people of falsehood and bidah, then produce your proof to show that we do turn away from them when they give us Salaam. If you do not produce proof, then know that you have slandered and have persisted upon this slander for nearly three years.

As for the ruling with respect to greeting non-Muslims with other than As-Salaamu Alaykum, then let Muhammad Al-Maalikii explain to us what that affair has to do with shunning a Mubtadi or the obstinate people of falsehood. On the other hand, he has to produce evidence that we do turn away from the common Muslims when they give us salaam.

[C] The Two Chancers-Muhammad Al-Maaliki and Goldie (Abu Usaamah)- Utilize Stratagem

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy

Firstly: let us remind ourselves of this statement reported by Imaam Al-Barbahaari (rahimahullaah)!

Imaam Barbahaaree (rahimahullaah) said that Al-Hasan (al-Basree) said, ‘The wise man does not argue or seek to overcome with stratagem rather he propagates his wisdom.  If it is accepted he praises Allah and if it is rejected he praises Allah'[1]

Shaikh Saaleh Al-Fawzaan (may Allaah preserve him) commented on the above statement saying: Concerning the statement of Imaam Barbahaaree that Hasan al-Basree said: ‘The wise man does not argue or seek to overcome with stratagem….’

Al-Hasan Al-Basree:  He is Al-Hasan Ibnu Abil Hasan Al-Basree the well-known Imaam from amongst the Taa’bieen. He said: ‘The wise man’; That is the one who possesses wisdom and wisdom is to place something in its (proper) place.  Likewise, the wise one means the one with understanding.   Therefore, two meanings are intended by (the phrase) Al-Hakeem (The wise one).  The first intended meaning is one who places the affairs in their (proper) place.  And it is also intended to mean the one who has understanding because wisdom is understanding and knowledge of what is intended by Allah and His Messenger (i.e. the understanding of the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Messenger).

He (i.e. the wise one) ‘does not argue’;  He does not debate (with) a fruitless debate that is devoid of benefit. And ‘he (i.e. the wise one) does not seek to overcome with stratagem’; He does not seek to overcome the people of falsehood with stratagem and to make them submit.

His wisdom: That is he propagates his knowledge and if accepted he praises Allah.  This is what is sought after.  And if it (i.e. his knowledge/wisdom) is not accepted, he is absolved of his responsibility and the proof is conveyed.

And concerning the statement, ‘He (i.e. the wise one) praises Allah’ because he established and conveyed the proof, and fulfilled that which is required of him, and the guiding of the hearts is in the hands of Allah (Glorified and Exalted Be He). [End of quote Source: It-haaful Qaaree Bitta’liqaat Alaa Sharhis Sunnah Lil Imaam Barbahaaree. (Vol 2. Page: 265-266)]

We ask Allaah for Sidq Aameen.

Muhammad Al-Maaliki constantly insulted his own intelligence whilst seeking to divert the attention of his audience from the realities of Masjid As-Sunnah’s Admin. Throughout his rant and pathetic defence of the staunch followers of the three contemporary Mubtadi’ah [Al-Halabi, Al-Maribi and Al-Maghraawi] at Masjid As-Sunnah, he deliberately sought to divert attention from the main reason of the dispute between Al-Markazus Salafi and the Masjid Admin of Masjid As-Sunnah. This was a stratagem utilised by Muhammad Al-Maaliki and it is a well-known tactic employed by many of those who always seek to find lame excuses for the fallen figureheads of bidah and their obstinate followers.

Abu Usaamah, a companion of Muhammad Al-Maliki, is also well-known for this evil behaviour-always seeking to divert his audience from the main reason of the dispute between him and the Salafiyyoon. For instance, when Abu Usaamah was refuted and exposed for his evil state of affairs [i.e. his praise of the Mubtadi’ah, Al-Maribi, Al-Halabi, Yusuf Qaradawi and his association with the organization of bidah (Ihya Turaath) etc] he sought to divert his audience from the main issues by stating that Yahyah Al-Hajoori Al-Haddaadi Al-Mubtadi has also criticised Salafipublications, whilst deliberately hiding the fact that Al-Hajoori’s criticisms against Salafipulications and the Salafi Scholars was due to his evil and satanic manhaj of Al-Haddaadiyyah [See link about Al-Hajoori Al-Haddaadi Al-Mubtadi  http://www.alhajuri.com]. However, Goldie (Abu Usaamah) only mentioned Al-Hajoori in order to divert his audience from his own calamities.

Likewise, the chancer [Muhammad Al-Maliki, a companion of Goldie] sought to divert attention from the calamities of Masjid As-Sunnah’s Admin by asking a stupid question to Al-Markazus Salafi, saying: ‘’Who says that Shaikh Wasiyullaah is a man of bidah?!’’ Muhammad asked us this stupid question! And neither did he state who held such a view nor cited the relevance of it to the discussion; rather it was another stratagem and deceitful tactic aimed at diverting his audience from the main issues. This question was nothing else but a stratagem by way of which he sought to arouse the emotions of the common people at Masjid As-Sunnah and divert them from the very reasons Masjid As-Sunnah’s Admin were being criticized. He did not site a single evidence to respond to the knowledge based criticisms against the staunch followers and supporters of Al-Maribi (Ikhwaani Mubtadi), Al-Halabi (Murji Mubtadi) and Al-Maghraawi (Takfeeri, revolutionary, Mubtadi); rather he sought to play about with the emotions of his listeners. This reminds us of an observation of Al-Allaamah Rabee Bin Haadi Al-Madkhali (may Allaah preserve him), who stated: ”We call to the methodology of the Salaf—to the Book of Allaah and the Sunnah of the Messenger.  We utilize them as proofs in our creed; in our acts of worship; in our stances; in our relationship with the rulers and the ruled and in our relationship with the groups and sects.  As for others, they play games and tricks.  By Allaah! You do not find them except that they play tricks and games with the passion (or inclinations) of the youth.” [End of quote http://www.sahab.net/forums/index.php?showtopic=114620]

All praise is due to Allaah, neither did we employ stratagem to over come the followers of Al-Maribi, Al-Halabi and Al-Maghraawi at Masjid As-Sunnah, nor did we divert from the main issues being discussed, rather we questioned both Muhammad Al-Maliki and Masjid As-Sunnah’s Admin about the correct Salafi stance to be employed against the Mubtadi’ah.

[B] An Emotional Rhetoric of Muhammad Al-Maaliki Aimed At Concealing the Realities and Sheltering Staunch Followers of Mubtadi’ah @ Masjid As-Sunnah!

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy

Muhammad Maliki stated -in his pathetic defence of the staunch followers of the Mubtadi’ah at Masjid As-Sunnah- that when you bring their mistakes out [i.e. the mistakes of the staunch followers of Al-Halabi, Al-Maghraawi and Al-Maribi @ Masjid As-Sunnah (Cheethamhill-Manchester)], then you’re not helping them to repent!

Muhammad Al-Maliki uttered this emotional rhetoric to deceive the people and divert them from the knowledge based clarifications of the scholars. Indeed, the one who calls to his evil is not the same as the one who hides his evil! The one who is deceived by a Mubtadi is not the same as the one who knows the truth but persists upon evil! Al-Allaamah Zaid Bin Haadi Al-Madkhali (rahimahullaah) stated:

The people of desires and misguidance are (categorized into) those who are followed and those who follow. Those who are followed are the ones who set up the various principles of innovation and call to their innovation and misguidance. And they will carry their burden of sins and the burden of the sins of those whom they misguided without knowledge, as it is clearly stated in the Qur’aan and the Sunnah.  As for the followers of a leader from amongst the people of desires, then in most cases they are of two categories:

The First Category: Those who possess knowledge, but they harbour evil intentions; so they yield to Satan, desires and the urge of the evil soul. They follow the people of misguidance and oppose the callers to guidance (in that which) Allaah sent His Messenger Muhammad (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) with.

The Second Category: Their share of knowledge is little, so the people of desires take advantage of them and they become (part) of their group. They convince them that what they call them to is the manifest truth and that what their opponents are upon is falsehood. And they convey to them a huge (number) of affairs that resemble the truth but are falsehood in reality, in order to deceive them and submerge them into misguidance.  As for those who are followed—those who set up principles of bidah and call the people to their bidah and misguidance–then indeed they are marked with the bidah they innovated and call the people to, and for them there is no honour. [1]

The above statement of Shaikh Zaid (rahimahullaah) shows us that the followers of a Mubtadi are not all the same-those who are deceived are not similar to those who know the truth but are obstinate upon falsehood. This is why Shaikh Zaid (rahimahullaah) said about the obstinate ones-those who know the haqq but are obstinate-: There is no honour for them after the truth has been established with its evidences and (after) the falsity of that which is in opposition to it of newly invented affairs in the Religion has been clarified….[2]

However, Muhammad Al-Maliki came along with his emotional rhetoric to defend those staunch followers of the Mubtadi’ah at Masjid As-Sunnah after the evidences have already been established against them. Those staunch followers of the Mubtadi’ah at Masjid As-Sunnah -[ Abu Fadl Al-Libi, Abu Usaamah Al-Libi, Abu Abdillaah Sharghaawi Al-Libi and Abu Shuraih Al-Libi]- who even cut off the phone line whilst Al-Allaamah Rabee Bin Haadi (may Allaah preserve him) was giving Naseehah to the common people to abandon the Ikhwaani Mubtadi Abul Hasan Al-Maribi.

On the other hand, this Masjid Committee still persists upon their evil since 2003. See verdict against Masjid As-Sunnah’s Committee  http://safeshare.tv/w/RbhddhDFFs

So the reality of those staunch followers of the Mubtadi’ah manifests the deception and falsehood hidden in Muhammad’s Maliki emotional rhetoric and deceitful appeals. They openly manifest their evil alliances with Mubtadi’ah, but Muhammad Al-Maliki insulted his own intelligence by claiming that their sins were being exposed! They openly declared their support for Al-Maribi (Ikhwaani Mubtadi), Al-Halabi (Murji Mubtadi) and Al-Maghraawi (Takfeeri, Revolutionist Mubtadi), but Muhammad al-Maliki insulted his own intelligence by claiming that their sins were being exposed! They persisted in defending Mubtadi’ah since 2003, but Muhammad Al-Maliki insulted his own intelligence by claiming that their sins were being exposed! This is one of the painful realities experienced by those who deliberately turn away from the knowledge based refutations of the scholars and accompany the staunch hizbiyyoon! They either insult their own intelligence or become oblivious of the nonsense that exits their mouths.

[A] 2012-2015: The Beginning and End of Muhammad Al-Maliki’s Disgraceful Behaviour – Over 1000 days have elapsed, but still, no recantation from his slanders against the Opponents of Al-Maribi, Al-Halabi and Al-Maghraawi @ Al-Markazus Salafi has been forthcoming

In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful, The Bestower of Mercy

Prior to Muhammad al-Maliki’s visit to the UK in 2012, the hizbiyyoon of [Masjid As-Sunnah’s Masjid Committee] were already subjected to some serious warnings by the Salafiyyoon of Al-Markazus Salafi. The brothers at Al-Markazus Salafi just like many other Salafi Masaajid and Centres-by the Tawfeeq of Allaah- never showed any laxity in issuing warning against the dangerous Manhaj of those hizbiyyoon who staunchly defended Al-Halabi, Al-Maghraawi and Al-Maribi. So regardless who visited Masjid As-Sunnah to deliver lectures, the Salafiyyoon of Al-Markazus Salafi-by the Tawfeeq of Allaah- increased in issuing warning against its Masjid Committee and constantly exposed its true state of affairs.

However, in 2012 Muhammad Al-Maliki appeared on the scene as a willing supporter of Masjid As-Sunnah’s Admin. And not only was he willing to defend these staunch followers of the Mubtadi’ah at Masjid As-Sunnah upon Baatil, rather he also embarked upon a path of slander and lies against their opponents. The person who led this mission on behalf of Masjid As-Sunnah’s Admin alongside Muhammad Al-Maliki was none else but the pathetic Abu Bilaal Hanif-Aka Marriage Maker [1]

So after the hizbiyyoon presented their concerns to Muhammad Al-Maliki, he decided to embark upon his disgraceful behaviour. And in order to hide the reality of the staunch hizbiyyoon at Masjid As-Sunnah; endorse some of their Baatil; turn a blind eye to the clear unambiguous verdicts of the scholars against them, and mix Haqq with Baatil in order to make their affair look good, Muhammad Al-Maliki utilised Aayaat of the Qur’aan and an authentic Hadeeth of the Messenger (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) against their opponents! The first Aayaat he utilised were in Soorah Al-Qalam as follows:

 هَمَّازٍ مَّشَّاءٍ بِنَمِيمٍ

مَّنَّاعٍ لِّلْخَيْرِ مُعْتَدٍ أَثِيمٍ

A slanderer, going about with calumnies; Hinderer of the good, transgressor, sinful. [Aayaat 11-12]

Then he quoted the authentic hadeeth: The Messenger (sallal-laahu-alayhi-wasallam) said: O you who believe with your tongues, yet eeman has not entered your hearts. Do not backbite the Muslims, nor follow their faults. For he who follows others faults then Allah will declare (disclose) his faults and he whom Allah reveals his faults, then Allah disgraces him in his own house.”

These are some of the authentic texts quoted by Muhammad Al-Maliki for the purpose of sheltering and defending staunch defenders of Mubtadi’ah at Masjid As-Sunnah. So by deliberately utilizing these texts he hoped to achieve two goals-silence those who were transmitting the clear-unambiguous verdicts of the scholars against the staunch followers of Maribi, Halabi and Maghraawi at Masjid As-Sunnah and portray an evil image of them to the unsuspecting Salafiyyoon.

How is it possible that those who warn against the Mubtadi’ah and their staunch followers- with clear unambiguous evidences from the scholars- are to be regarded as slanderers and hinderers of good, whilst those who have obstinately defended those Mubtadi’ah for more ten years are protected?! One of the Salaf said: “The one who is silent about the truth is a silent devil, while the one who speaks falsehood is a speaking devil.” [2]

Muhammad Al-Maliki spoke based on falsehood- in defence of the obstinate and staunch followers of Al-Maribi, Al-Halabi and Al-Maghraawi, and remained silent about the grave deviations and satanic innovations of those Mubtadi’ah (i.e. Al-Halabi, Al-Maghraawi and Al-Maribi) and their obstinate followers.

Al-Allaamah Rabee Bin Haadi Al-Madkhali (may Allaah preserve him) said: ”f you see a person upon truth and another upon falsehood, it is obligatory that you aid the truth and warn against falsehood; if not, then you are dead (i.e. a dead heart)-neither recognizing good nor rejecting evil and this is a sign of the heart’s hardness.” [3]
